Stayed to enjoy Vail skiing. Convenient to Vail bus stop made visiting town and skiing easy. Nice amenities and it’s a well stocked condo. David and Maggie were very hospitable.

This condo is conveniently located close to the bus connecting Vail transportation station with East Vail. The bus service is free and buses run every 15 min. The apartment itself is well laid out, convenient for a couple and even for an additional guest. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a private half bath in addition to a gull bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a nice spacious dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty new appliances and dishes. Everything was comfortable and functional. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

We stayed here for two weeks in January for skiing and we enjoyed it completely. We were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of supplies for our relatively long stay. The kitchen is well stocked, which was especially helpful because we ate almost all meals at home. Our host was welcoming and communicative. We hope to come back next year.

Everything was perfect. I really liked staying at the Vail Racquet Club, and the slopes were awesome. David and Maggie were helpful and excellent hosts. I look forward to coming back in the future.

The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly as described and pictured. Vail Racquet Club is our favorite place to stay in Vail. We love the location, the pool and locker room, the playground and open space and proximity to a bus stop. We highly recommend it and will return in the future!

The health club, bicycles and free bus services were above expectations. The only problem was no air conditioning. We had a couple of above average heat days, and we had to open the sliding door at night. The road noise was very loud with the slider open.

David was very accommodating and arranged for a complimentary cleaning midweek through our stay. I would definitely return!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Vail Racquet Club. I snowboarded for two days and appreciated being just minutes away from the lifts at Vail, where I enjoyed some of the best snow the world has to offer. The place was clean and well stocked with the essentials. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking my weary post-slope bones in the hot tub while sipping beer and enjoying the mountain views. Had a couple of meals at Blu's, the local restaurant attached to the racquet club, and was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and made sure my stay was a pleasant one. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Vail!

It was extremely easy working with David. He communicated before, during and even after the trip to make sure our accommodations were just right. This condo has a perfect location with beautiful mountain views, super therapeutic hot tubs & swimming pool, and a nice deck with Gore Creek right outside. Master bed proved to be quite comfortable after 5-7 hours of skiing and young adults said the same of the pull out couch. They loved the super big comforters! We were so happy to see a full load of wood for the week and the humidifier proved to be quite useful. Overall, we loved our trip and the accommodations provided at #715 and would enjoy returning in the future. Thanks again David for your wonderful care of us!

Clean, well stocked, great location, wonderful contact both before, during, and after with the owner. David was a delight to work with. The instructions sent prior to the rental covered absolutely everything. David sent a note during the stay to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely stay again.

David was a pleasure to work with and I hope this review will be used as constructive. His condo was well priced and for the location. I decided to stay at the Racquet Club due to prior experience at the club and family proximity yet next time I will probably opt to spend more money on housing. The unit backs up to 70 which can be noisy at times in the bedroom. Note: I may also be spoiled at home living in the woods far from a major highway. I would recommend a humidifier be added as we left with bad nose bleeds due to dry air (including pre-fireplace use). I generally see the competition with humidifiers in Vail. The master bathroom could also use a renovation.

David was great to work with. He checked in often, left detailed information on the condo and facility offerings, maps, shuttle schedule to Vail Village, etc. Condo was just as described and was well stocked with everything you would need. Also ate at Blu's Restaurant on site which had yummy food and it was certainly convenient. Would highly recommend.

Hello - My son and I just spent a week at this unit. Our comments overall are very positive. The unit was spacious (for a 1-BR), clean, well stocked, and the owner was extremely on top of things, and very attentive. Downside is that the unit is a bit dated, and that there was no available wood for the wood burning fireplace. I consider those minor details, so my overall review is a thumbs up!

Have to echo the other reviews here. David's condo was very clean and well provisioned. He was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Bed was really comfortable. Extremely good value for the location. We'll look forward to returning!

Condo met all expectations (except for a grill) and was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all and all pertinent information was provided. David was extremely accommodating and always responded to inquiries (prior to arrival) in a very timely manner. I will definitely be returning.

We are a family of four, two parents and two college-age kids. We enjoyed our stay at this condo in January 2018. The owner was easy to contact, responsive and helpful. Good location, short walk to the free bus to go to central Vail, plenty of parking with regular snow clearing. Easy booking, check in and check out with very few formalities. The condo and its furnishings are not particularly new, but everything in the condo was clean and in a good working order. One issue - the pull-out sofa is not too comfortable for sleeping.

If you're looking for a wonderful place in Vail at a reasonable price, this place is for you! I struck gold with this find! David was a fantastic host, he was quick to respond and very easy to work with. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

This apartment had everything (and more), comfy bed and soft linens and towels, clean, nicely decorated and everything you could need and more. Heard the Creek at night. David was great at communicating with us. Hiking nearby was spectacular. We loved the apartment. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you, David.

Nice space even for 4 people. Easy to walk to bus stop for the free shuttle to Vail Village. Restaurant on site was very good.
