Very close proximity to Inaricho Station. Before I booked this hotel, I was reading reviews from other travelers about how small the rooms are in this hotel. Well to all those travelers I would say to either spend outrageous amount to book yourself a 5 star hotel to get the room size you want or just stop complaining about the size of the rooms in Tokyo in a hotel like this one. It’s Tokyo and size of the room are expected to be small for the price you pay. My room was super clean, quiet and very comfortable to get a good night sleep after exploring Tokyo all day long.

Over price as we paid almost 75,000 yen for 4 nights and we have a tiny room struggling to accomodate ours two luggage , normal supply coffee, tea are poor to limit , cattle take very long time to boil 700ml of water , only one small single elevator if someone with luggages then lots of peoples will wait long time to in or out the building , staff are young peoples polite but cold . I travel often to japan for many years and has used APA hotels but this one is not my expectation .

Poor supply , first thing I notice is one small bottle of water when I enter the room for two peoples “what A welcome “ limit basic supply of coffee, tea , sugar not like others hotels , the weird cattle took almost 10’ to boil water .

Situated in the residential area, rather quiet.

Just one single lift, sometime, have to wait Long for going up and down.

Location & Good Price.

Cold toilet seat, just 1 elevator (long waiting time), check-in process is not smooth and easy.

Area locate in Ueno and easy to go around, Asakusa-Ameyoko even sky tree....that's nice.

Hotel locate in small street not easy to find out, no sign to recognize.
