Tropical Tranquility- “Casa Pina”
Privates Studio-Apartment am Pool in einer etablierten, historischen, von Palmen gesäumten Nachbarschaft. Dieses neu errichtete, komplett eingerichtete Apartment wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail in einzigartigem Stil gestaltet. Altertümliche historische Türen und Fenster aus einem lokalen historischen Gebäude wurden verwendet, um den typischen architektonischen Charme von Palm Beach um 1920 zu schaffen.
Das Casa Pina liegt nur wenige Blocks von der Intracoastal Waterway entfernt, nur wenige Kilometer vom Strand entfernt. Lokale Restaurants und Antiquitätenläden erreichen Sie zu Fuß. Es ist eine günstige Lage für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Trolly, Palm Tran & Brightline-Züge, PBIA, Interstate 95 und den Florida Turnpike. Außerdem hat unsere Stadt ernsthafte Anstrengungen unternommen, um eine fußgänger- und fahrradfreundliche Gemeinschaft zu schaffen.

My partner, pup and I stayed with Susan for a short weekend getaway. The location is very convenient to WPB restaurants and attractions. We loved being able to bring our larger dog with us. The apartment is close to the intracoastal was great and perfect to walk the dog morning/night. Very cute neighborhood and we also felt safe.
We'd love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Piña. The property managers are a lovely couple that also live on property and were very accommodating. The property is very cozy but has all the amenities you need and more. Bathroom is very large especially given the size of the studio, but it is not very private. Place is great for couples or two very good friends who are comfortable in a smaller environment.

Had a pleasant stay, loved the place and location. Had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. Susan was a great host and understanding of our situation.

A real gem. Beautifully decorated in a funky boho style with everything you could possibly need. Spectacular shower. Susan was a gracious host. We would definitely come back.

The location of the rental was in a direct flight path and had to listen to jets flying overhead taking off and landing constantly during the day and evening every day.
The studio unit was top notch with appliances all new and updated, the queen size bed was very comfortable with adjustable remote features. Would recommend better privacy with regard to the bathroom if having guests visit your unit. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful with rain shower and hand held features. Would recommend that the host re-install mounting bracket for double glide glass barn doors in bathroom to avoid head injuries to taller individuals.
The unit rental is pet friendly however, dogs should not be allowed to relieve themselves in the surrounding pool area and on pool furniture and cushions. We were surprised to be greeted at our door by a pet of another renter and were thankful the dog was friendly. Having dogs swimming in the pool while guests are renting should not be allowed.

The stay has been very pleasant. Nice little studio apartment, very cozy atmosfere, full of details and with nice garden with pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for one person or for a couple.

Cozy upstairs unit of a duplex carriage home, set in a lush tropical garden, complete with pool and jacuzzi spa, located behind the owner's main house. Small, but very well appointed, with antique furnishings and modern appliances and bath. A joy to just be there. Super location. Great neighborhood.

Beautiful place. Very clean and quiet. Location is wonderful. We walked on the intercoastal every morning. Property manager communication was quick. I am adding this one to my list of favorites to return to!

Kindly welcomed by the extremely warm and friendly
owner and taken to this soulful, yet modern nest in the fairy jungle. With the bedside windows & french doors looking out to the treetops & warm string lights and the birds singing, this place is delightful mix of comfort, luxury and magic.
The bed is insanely comfortable. The sweet little kitchen is insanely luxe & well designed. The rain/wand shower sublime. The pool and garden all very spa-like. Over-all enchanting & restful stay. Will definitely revisit!

We enjoyed our stay, this unit was decorated so nice and so much attention to detail. I was amazed at all the detail of the decorations and anything you might need was there for your use. The host was so attentive and nice. We would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept great.

This little studio apartment is all that is needed for a lovely stay. Fully equipped, very comfy bed, and a wonderful back yard to relax and enjoy oneself. It is a little slice of paradise!

