There was plenty of space for all of us (3 adults and 3 teenagers). The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the mountains. There was also shopping close by. The owners are friendly and quick to respond.

The house was perfect plenty of room very clean and we really enjoyed it and will be back again when we play another tournament in Salt Lake City, Utah thanks for the spectacular stay.

Great house, great host, great location. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants and a straight shot to little cottonwood canyon.

Overall we were very pleased with the house. Owner / Manager communicated very well with me. Although there a few minor items that needed some attention (TLC). The house was close to everything and everything seemed to work fine. I would definitely come back there for our family trip next year.

Home is well appointed with great access to both big and little cottonwood canyons. Quiet neighborhood with nearby grocery and restaurants. A great alternative to resorts on the mountain.

This house is located on a very peaceful and convenient neighborhood. We had a comfortable stay. I would recommend my families and friends to book for future visits to Sandy. Jan and her son, Nate are both very polite and nice people. Very responsive to our request.

I really enjoyed staying here while skiing in the Cottonwoods. I would gladly come back! Jan is a very kind host and the house is cozy. It’s very well located - right by Little Cottonwood Canyon, but also within walking distance of a major supermarket. Thank you, Jan!

This house is very close to both Cottonwood canyon entrances making it ideal for skiers to get to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. Grocery store just a couple of minutes away so all very convenient.

The house was clean and pretty well stocked. There is a big deck in the back yard with a barbeque and a nice view of the mountains. I'd stay again.

Practical convenience.
Very well located suburban house for access to Cottonwood Canyon. Close to AltaBird. The host is Fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Kitchen works, TVs and recliners are good for 5-6 ppl. Family rooms on 2 floors. Not the Ritz (or priced as such) but a very comfortable stay and a good value! 😀

Great for skiing the cottonwood canyons
Loved the place. It was exactly what we expected, in a good spot close to rental shops and mountains, and the hosts we're very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Will recommend to friends visiting the area!

Alta & Snowbird
Rental was spacious for 5 people with enough space for everyone. House is close to the grocery stores and skiing. We skied Alta and Snowbird. Snow was amazing. Had a great vacation!

Fantastic Family getaway
We wanted a place that was central to family in Salt Lake City and provided easy access to the mountains to ski, sled, and play. This house was not only perfectly located, but wonderfully equipped. Comfortable for all including the cold blooded family members because there are extra heaters to warm up specific rooms and not cook the rest of the family haha. Looking forward to staying again.

Garden of quilts and area hiking trip
We had a great time in Utah. The house was clean, comfortable, well organized and the location was great. Jan was the best with suggestions for finding activities in the area. The mountain view from house was spectacular!

Ski Vacation
Great place to stay for a ski trip. 4 resorts within a very short distance. Place was clean and comfortable. No issues with the house.

This “house” was not as advertised. Apparently our stay at Christmas was the first time they rented both upper and lower levels of the house. It is not suitable for two separate renters due to extremely poor insulation and sound carrying. It was if the family with very young children (up at 6am) below was living among us. The WiFi could not handle streaming two movies (one per renter) concurrently. The driveway is also not wide enough to accommodate two cars. We will not be returning. When we arrived and our car didn’t fit in driveway

Pretty much as advertised
Kitchen equipment was a bit on the minimal side, but having an induction cooktop was really nice. Simple and comfortable home. If you are mostly outdoors and just return home to cook a meal, this is a great match. Master bed had the best mattress we have ever had in a vacation rental, by far.

Quiet, comforable, and convenient
This charming house is in a quiet neiborhood with a spectacular view. Jan and Nate were so hospitable, working with us on our check-in time and even messaging to check on us and offer directions to help us avoid traffic. This is like a VRBO with a concierge!

Beautiful
We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and in a nice safe neighborhood where we could walk every morning and get to the grocery store easily. Easy to navigate and get to/from downtown as well! Jan and Nate were very friendly giving us suggestions and tips to make our stay enjoyable. Would absolutely stay here again.
