the staff were amazing. I had forgotten my charger and they provided me with one a little late at night which was really nice of them. location was great, next to shops and restaurants.

What i like is the bed and the tv ,hot water all the time, the room is clearly good ,the hotel was in a good spot close to the train station

My request from booking didn’t taken care of ofc 🤷‍♂️ , the worst stuff ever seen in my life in the first call and the second call too , and in the hotel actually they treating you like no buddy i think u have to pay for that, a room had a caffe maker the other no , the spoon wasn’t clean, there’s no soaps, just shampoo and u can use it for ur body that’s ridiculous, basic room and small compared to the price you .can get better with that paid price, all the room stickers talking about steeling, extra fees that’s all what they care about, like ur going to take a something from the room as it is soo basic lol. I don’t know i f he deserves 4 start or not , i hope they take my review under consideration.

24 hours, multi lingual reception. Very helpful and supportive. I needed iron stand and iron to freshen my shirt and it was available from the reception. Buffet breakfast was available and it was good in quality & quantity with freshly baked iteams along side the other items to choose from.

Because of Covid, there has to be a queue for breakfast

The Location of the Hotel is Perfect - Absolutely Perfect The breakfast contains many options and many Moroccan delights and flavors The rooms are spacious and was above expectations and Finally - The Crew was unremarkably awesome, allways welcoming and willing to help
