Spectacular Views – On Graeagle Creek Across From The Mill Pond
Genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Mühlenteich und Penman-Spitze von unserem Graeagle Meadows Townhome, direkt am Graeagle Creek, einem ganzjährig Strom. Es gibt für jeden etwas dabei - Angeln, Kajak, Paddle-Boarding, Wandern, Golf (5 wunderschönen 18-Loch Plätzen und zwei 9-Loch-Plätze), Radfahren, Mountainbiking, Schwimmen, Goldwaschen, Weinprobe, einer Brauerei und Ranger Gespräche / Lagerfeuer im nahe gelegenen Plumas Eureka State Park. Dann wieder, können Sie einfach auf der Terrasse sitzen und entspannen Sie in der ruhigen Rauschen des Baches, der Fischadler beobachten und gelegentliche Adler fangen ihr Abendessen in den Teich.
Wir haben unser Haus in einer "modernen rustikalen" Stil eingerichtet. Der Master befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett Cal und einen wunderschönen Blick auf Penman Peak und dem Mühlenteich. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Doppelbett und "live edge" Zeder und beetle-kill Kiefernmöbeln benutzerdefinierte von einem Handwerker in Seattle gemacht. Es gibt auch eine halbe Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss wir die "den Bären", die ein Doppelbett mit einer ausziehbaren trundle darunter hat nennen. Rechtlich ist es ein Schlafzimmer, aber es hat keine Fenster und ist sehr klein. Wir empfehlen diese Zimmer für nur Kinder.
Das Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Liege alle stehen vor der Mill Pond und Penman Peak. Es gibt einfach keinen besseren Ort, um das Feuerwerk über den Teich zu sehen !! Das Deck hat bequemen Gartenmöbeln und einem Esstisch, die Platz für vier, so dass Sie im Freien speisen auf dem Teich genießen. Ein Gas-Grill befindet sich um die Ecke des Decks aus dem Blickfeld.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine moderne, Leder liegende Sofa, große hallo-def Flachbild-LED-TV, Blue Ray-Player und einen Schreibtisch. Das Esszimmer hat einen benutzerdefinierten Live EDGE Weidentisch und Platz für sechs Personen. Es gibt eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit iPod-Player.
Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung, um Feinschmecker und Fans von "down home cooking" gleichermaßen zu befriedigen. This property is perfect for us. We have visited many times, and are never disappointed. The view from the deck is beautiful and we saw eagles and osprey from there.. Well appointed kitche. Ĺocted close to tiwn and Lakes Basin Recreation area. We always hate to leave, but look forward to coming back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Graeagle Meadows. It was so quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful view off the deck. It was also conveniently located to golf courses,shops, grocry, coffee and the venue, Chalet View Lodge, where we attended pre-wedding and wedding activiites.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion. The unit is great, updated and comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and an outstanding view. We loved spending time on the patio, looking out at the Mill Pond. Because of the 90 degree weather when we were there, we also really appreciated that it has air conditioning! It is a great unit in the Meadows and I would highly recommend it.

I fell in love with this place. The views from the house are amazing, the snow covered trees and the creek are the perfect for a winter getaway. The host went the extra mile and even has a binder with local food spots and hiking locations. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

This is a lovely location, overlooking the Mill Pond in the heart of Graeagle. We went in November when it was quiet, cold and snowy for our 10th Anniversary. We already booked again for next year we loved it so much! It is quiet and comfortable with plenty of space to do the projects we always take with us. Loved that they had installed a Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system which worked great even at 17 degrees. They got back to us right away to confirm our dates and instructions were so clear that we never had to contact them while we were there. The WiFi is fast and consistent. Kitchen is well-stocked. There wasn't wood for the fireplace, which I understand is very inefficient, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. It would be nice to have an efficient insert or a gas fireplace, but we made due by watching a looping YouTube of a fireplace :-)!

Stayed two nights to check out fall colors in the area. Nice place, in a good location. The view from the upstairs bedroom is magnificent, and also from the living/dining area. Plenty of seating, kitchen items, games, and clear check in check out instructions. Pictures are accurate. I do want to mention to check fees carefully because there is an additional fee per guest per night for any guests over 2 people, even though it is a rental that "Sleeps 5."

Lovely location. Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals in space. This is our 17th annual golfing and enjoying the Lakes Basin. This was our first year at this home - it will not be our last! A+

The hikes in the area are superb but schedule a few hours of deck time too because the view of pond from it is exquisite. Love this place!

The location of this property is outstanding, a quick walk to both Graeagle as well as Graeagle meadows golf course. Super comfy beds and all the luxuries of home. Overlooks a little lake & has an abundance of wildlife that strolls right by your lakefront patio. We completely enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to return.

This was a great quick weekend for us, came for a wedding at 21 Mile House. While our hosts kept us so busy, this condo was a wonderful place to come home to at the end of the day. Super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The view was wonderful and the pond was wonderful to walk around. Loved the little town as well. Highly recommended.

TRANQUILITY IN PARADISE!
We LOVED staying at your beautiful vacation home. It was clean, well stocked and equipped with all the necessities of home, and then some! Wedding in Graeagle
We had a short two night stay for a wedding at this condo. The view overlooking the pond is so gorgeous! Only glitch was trying to turn on the ac units and tv but with a phone call to the owner all was fixed. We were arriving early and the owner was very nice and let us check in a bit early also.

STUNNING LOCATION
REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful and restful. We came home with hundreds of gorgeous photos of all the lakes in the area, many right off the Gold Lake Highway. Found some beautiful hikes too. Especially enjoyed Frazier Falls and Gray Eagle Creek trails, as well as the walk around Lily Lake. Some of the other trails still snowed in, although it was the end of May.
The apartment was as advertised, although it did need a couple of repairs. The handle of the sink faucet in the upstairs bathroom was about to fall apart, and the outlet in the same bathroom was so old it wouldn't hold a plug. They just kept falling out, so I had to go to the downstairs bathroom to use my blow dryer. I mention these for the property manager.....minor repairs that can easily be fixed. We otherwise enjoyed our stay there. The view from the back patio definitely made up for any inconveniences.
If you are considering a stay in the spring, be advised that many of the restaurants are closed until right before Memorial Day weekend. We did eventually discover the best place in town for breakfast....The Graeagle Meadows golf club restaurant. Menu is limited, but every breakfast we had there was delicious!

A Lovely Retreat
This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It was his wonderful as we had remembered since before covid. Beautiful views from the deck and upstairs bedroom, close to things in the village of Graeagle and a short drive to Lakes Basin recreation area. We will come back, as often as we can. This property is very, very nice. It is extremely clean and very well furnished. The living room furniture is very comfortable and reclines.
The beads are very comfortable and provides a good nights sleep. The heating system is very responsive. You have an unrestricted view of Graegle Mill Pond from the master bedroom and the downstairs living area..

Perfect Vacation Home!
The hosts, Steve and Debbie were wonderful and always returned my messages right away. Their home was perfect for us celebrating the wedding of my son at the Corner Barn only a few minutes away! The view was spectacular overlooking the pond and we were greeted the morning of the wedding by a family of deers. Graeagle is a hidden gem and I will always remember how friendly everyone was. If you are looking for a home to stay at this is the one!

The condo was in a wonderful neighborhood & was just as described. Place was well stocked & clean making it very easy to cook meals & feel comfortable just hanging out. The view is amazing & relaxing. Lots of ducks & deer to watch!! Communication with owner was quite easy & friendly. We loved our stay & if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to rent here again!! Thank you opening up your house & sharing your lovely place with others!!
