This was the absolute perfect spot to stay in Placerville. We stayed for a wedding at Sequoia Mansion, which is basically walkable from the property. The property is meticulously cleaned, and set up perfectly for anything you'll need. I felt at home, and we had plenty to do there as we were getting ready for the wedding.
If I had to find anything to critique, I would say just the curtains were our only drawback. The blackout curtains do not cover the window fully and they're finished with sheer, which let light in and don't fully block the neighborhood.

We needed a place to stay in placerville for a wedding. This home was about 3/4 mile to downtown shops and restaurants. The house was newly updated and included extra touches like plush towels, robes and any toiletry you could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My two grown sons and I stayed here four nights while taking a kayaking class on the South Fork American river, a pleasant 20 minute drive away. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and there are good dining options very close in downtown Placerville. I'm sure we'll be back for future river trips. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. The beauty of the area location, the environment, the comfortably of the property, the amenities were more than we expected, and the kindness of the owners was the cherry on the cake. We highly recommend this cozy house, and for sure we would come again.

Nice property close to town, although the walk to town was longer than expected. Nicely stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. The robes and slippers were a nice extra for chilly mornings while enjoying coffee on the front porch swing. Also enjoyed watching the deer amble past during the day. Would visit again!

We absolutely loved Three Sisters! The home was the perfect size and layout. Beds were very comfy. Everyone slept great. We spent many hours on the front porch which had a continuous nice breeze. Our daughter and granddaughter loved the use of the jacuzzi. Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Placerville. Suggest Bene Italian restaurant, Solid Ground Brewery and HWY 50 Brewery. Their house is so nice. Wish we could buy it or find something just like it.

I am absolutely impressed with this house. It was very clean, spacious and accommodating. The owner takes extremely great care of the house and every detail in the home. It’s so charming!!! The home was very organized. The owner goes to great lengths to make sure the guests are completely taken care of. The property is in a great location near the freeway and shopping. I absolutely loved this home. Communication with the owner was easy and they helped to make our stay feel welcoming and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back.

The house was clean and had many small amenities to make our long weekend a comfortable stay. Very close to town. Back patio was wonderful and we saw deer 2 evenings. We will stay there again.

Three sisters Inn was a beautiful place . It was very clean and had all the imentites you could need and more . Contact with the manager was great and we loved the quietness and visiting deer . I recommend it to anyone visiting Apple Hill.

Lovely house and tastefully decorated with very good updated appliances. Elaine was very helpful and accommodating with check in. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home and the quiet peaceful setting. We did not get to use the hot tub as there was a heat wave going on but appreciated the added touch. Everything was as advertised except the BBQ had been removed (due to some issues with previous guests not properly managing the ashes). A propane BBQ would be nice, but not a huge issue as many nice restaurants are nearby. We enjoyed day tripping to Auburn as well as wine tasting to the south and visiting Apple farms to the north. Great central location for visiting Gold Country. If we decide to vacation in the area again, we would definitely stay at Three Sisters.

We had a nice long weekend. Cooked breakfast two mornings, Round Table deliveries so we did that for dinner Saturday. Enjoyed visiting in the really nice back patio and using the hot tub. I’d really like to stay again sometime.

Overall we were incredibly happy with our stay and all the thought and care put into this clean and lovely home. Only recommendation would be that the master bed was a little creaky and lumpy. We loved our stay here and look forward to coming again.

Awesome location
Rented this property for the bridesmaid in my friends wedding. It was the perfect girls trip before her big day at the Sequoia mansion. Communication with the owner was great and the property was clean and stocked with all supplies. Would absolutely stay here again even for a little stay-cation!

Great place to stay
The rental is very homey, clean and quiet. Although town was just down the hill, I felt as if I were in the mountains. The attention to detail was far above what I experience in other rentals. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

We were looking for someplace were we could just hang out and relax, this place was perfect. Placerville is a quaint small town and the perfect place to walk our dog every morning. Recommend this cabin if you are looking for peace and quiet.

This is an amazing house and the proprietors went above and beyond to make it a welcoming stay. It is in a beautiful setting in the hills with deer and wild turkeys as neighbor. Great amount of space, fully stocked kitchen, and a hot tub as the cherry on top!

This was a great property that could easily accommodate a number of different configurations of people. We loved the single beds for our kids and would be great for a girl's trip too. Our kids LOVED the zipline and it was a great location to explore downtown Placerville and Apple Hill. The back porch and hot tub were lovely and we all appreciated the special touches throughout the house including the robes, facial supplies, and all of the accessories in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend for your next family trip.

Our kids LOVED the zipline and it was a great location to explore downtown Placerville and Apple Hill. The back porch and hot tub were lovely and we all appreciated the special touches throughout the house including the robes, facial supplies, and all of the accessories in the kitchen. The Quiet Place
It's hard to find anything new to say about this place as I read all the 5 star reviews. Not one low or even middle rate review!
This darling, clean, organized house was the perfect place for 3 girlfriends to meet up for our annual get away. We are college friends living in 3 different cities and loved catching up at the 3 Sisters house! The kitchen and bathrooms have all your needs (and even extras such as breakfast foods and make up wipes), the ROKU TV was fantastic as we didn't have to fiddle with the CD player at all or even regular TV.
We are all in our late 50's but we still took our shots at the swing and the zip line out our door! We were amazed at all the deer that literally hang out on all sides of the property! We loved visiting with the local kitties as we took our daily walks.
We ventured to Apple Hill for some of their famous apple wine and also to The Enchanted Forest downtown for fondu, honey wine and fairy tiaras!
We enjoyed both front and back porches and the hot tub.
The only suggestions I would make would to have more detailed hot tub directions ON the hot tub, to have a small table out back for outdoor dining and to switch out the wood fire pit for a gas one (so much easier to start and stop than wood) in back and can use when wood burning isn't allowed as was our case).
We were only sad on our final day when we knew it was time to leave!

Great homebase for Gold Country
This house had everything we needed for a great family week -- tire swing, zip line, hot tub, well-supplied kitchen, and friendly deer. There was even a stash of games and kids books. It was immaculately clean but not so fussy we worried that our children would wreck the place. We hope to stay here again next time we come to Placerville!

A delightful 3 bedroom cottage that has been modernised. Lots of special touches that made the stay very nice. A great retreat in the foothills with old town Placerville just a short drive away. The deer came down to visit daily!
