This place was plenty big enough for two families. The kids (5 in all) used the bunk room downstairs and the two adult couples each had our own suite. Very nice place and convenient location. Definitely hope to return.

Our family of 7 adults, 3 couples and one single was amazing! This was our first family snow/mountain vacation. As we are from Florida, we did not know what to expect and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The place was exactly as described! It was very clean and offered everything we needed! We cooked dinner most nights (with groceries we bought nearby) and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for all 7 us! We loved getting into the jacuzzi at night after a day of playing in the snow! The little sledding hill right in front of our house was an added fun spot! We walked to get coffee from a nearby coffee house most mornings and explored some of the little shops on our walk.
We skied, snow tubed, and snowmobiled and all were very easy to get to. We did not use the shuttles, but we did see the pick up close to our house.
Both the check in and check out were very simple. We are already talking about a return trip!

We loved staying here. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept. The Christmas tree in the family room was a nice touch, considering we arrived the day after Christmas. The garage was just the right size to barely fit the Ford Expedition we rented. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We wished we tried out the private hot tub, but never did it. We liked the gas log fireplace on a timer so we never had to remember to turn it off. We felt very welcomed.

Very happy with our trip. The pandemic prevented us from skiing but now things seem to be back to normal and we will continue booking with VRBO for the next skii season!

Overall our stay at this property was nice. The only complaint I would have is the parking here is not that great. If you have more than two cars finding additional parking spots near this location is very difficult. As all of the side streets have no parking overnight signs listed. One Of the individuals in our group received a parking violation and the neighbors were very frustrated with the parking situation.

The check in process was easy and done via text. The property was ready on time and clean with everything we needed. The shuttle to the mountain wasn’t very punctual, but it did run generally to schedule and was a big benefit as parking looked difficult. The snow was great so great skiing. The NYE firework show was grand - well enjoyed.

Our lodging was exactly as described to me earlier in the year as I made reservations. The only thing I would suggest is that TV remotes get batteries! Thank you for the lodging.

Great unit! We loved the complex (Sawmill Station). The garage and driveway area are EXTREMELY tight, but everything else was wonderful. We'd love to stay again at Christmas and at next year's jazz festival. We don't want to stay anywhere else! Thanks.

Property was very nice and clean. Communication was timely and concise. Only challenge we encountered was the driveway was super slippery. Snow had accumulated and it wasn’t shoveled, so with the warm afternoon temperatures the snowpack turned into an uneven ice rink. No one fell so it all ended okay.

Great location, lots of space, awesome communication & just as described
This condo is in a great location in Winter Park! Lots of space to spread out; really enjoyed the bathroom per bedroom with an additional half bath on the main floor! Personal hot tub wonderful after a day enjoying winter sports outdoors! Kitchen very well stocked. No need to bring any extras along. Lots of stairs but it provided alot of privacy across rooms. Communication wonderful with any questions during stay. So nice to be able to text or call and get an answer immediately! Heated garage with extra parking spot convenient. We didn't make it tubbing across the street but we look forward to enjoying that next trip. Personal message with goodies nice touch when we checked in. Great condo; we'll definitely return!

Winter Park
The condo was amazing with plenty of room for a family 6. Clean, lots of extra towels and hot tub was a plus, especially after a long day at the slopes!! The only issue we had was icy driveway.
MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry about the icy buildup on the driveway over there. Those Sawmill Stations are so closely spaced it does get hard to totally eliminate all the snow and ice toward the end of the season. Please do always contact us so we may so whatever we can to keep things safe.

Great place and location
This is a great place to be close to all of the restaurants and shops. We had out of town family and it was very convenient to rent from Christy Sports and switch out demo skis at the end of the day. My son-in-law bought boots and had little minor adjustments done. We walked to and from dinner and didn't have to worry about drinking. The condo was fabulous. It's hard to find condos that have two queen beds and enough bathrooms for everyone to be in them at once, which this condo did have! We normally stay closer to the ski hill, but this condo gave us a different perspective and we loved it!

Gorgeous property located just outside of the ski slopes
We had 7 people in our group, all coming in to Denver from out of town. The winter park lodging company worked with us for an early check in to accommodate our strange needs. The property slept 7 comfortably and had plenty of space for waxing skis, playing cards, having some drinks and hot tubbing. The place was very clean and in the perfect location for getting around!

Great place to stay if you have a toddler
This was our 3rd stay with Winter Park Lodging Company. We come back because of the ease of booking and checking in using the electronic door lock. Also, if we have any problems, the business is quick to respond and get back to you. Sawmill Station was great because it had lots of room for our family and extra space for visitors. The child booster seat, gate and pack and play were convenient for our 2-year-old to use. We also liked having a playground so near by!

Sawmill Station Stay
Very nice and comfortable condo for a family vacation. We all had a great time in Winter Park. Great location and close to everything. Nice amenities with tvs in bedrooms and living room and the nice clean hot tub. We can recommend this condo for a fun time.

Nice condo with plenty of space. Lower level bunks were both doubles, great for the two teenage boys. Other beds were very comfortable (new?) as well. Quiet, convenient. Nice hot tub. Well appointed kitchen, nice laundry.

This place was great. Very convenient, clean, well kept. We love the fireplace and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen (only missing sharp knives). The only thing I would change is to add some instructions on how to use the tv, dvd et cetera. That was a little hard to figure out. I would definitely choose this place again.
