Where do I begin? We stayed for a full week; this home is the real deal, and the host behind it all making the true magic happen is Tim. Most importantly, everything about this VRBO is accurate: the game room, the view, the house in its immaculate state (with so many amenities that are NOT listed, provided by Tim). The communication with Tim leading up to our stay was a comfort to us, he was never once bothered by our countless questions, and his response time was immediate it seemed. This was my hubby's first time in CO celebrating his upcoming retirement, and we're both so very glad it was at this special place. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and thankfully Tim also has a good rapport with the neighbors, we were looking for tweezers while Tim was with us in the driveway which a neighbor provided, BTW Tim even performs minor procedures haha! The guy walks on water, honestly. The house location in CO Springs is perfect, just a few minutes from many touristy attractions, and an easy getaway (just hop on 24 or 25) to Cripple Creek and Denver for example. Honestly I could go on and on and on. I'll end here by stating that our stay was far beyond anything we could have imagined. We've already begun talking about "next year's trip" which will be at this location hopefully with our whole family. And the bonus? We found a dear friend in Tim.

Friendly, welcoming, hospitable, accommodating, personable...all words that initially come to mind when thinking about our stay. Tim has a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the back deck. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer and it is my sincere hope that we'll be able to someday return. Thanks for a great stay!

This house had everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect place to come home to and relax after a day of activities. We loved sitting out on the deck and the hot tub. Tim was amazing. Great communication, attentive to anything we needed. I highly recommend booking, you won't be disappointed.

We loved staying at Tim's house because of the location. We especially enjoyed the back deck and hot tub. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay. We travelled around Colorado staying in several rental homes and this was our favorite. The location of the home was perfect and the views simply stunning!! The owner Tim is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He welcomed us with roses, wine, and ice cream! The home is big and roomy and was stocked with everything we needed. The towels and duvets were so fluffy and soft, I want to buy the same ones for my own home. The game room was a huge hit with my 8 year old son and he spent hours in there playing darts, pool, foosball, and ping pong. We soaked in the hot tub every night and watched the sun set behind the mountains. We even had some deer visit the property while we were there. This is not a place we will forget. I hope we get a chance to come back!

We stayed at Tim’s house for 5 nights. The location was fantastic. We never drove more than 20 minutes to the things we wanted to do. The views from the deck were unbeatable. Tim went out of his way to make sure all of us had a great time! He bought Oreos and ice cream for our girls. They will never forget playing ping pong in their robes in the game room! You will miss out if you don’t stay here!!

The view is the best we've ever had at a VRBO! On top of that, the location is ideal,,,,no more than 15 minutes away from everything. To make things better, our host, Tim, was available, made us feel welcomed and enhanced our experience. If we ever head back to Colorado Springs, we will be looking to stay here again.

This property was fantastic! Clean, nicely appointed, and terrific view! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Zoo, etc. Property owner was so great to our group, providing snacks, coffee, and other amenities, as well as a birthday cake for on of our team. And the hot tub was amazing with the view! Would strongly suggest that this one be on your visit list!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!! Tim is an incredible host who is extremely attentive to your needs. He bought a case a beer for me, a bottle of wine for my wife, and a bottle of pop for my son. The cupboards are full of spices/snacks, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the towels are soft, there’s nothing missing. Staying at the house is vacation enough without going anywhere!! We will definitely be back and you can’t go wrong booking this house. Tim will treat you well and you won’t be disappointed with the view and amenities!!

The view was out of this world! Each morning & evening our group of veterans sat on the porch relaxing as we stared at the ever changing view of Pikes Peak. The home is filled with any and everything one would need or want! I’ve never seen an owner who has thought of it all, but Tim has. Cold beverages in the fridge, a new flag representing each branch of the military each day & a text, call or visit to make sure our needs were met. Our group was spoiled & we loved it! No better place to stay for us Veterans!

My family had an incredible week in this beautiful home. The stunning views of Pikes Peak were simply breathtaking, and the owner's hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. From the well-appointed amenities to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect and made our vacation incredibly enjoyable. It rained off and on during the week making it difficult to do everything we wanted in the Colorado Springs area however, with the game room and hot tub everyone still had a blast! We can't wait to return and create more amazing memories in the future.

Every detail is thought of on this stay. The owner, Tim, is super kind and accommodating. He has thought of every detail to make the home comfortable. The views are unbelievable. This home is large, clean, well stocked, and had an incredible view. The beds are very comfortable as well. The location is great. There is so much to do in Colorado Springs and nearby Cascade all within a short drive (or walk for some activities) from the house. We will be back!

This place has it all! The view is spectacular and the host goes above and beyond to make sure guest have everything they would possibly need. Property is very clean and close to everything. Space easily accommodated our family of 6. Room were large and beds were super comfort. The hot tub and game room were a huge bonus. All of our needs were met with this booking. Tim nailed it!!

This is the second time we stayed here because the location is perfect. The views from the back porch, the great wildlife and space in the house works very nice for large families. This is the first time we brought toddlers and the house was great for them and the town had lots to do for them. We will be back!

