Perfect house for us!

We enjoyed the house, the location, everything. It was a perfect place for a winter escape.

We absolutely loved our week here! The place was so clean and comfortable! All details were covered and made us feel so welcome—including fresh fruit and water in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo in all the bathrooms, washer and dryer and all the beach gear! Being across the street from that park was so fun! Our grandkids loved getting up and playing every morning before we hit the beach! It was a wonderful place to make some fun family memories! We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shuja's place in Boca Raton. We were 8 adults plus an infant and found the house very comfortable. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants nearby, a park across the street, and a supermarket around the corner. The master bath is incredible! Thanks Shuja!

We stayed at this property while my daughter competed in the beach volleyball nationals tournament - our family and her beach partner's family all stayed together. It was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone. It is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, liquor store, a neighborhood park, and a cool hidden beach/cove....pretty much everything you could need. The owner provided umbrellas and chairs for the beach as well. This was life saver during the HOT beach volleyball tournaments. The neighborhood was very clean and safe. The property owner responded to my questions very quickly and was extremely hospitable. We would definitely stay at this property again!! Highly recommend.

We were very comfortable in this updated ranch home. The location was perfect for us. We took walks everyday in Lake Wyman Park, which is right across the street from the property. The 5th Avenue Shops are only a few blocks away which makes shopping for supplies super easy. The home is very well equipped, and the owners Shuja and Nadeem, were very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Overall it was a great stay and I am putting the property on my favorites list.

This house was exactly what we needed! Over the course of 10 days we had a range of 3 to 10 guests, with 4 local family members stopping in to visit and we had plenty of room! Close to stores, restaurants, and the beach! Highly recommend and will be booking future vacations here!!

I rented this property for my out of town family during their visit. The recently renovated house ensured it was clean and in good working order. I appreciated the open space with lots of seating for our entire family. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuite master bath was fun!! The house is across the street from a very nice park we visited daily and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

We had a very good experience. The house is clean and well-kept. The location is excellent; it is lovely having Lake Wyman Park as your front yard. Recommend highly!

Everything was very nice. Smaller group than expected due to Covid. Clean. We have family there so it was very convenient. Much better than staying in a hotel

What a wonderful experience! The home was just as advertised and it was wonderful for the whole family! While 8 of us stayed at the house, my son and his family (who live nearby) joined us for most meals - up to 16 there and it was super!! We had some little guys and the park across the street was perfect for getting them out and moving around, and delightful for the rest of us to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Shuja had everything ready when we arrived - even some fruit in the fridge! The bath supplies were great and made it so much easier for us. I cannot think of anything that could be improved on - Shuja thought of everything that would make our stay delightful. Have already thought about coming back and staying again - would recommend most highly!

This house is wonderful. The home is clean and the location is close to stores and the beach. The owner provided many extra items to make our stay perfect. We will be back next year and hope to stay here again!

I enjoy staying in this newly renovated house. The house is very new and clean. It is right opposite to the park where you can walk and do some sports, great location. The closest Publix is only 100 meters away. The living room and kitchen is spacious. I really enjoyed my time there.

We have two young children and I did not want to worry about a pool right outside the house. This was the perfect alternative for us as the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the most amazing park right across the street. Everything with the house was clean and well stocked. We loved having access to the beach gear and park games. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The place was very clean and very comfortably set. Nice size rooms and well appointed bathrooms. The basic requirements for a nice welcome was also provided, which was quite special - water bottles, tea, coffee, filters for the coffee pot, hand soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, soap for the clothes washer etc. very thoughtful. We would love to rent again next year but I believe it is already taken. a year in advance. The location opposite the park is really very nice and all stores and food places are walking distance. Some of the batteries in the fan remotes need replacement. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and responded to our requests promptly.

Great area. We loved the park across the street and easy access to the beach, grocery stores and tennis. We would love to come back. The host of the home is available if you need and very accomodating.

I was traveling from Europe with my family last minute but the communication with the owner was more than smooth arranging everything in 2 days. Shuja was very polite and friendly making us feel more than welcome, always answering quickly. Staying at this house for almost 2 weeks made our family vacation just wonderful. Entering the house we were amazed by the brand new interior. It looked very modern, clean and fresh but cozy making you feel like you stepped into the Americas favorite fixer upper TV show about house remodeling. We were nicely surprised by the interior design, knowing right away we were very lucky to rent this house. As an architect I really appreciate owner’s effort to furnish the house with original and high quality pieces, using interesting materials and timeless colors creating a very unique home which really stands out from ordinary rentals. We really loved the layout of the house with 4 rooms having big closets and private bathrooms. Having all the equipment to cook, making barbecue or even having great beach chair equipment made us feel almost like at home. The location was a big plus too as the beach was 5 minutes’ drive away, shops were around the corner, there even was a very friendly beer bar couple minutes of walk away. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We especially enjoyed the newly revitalized park in front of the house. I have to thank the owner to have the idea to make the windows as big as possible in the main area because the great view of the park we had every morning just draws us all into its amusing landscape to move and we are not a “sporty” family at all :) One leaves this house inspired wishing more rental homes would look like this one. I highly recommend this house. Thank you Shuja very much again for having us and we will definitely come back as soon as we can! :)

This property is brand new, and everything is high end and in perfect working order. The location is great for families with small children, a great park right across the street. Five minute drive to the beach, have to get around the lake. The owners are very gracious and always replied promptly. Would definitely recommend to friends!

We loved this house, the kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous. The house had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, outside patio, patio set, grill. The location was excellent,.. easy drive to all the beaches from Delray to Hollywood. Boca Raton beach was beautiful and just a 5 minute or less drive away. The park across the street was wonderful. Make sure to explore it. Easy walk to many restaurants, stores and grocery shopping. The hosts were great, stocking the house with all the necessities PLUS fresh fruit, Starbucks coffee, half and half on our arrival. We were three couples with our own private bedroom and bath and plenty of space to share. We will definitely be back.
