Balcony view was amazing overviewing the water, boats and cost. The area itself was beautiful with colorful houses, lots of blooming trees and next to the water. Close to cafes.

The keys were had to be picked up at the office that is around 5 minutes walk from apartment. There is no access for a car to apartment so you will have to walk with the luggage, it wasn’t a pleasant experience in this hot weather, was even worse upon checkout as you have to lift luggage all the way up through the street to nearest taxi pick up point. The building itself has very steep stairs and no elevator, you will need to bring your luggage up multiple stairs, felt dangerous. The biggest con was - absence of AC in the bedroom, there is a fan in the living area but it was not enough to cool off the bedroom which is located on the 2nd floor and at night temperature was so high it was unbearable sleeping there, I tried sleeping on the sofa downstairs but it’s not large enough, I was exhausted after these sleepless nights and checked out a day earlier. Also, something I as a frequent traveller never encountered before, neither in Airbnb nor in the hotels - they ask you to pre-clean the apt before leaving: dispose trash (5 min walk from apt), remove bed sheets and dishes from the dish drier. The brochure given to me upon check-in literally said that apt should be left tidy for cleaners to have an easy job…this didn’t feel welcoming at all.

The agent was all ears but BIG huge and SAD face against the owners, that were the ones staying in the apartment before me. It was horribly organised, with ghastly furnitures from the 1970's, worn out and washed out... no colors left, inside the cupboards the plates were oily and disgusting. Steep staircase to the "master bed" built by thin fur sticks... and very wobbly. The roof very close to your face :( and HOT up there. I used the bed sofa downstairs, of course it wasn't clean but agent sent cleaners to make it a bit better. After leaving and my 5 days stay, I was told that they had exchanged some furnitures and discarded others - broken lamps, dusty and broken book shelves... etc. Good news but too late for me.

Great apartment. Location perfect for old town, beach and rail station. Balcony really lovely!

Bit snug for 3 people

The location was absolutely ideal! Nice and quiet but very central to everything. View from the balcony was incredible. Communication was excellent and staff very friendly. Would definitely book again!

We ran out of a few basics like toilet roll (2 supplied) and bin bags (1 supplied) so we had to buy more. Sleeping area was to hot to sleep in when we were there but it was very high temperatures so the fan just wasn't quite up to the job. Very small issues though...on the whole the apartment was fantastic!!!!

If you have luggages, you need to be careful. The nearest parking is 500 meters and you need to carry your luggage all the way. Not to mention the stairs in the building itself. More than 50 stairs to climb. In the night the corridor is very dark. You need to be extra careful otherwise it is easy to fall down. We paid for 6 nights and we checked out 4 days in advance for safety concerns. If you are traveling with family. This is not recommended.

Great balcony and view. The old town is the best place to be. close to the beach, harbour and bars

The lighting on the stairs up to the apartment was not working so made it a little dangerous especially when we left at 4 am. The areas inside the building would benefit from some refurbishment.

The views from the apartment are breathtaking with hours and hours of sunshine on the terrace daily Everything worked and it was clean throughout. Within 100 mtrs of train station, beaches, shops, and restaurants yet so quiet and peaceful. Could never find a better location.

The entrance off the street is old but do not let this put you off.
