We are back! Two bedroom apt on 3.2 acre private estate. Only 3 min to Main St.

Diese fabelhafte Gästesuite liegt 5 Minuten von der Main Street, 15 Minuten von La Cantera / Fiesta Texas und 30 Minuten von Fredericksburg entfernt! Unsere elegant eingerichtete private Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Bad befindet sich neben dem Haupthaus und verfügt über einen separaten, verschlüsselten Eingang auf einem privaten Grundstück. Die Wohnung wurde 2013 komplett renoviert. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über neue Edelstahlgeräte, eine Eismaschine, gefiltertes Wasser, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. Waschküche hat in voller Größe Waschmaschine, Trockner und Waschmittel. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit Designer-Bettwäsche, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Laserdrucker. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei schmiedeeiserne Einzelbetten mit maßgefertigter Bettwäsche und einen großen Schrank. Die Betten können zu einem König zusammengestellt werden. My wife and I came to Boerne, San Antonio and Fredericksburg for a short getaway and used this as our “home base” for our stay. The property is immaculate and Frank & Suzanne were wonderful - very responsive to messages and very friendly! The dogs were a hoot and we enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast.
This is a wonderful property which is in a great location right off of I-10. It is very convenient to downtown Boerne and a short drive to Fredericksburg. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and there were ample bed and bath linens. Frank & Suzanne made sure anything we needed was there when we arrived, and they are on-site in case you have any questions.
Don’t hesitate to book this property. It is a gem!

The property is immaculate and Frank & Suzanne were wonderful - very responsive to messages and very friendly! The dogs were a hoot and we enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast.

Everything about our stay at this property was GREAT! Frank and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. I reached out to Suzanne a few times prior to our trip with various questions and she was always very prompt with her replies. Check-in was a breeze; the apartment is very clean, beautifully furnished and fully stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool each day of our visit and the water was perfect. This is definitely the nicest place we've stayed and we can't wait to stay here again!

Suzanne and Frank have created an outstanding rental with fully equipped kitchen ( we ate all our meals in) and a spa bath with huge walk in shower. Washer and dryer came in handy after pool time and we enjoyed many hours lounging by the pool and hot tub. The dogs are friendly and even joined my workout outside. Great getaway out in nature and plan to revisit post Covid19 outbreak to check out the sights and shops in Bourne.

Well appointed Sanctuary
The two bedroom suite we occupied was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had several stock items so we did not have to get those irritating basics, and we were ready upon arrival without having to do initial errands. The friendly and thoughtful hosts, when they heard we were going to cook a meal, asked if there was anything they could provide that we may be missing.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The owner was very welcoming and showed us around. It was ideal for our 3 day visit to Boerne. Lovely country feel to the place with the chickens and dogs to meet us too. Close to Boerne . It was well equipped and I can highly recommend it.

Suzanne and Frank were wonderful hosts! The pool was wonderful after a long day of house hunting in the area. I was relaxing in the evening listening to nature and the dogs are loveable and such a hoot! Thank you again for sharing your home. It is a hidden gem.

Perfection!
My husband and I had a lovely time in a beautiful location with welcoming and gracious hosts. It was an easy drive into San Antonio as well as very short drive into historic Boerne. And as much as we enjoyed our outings to each, I can easily see ourselves content to just stay in, read on the patio, relax in the pool or play with their oh so personable dogs. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and private!
We had a delightful 3-night stay at Frank & Suzanne's place. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the artwork makes you feel like you are in a museum. The kitchen was fully outfitted with anything that you would need for cooking (but who wants to!), including some basic condiments that were kept on hand. The bulldogs are hysterical but spend most of their day inside. Bella was nice enough to join us on the raft in the pool which made for great pictures. We plan to return. Shhhh--it's our secret.