I recently had a negative encounter with this host. Upon arrival it became immediately evident that Susan does not hire professional cleaners to properly clean and sanitize between renters. Susan was out of town and left her friend/tenent overseeing and cleaning the property. She was clearly not qualified and overwhelmed with the task. There was a laundry list of issues from sanitation to wear and tear. The most egregious was dog poop on the pool deck. My husband and I did not feel comfortable staying at the property and quickly booked a hotel. I understand Susan was unexpectedly out of the country, however throughout the whole ordeal and after she returned, I was shocked how unsympathetic and her cavalier attitude was about the condition of the property. She demonstrated no real effort to rectify the situation nor make us whole.

Nicely decorated and clean. So many extras available in the rental to make things welcoming and convenient. Pool and spa were well used and appreciated. Alyson took care of us and kept us company many times. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

5 night stay at the upstairs Casa Pina residence felt like your own private home in WPB with access to the hot tub and pool. Market access the main street for any necessities and restaurants, yoga and a wine store in walking distance. Susan was a great host.

The lovely apartment was set in a beautiful garden with a pool. The neighborhood was nice for walking and shopping for antiques. Sue was a warm and friendly host. We would be glad to stay again if ever in the area.

We extended a work trip and opted to stay in WPB. the rental was just what we expected, clean, quiet and relaxing.
Susan was very quick to respond and is extremely nice. Her dogs added a special touch for us as we have dogs ourselves.
We didn’t have anyone below us in the 2nd unit, so we had the place to ourselves.
Loved the pool and hot tub!

The property had everything one could need to make a stay comfortable and the outside area was a beautiful spot to enjoy morning coffee along with a lovely pool area for afternoon relaxing. Lucky for us there was no one in the lower suite so we had the place to ourself.

The property is actually as it appears in the photos. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals. The bed was very comfortable. The large shower was great. The backyard was very relaxing; cooling off in the pool was a great way to beat the heat. Location was perfect; the neighborhood was great for taking morning or evening walks. There were really good restaurants within walking distance. Susan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I can't say enough about how nice she is. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you're visiting the West Palm Beach area.

I had a great short stay in March. A perfect spot to decompress solo for a couple days before meeting friends in palm beach. Sadly, rain and wind made it impossible to use the pool during my stay, but the view, and the relaxation was enough. And there is a beautiful new grocery store just a short walk away! Definitely recommend.

Located within an older area of Palm Beach with fascinating architecture. A short walk down to the intercoastal and places you across from Mar-A-Lago. Close to major arteries, services, foodie’s options and the airport. Susan is a natural host who has taken great pride in her properties and it shows!

My husband and I stayed in Casa Pina when visiting West Palm to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to stay here! Susan is a terrific host and has created a beautiful space perfect for two! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and a kayak and snorkeling excursion to Peanut Island. There are a ton of restaurants in the area too. Susan was very easy to communicate with and was helpful with recommendations for restaurants and nearby necessities, like grocery stores.

Love the hot tub for the cool January mornings. The pool is there for the hot days.

Fantastic unit in a beautiful backyard. Susan was a dream to work with and I really enjoyed myself. I had to work quite a bit so the wifi was plenty strong enough and the kitchen had everything for cooking every night.

Susan was the best. We checked in late, around 10pm and Susan was still awake to answer all of our needs. The room was very cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The tall natural bush wall made it sure that the place was secluded.
Definitely recommend to couples who want to have their own oasis.

Great pool and spa. Very clean space and near to some nice restaurants too! Friendly host. Try food from ‘tropical smokehouse’ it’s a 5 minute walk from the studio and sooooo good!

Susan was a wonderful hostess with an immaculate property. The bed was super soft with awesome sheets and amenities. It is close to quaint restaurants and close to the beach. A great place for a couple to stay as well as a couple of friends that don’t mind sharing a queen size bed. I can’t wait to come back with my husband very soon!

This property is all that it is advertised and then some! The unit itself it cozy and comfortable, the outdoor courtyard a great place to relax and unwind and the pool and hot tub added the perfect touch.

Susan was such a great host and very friendly!!! We stayed this week for our honeymoon and enjoyed every bit of it. A little escape to casa pina was exactly what we needed and would highly recommend the place to anyone who wants a private tropical oasis!
