From the location of the condo (literally steps from downtown) to the mountain views to the ease of check in and check out, this condo was exactly as described. Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for our family of 5 adults - could have easily accommodated several more with the arrangement of the third bedroom. Highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect for our group's ski trip. Great location, walkable to both the slopes and main street in town. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing and the management group was very easy to work with. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Breck and would stay again ourselves!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was conveniently located for skiing, shopping and restaurants and had a great hot tub with terrific views. It was clean, well organized and had comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the early check in time on our first day! That has never happened before and was perfect so that we could get our rentals completed and ski school scoped out the day before so thank you for that!! The only downside was the TV in the living room wouldn’t work and although we tried a few different things and contacted the management firm, we couldn’t fix it. Typically it wouldn’t matter to us but we wanted to watch a championship football game. Other than that the condo was perfect and we would definitely go back again!

Great place for those visiting Breck to ski and want to be walking distance to town and the lifts. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the Quicksilver lift - 5-7 min walk and to Main Street (about the same distance). Other than our trip to City Market, we didnt need the car at all. Love the hot tub in the unit and nice view of the mountain. The place was in good condition - beds comfortable and bathrooms nice - only beef was the cookware was a bit worn and could be replaced. Would certainly stay and recommend staying at Corral.

We had a wonderful trip with our family to Breckenridge. The condo was everything advertised and more. Great location to be able to walk everywhere, tons of space in the living and kitchen area so no one felt crowded and we cook a lot and the kitchen was very well stocked! We will definitely return.

We loved the unit. Easy access to Main Street and Breckenridge Brewery. The unit was nicely equipped and had a lot of space. Very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable. As in most rental units, the pillows were ehhh, and the lighting was horrible, need to replace the lightbulbs in the ceiling fans so you can actually use those lights. Also, there is NO elevator to this unit, contrary to the description. BUT, we really enjoyed the property, had a great time and would definitely consider returning!!

This rental had a plenty of space, fantastic views and a spectacular location. We stayed with our four children and a set of grandparents. We loved having the garage plus a parking space in front. Great for storing golf clubs and if you are traveling with two cars. The kids loved the bunk room and the en-suite bedrooms/ bathrooms were great. The balconies were a huge plus and we enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. We could easily walk to Main Street, parks and hiking trails. The views were spectacular! One little note- if traveling in the summer be sure to use the window fan units. It was amazing what a difference they made at night.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Breck. This location allowed us to park in the garage and walk to dinner, shopping, gondola area, etc. The condo is open and spacious with nice beds, updated kitchens and baths, plus the hot tub overlooking the aspen trees and mountains. Summit was very proactive checking on us and we will stay there again if ever in Breck.

We had a great weekend staying in this condo skiing Breck for 4 nights over MLK Weekend! The Hot tub was awesome, plenty of space to spread out and lounge for Apres, and make dinner in the spacious kitchen. We loved our visit and slept 9 comfortably in beds. Summit Mountain Rentals were also so responsive and great at checking in if we needed anything all weekend. A huge plus is it is within walking distance of town, the slopes, rental shops.

The stay was great! It was a short walk to main street and check in was a breeze! They even let us check out an hour late due to our shuttle pick up time! The Hot tub had beautiful views and was perfect for the snowy days. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The location of the condo was excellent. It is very close to all of the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. We walked to dinner every night. It was very clean, and had all necessary amenities for our entire family. We would definitely stay here again! We couldn't figure out how to get the garage door open, and the rental company was very responsive to our messages.

This unit was absolutely perfect for my family vacation! I love how spacious the unit was, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, coffee filters, soap, trash bags - it was so nice not having to buy those items! I also loved the private hot tub over looking the mountains. Super quick walk to main street made it so easy to grab dinner. We will definitely be back!

We were extremely happy with our stay. Beautifully decorated and very clean! Our family decided to take a week vacation up to the Mountains. We only live a couple hours away. This place was so comfortable. Both of our girls (17 and 20) had their own room and space, which gave them plenty of privacy. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room at nights and using the hot tub. Our unit was on the corner which gave us a lot of privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, cookware etc. Big beautiful dining table to eat meals at (loved this table)! Had two different patios to hang out on. Every night, I used the one off of our master bedroom.
Easy access to everything. Just a short walk down to town. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! This is our 2nd year to rent this beautiful condo in Breckenridge. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. The family room had enough seating for all of us, plus more! The location is perfect to walk to downtown. I would highly recommend you stay here the next time you visit Breckenridge!

Short walk to everything! Peak 9 / QuickSilver lift is very close. We rented ski gear from Charter Sports, which is on the way to the lift. They allow you to leave your skis/boots there at the end of the day for free. (Other rental places have similar arrangements.) Not having to lug your gear makes the walk even more pleasant! Short walk to restaurants and shops, both in the Village and in the town. The walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street is shorter than Google Maps shows, because Google doesn't know about the pedestrian gate, which brings you right to Main St. With everything so close, we didn't drive our car all week, except to go to the grocery story, and that's a 2-minute drive! The adults and the kids also had fun in the club house, featuring pool table, ping-pong and foosball. We had a blast and will rent here again when we return!