I don’t think that VRBO will allow me enough words to truly expressing how absolutely AMAZING the stay at Tim’s home was for me and my family during our Thanksgiving weekend! He left no stone unturned with the amount of attentiveness, hospitality, and amenities available to us. I felt right at home at this location and the views are so breath taking that it’s all the more to be thankful for! The pictures displayed on this listing just doesn’t do it justice! We were hard pressed to even leave the home because everything that we needed was RIGHT THERE at our fingertips! Fully furnished kitchen with every single amenity and spice you can imagine! The softest towels and hotel grade toiletries and premiere bedding! A piano to play with such history and meaning - a fully functioning game room with pool, table tennis and foozeball, along with surround sound speakers! The fireplace! The scenic view of the garden of the gods invited light that ignited us all! He bought fresh flowers and even a bottle of wine to boot! This was so tremendous that we barely wanted to leave the home to experience the close by Manitou Springs, outdoor viewing and shops near by! Do yourself a favor and stay here- you deserve it. WE deserved it! I cannot wait to stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs!

We loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our family. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful and 3 deer even came right into the backyard one morning. We have rented many homes through VRBO but Tim was the most gracious host we’ve ever had. He pays attention to every detail. Everything about our stay was seamless. I highly recommend this property. Our family of 6 had the best time visiting CO Springs before the end of summer. Our 4 kids ages 3.5,7,9 had plenty of room for sleep and play. Location was perfect for sightseeing. So much character in the house. Thanks Tim! We had the best time

From the street, it is hard to imagine the gem of a property that lies beyond the front door. The views out the back are breathtaking, and there are so many ways to enjoy them -- from dining out on the deck, to soaking in the hot tub, to watching a storm roll in from the comfort of the lounge chairs in front of the big picture window. We especially loved watching all the birds come to the feeders and birdbath right outside the window. There were only 4 of us during this trip, so we each had our own bedroom, but the house would easily accommodate more. There was also plenty of room to relax, whether it be in front of a cozy fire in the living room, in the downstairs tv room, or in the well-appointed game room. The location was perfect with so many places to hike, sightsee, and dine nearby. Tim was an amazing host and added many personal touches to make our stay special. He took time to show us all around upon our arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. Bed and bath linens were better than what I've had at the finest hotels, and those plush robes for the hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked and there were extras of everything you could want during your stay. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Colorado Springs.

I can’t say enough about how great Tim and his home are. First of all the house is perfect. There is plenty of open space for a group of people to lounge around and relax on the deck with this most incredible view. You can also enjoy the perfect game room set up in the garage. Tim is the absolute best host I have ever interacted with. He is overly communicative and wants to make sure you have everything you could need for your stay. Trip was for my son's wedding. The house was close enough to everything we needed to do. Hiking, exploring, wedding venue and places to eat. We ate at an Italian restaurant (Paravicinis) and the food was delicious. Tim was a wonderful host!! Great place to stay and relax will come back again.

We would definitely recommend staying at this property while visiting Colorado Springs! The views from the back deck are amazing, including Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Tim, the host, was so nice and wonderful to work with. The game room was a major hit with the kids and the location of the property offered us endless things to do nearby. I would give out stay 6 stars if I could! We highly recommend!

Tim is the most gracious host we have ever had in our 12 years of renting through VRBO. He met us upon arrival to show us how to use the hot tub on the balcony and stereo system in the game room and genuinely made our family feel welcome. He generously provided our favorite ice cream, wine, and coffee creamer along with numerous snacks in the pantry. The tree line made it feel like we were out in the country and not in a neighborhood as we took in the spectacular views from the large floor to ceiling windows. Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Pikes Peak, and Garden of the Gods all sit within the panoramic view. We enjoyed bird watching every morning and the occasional visit from a doe and her twin fawns as well as a couple of bucks in the afternoon. The house has such a cool layout and provided ample space for our family of six (mostly adults). The mattresses, bedding, and towels were all high quality, and he provided robes for each of us during our stay, a nice convenience when enjoying the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house.

Everything about Tim’s home was perfect! The house was immaculate, well stocked with snacks, paper products, and toiletries and pretty much everything we could have needed. The views are absolutely unbeatable and I have never stayed in a more bright, cheerful and welcoming home. The location is so convenient to the many wonderful activities in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. The cozy neighborhood was quiet, but was only a 4-5 minute drive to jump onto the interstate as well as convenient to grocery store and eating establishments. My family had the best vacation hiking and riding horses in Garden of the Gods, rafting on the Arkansas River and riding the Royal Gorge train, as well as zip-lining at the Broadmoor and enjoying a Rockies game at Coors Field. We actually couldn’t wait to get back to the house in the evenings to enjoy dinner on the fabulous back porch with amazing views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Then we would top off the evening with ping pong or pool tournaments and a soak in the hot tub. The views from the deck, kitchen, and sitting room are indescribable. I think I could wake up every day to those views and it would never get old! I am not a person who feels comfortable and sleeps well when I am not at home, but I can honestly say that this house was the most comfortable and most relaxing place I have stayed. My family absolutely loved living here for a few days and cannot wait to come back.

My husband, two daughters (11,8), and I stayed here for 3 nights this June. We were drawn in by the view, hot tub, and great reviews, and were not disappointed. The house was perfect, and Tim is an exceptional host. We had so many thoughtful extras - enjoyed flowers, beverages, snacks, coffee, games & activities. We loved the view, the location, and all the amenities. The home was stocked with all basics and then some. We enjoyed watching mule deer one evening from the deck. We were conveniently located to many attractions and a grocery store. We spent much time just relaxing and enjoying the home as well, and had many meals at the house. Tim was so thoughtful & hospitable. I can't think of anything I would change except to stay longer!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We have had other ok experiences with rental houses, however, this was the BEST - a truly exceptional experience!
