Comfortable beds - ample enough for 8 adults to sleep & have privacy. 2 Jack & Jill bathrooms upstairs were great with the 4 bedrooms upstairs. King size master & bath on first floor as described.

Decor kind of dated and funky. “Sunken” family room /TB space. Just need to be prepared if you have older people or little ones in your group. Was not an issue for us. Living room for gathering was great - comfortable & spacious.

Came with a group of 13 for a long weekend. The house fit us all comfortably. The pool and common spaces were great for games and hanging out. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was responsive throughout. Would stay here again when in Fort Lauderdale.

House was perfect for our group of 11. House is located in very upscale neighborhood with plenty of space inside as well as outside around the pool. Ping pong / Pool Table was a huge hit. You could walk to beach but it is 1.25 miles away. Fort Lauderdale beach is about 5.5 to 6 miles. Goran responded quickly to questions and was easy to work with.

We had a great time at this place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and it’s a pleasant neighborhood! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

We have visited Miami several times. But this house is the best we stayed so far and host Goran is very friendly and responded to us immediately with all questions. Enjoyed staying here and will definitely recommend to others.

We loved this place. Goran was very responsive and made our stay perfect. House was clean, pool was amazing. I’ll be looking for this place on our next Fort Lauderdale trip.

Great stay, great home layout
This home has the perfect layout for our large group; plenty of bedrooms, large dining/living area, large entertainment sunroom area, and tons of patio space and seating outside. The only bummer was that the heater for the pool and hot tub was not working, but the owner even came out and tried to fix it the next day after i informed him that it wasn't working.

Weekend Away
This residence is a great stay with plenty of space! I stayed here with 9 others and we all had an amazing time. The location is also great, with restuarants and bars seconds away. Would definitely recommend to stay here for a family vacation or if you have quite a few members in your party.

Goran’s home was a terrific space for my family. It’s more spacious than I’d expected which made it easy for me to work and for three children to virtually attend school without distraction. The location is central and close to all of the amenities we needed. It’s only a 20 minute walk into Lauderdale by the Sea. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the washing machine and dryer are practically new. We spent most of our time in and around the incredible pool area. The pool is clean, has a perfect shallow area for toddlers, lights up in different colors at night (a big hit with my kids) and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Goran is a thoughtful and responsive host and we wouldn’t think twice about staying again.

Awesome Heated Pool
The property is located in a quiet, clean, upscale neighborhood- great place to walk/exercise in the mornings. Location only 1.3 miles from Lauderdale by the sea/beach. The property is very retro/unique. We appreciated having 3 full bathroom. The kitchen had adequate supplies for the limited cooking that we did and the beds were comfortable. The ultamate highlight of the property is the heated pool- it's AWESOME! We enjoyed the pool more than the beach! We did have a couple issues while we were there, but Goran immediately took care of the problems. Check-in was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay
Goran was an amazing host. He met us at the house on arrival, and showed us the ins and outs. Not only this, but he also knows everywhere to go out in and around Fort Lauderdale. We were six 30 year old guys who wanted to go out to dinner but also night life. Whether you are looking for a nice restaurant, bars/clubs, family restaurants, tourist attractions etc, Goran knows the whole area and was very happy to share his knowledge with us. We will definitely be back and staying here again. Thank you Goran.

Great House
Gorman was a great guy to deal with. Got us in a day early and helped us with a few minor non house related issues that came up. He gave us a great fishing launch referral that resulted in a nice catch of a variety of fish. Bring comfy shoes because the tile floors can be tough on knees but overall a great stay.
