Dies ist ein absolut wunderschönes Haus. Dieses makellose 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Haus bietet einfachen Zugang zum Strand über eine Bürgersteig Erleichterung direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Weniger als 75 Meter zu den weißen Sandstränden. Es gibt auch tolle Ausblicke vom großen Golf Deck (mit Blick auf das Wasser) und reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse für viele Leute.
Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer bietet ein eigenes Bad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa sowie ein riesiges Badezimmer mit viel Stauraum und einem Jet-Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ideal für die Unterhaltung, mit einem Gas-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Backofen Wein Kühlschrank, Mixer und viele Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen zu Hause ausgelegt. Salz, Pfeffer und alle Gewürze und Gewürze sind schon da.

We enjoyed the property for many reasons. 1 minute walk to the beach, pool was great for the times we weren’t at the beach, clean, comfortable beds, garage parking. Tom was also easy to communicate with and quickly responded to a few simple questions. We would stay here again.

Everyone absolutely loved this place!! My family already booked a week for next year before we even left. we had 6 kids with us that span from 5-14 yrs old and they all loved something different which was wonderful. The adults loved everything about it. Sitting on the front deck to see the water was a plus. Can't wait for next year!

Such a great experience! We loved the location, there were so many extra amenities, the elevator was an added bonus, and the pool was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again! This house was perfect for our family of 11!

This was a lovely home to stay in that was close to the beach. Communication with Tom was easy and friendly. We loved the huge deck overlooking the beach as well as all Tom had to offer for fun on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Pensacola!

We are a family of 8 and chose this beach house because of its size and proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed! The house looks exactly like the pictures and the host was attentive when I asked questions. Beach access is literally steps from the front door and there is shareable beach stuff such as a wagon which was helpful for getting our stuff to the beach. Check in and out was an easy process as well. Our family had a wonderful time here and plan to return in the future! Thank you Tom for sharing your beach home with us!

This house is amazing and has everything you need!! Very clean and spacious. My family of 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and the pantry items were a nice bonus! It was wonderful to be able to use the beach wagon, chairs and toys! The walk to the beach was quick and easy. We really enjoyed the large covered porch with a view of the Gulf!! We also enjoyed the darts and pool table in the garage when we had a rainy day. Tom was great at communicating. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!! Perfect house for 6 adults! Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Even with a few afternoon thunderstorms, we always enjoy our stay here. The porch is my favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats with my family.

We loved every inch of this home! The wrap around deck and spacious rooms and walking distance to the beach were just a few of our favorite things. We made so many great memories with our kids here. The pool table and large eating area were a hit. We can't wait to stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and laid out nicely for a large family. Although the house is not right on the beach, you can see and hear the water from the large covered porch and the beach is <100 yards from the front door. Tom did a great job of communicating with us and getting us set up. Pensacola Beach was lovely - incredible white sand that is so clean it squeaks when you walk on it!

This was our second stay at this property and it was as good as the first. House was perfect for a larger party with plenty of room and beds. House was well equipped with everything you need for both home and beach. Pantry had nice staples we were able to use and we left what we could to contribute. We had a question while we were there and the owner was very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended the property to a friend and she booked already.

My family of four adults and four children stayed very comfortably here. Took the short walk over to the Gulf multiple times in our short stay. Enjoyed preparing a few meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Kids enjoyed running around outside. Great place for a family.

We found the house to be very nice.
I do think it could use some updated with the outside of the house, also housekeeping could have been a little better, on the stove between the burners there was a lot of build up of grease that smelled badly.
There was also a bad odor that came after the 1st day and we could not figure out where it came from.
outside from them few issues, we will definitely be back and do our best to get this house again.
Tom was very easy to work with and responded back really quickly.

A beautiful place with wheelchair access! Hard to find! Has elevator, ADA toilet in hall bath, lower microwave, front controls on has stove, spacious areas inside and out, ceramic tile floors! Just remember to bring your own bath bench. Even the walk to the beach was with an accessible boardwalk. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Stayed 5 days for for a an extended family Christmas. 3bdrms, 3 baths, and wrap around verandas with killer views and a 3 minute walk to the sand and water. The elevator was a huge help for the unloading and reloading. Wonderful home and wonderful host.

This house is the perfect get-away on beautiful Pensacola Beach! The house is lovely, comfortable, & had everything we needed. We had a lot of fun playing pool & darts in the huge garage! Gorgeous views & only steps to the beach. We will definitely be back.

This location was a great choice for our family! The property was available as promised when we arrived, clean and looked just like the pictures if not better. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need for preparing food, etc. The porch was so nice to relax on with ample seating and a beautiful view. Very convenient to beach as said.
Host was very prompt in responding to any questions but we had no issues. Would highly recommend!

We loved the house! Plenty of room for all and great access to the beach. We loved the garage with all of the beach toys, chairs, wagon to carry it all etc. The dart board was a hit in the evenings and rainy days. The weather was not great but having so much undercover room at the house made us able to still be outside. Great place!!

Beautiful Beach property
This was a wonderful house for our beach vacation.
First the house. The house is absolutely amazing. The house feels roomy with the high ceilings and open living and dining areas. Very clean and well laid out. The pool table and darts came in handy during an afternoon rain and Weber grill was nice for cooking.
Second the access to the beach is great. Such a short walk. Its concrete or a board walk all the way to the sand. The beach is not overly crowded and the host has provided so many things to enjoy the beach like chairs, boogie boards, a wagon to get your stuff to and from the beach.
Last but not least Tom. Tom was great to work with. He gives clear instruction on how to access the house and his check out process.

Tom was amazing to deal with! The location of the house is perfect. The beaches for the ocean and sound are just steps away. The house was beautiful and completely stocked for indoor and outdoor fun!
