The stairs (rooms are on the second Floor)

The bed was great. The room was clean. The bathroom/shower was wonderful. Breakfast was basic, but good.

There is no signage on the front door to let you know that you are at the right place. A/C in our room didn't work and there were no windows that could be opened. Front door is old (and quirky it seems). We were unable to get it to open. We called owner to let us in at 10:30 pm. He was clearly irritated and ignored our requests to show us how the lock worked. We were afraid to go out again after that (although there was a light show that evening at 10:45 pm) because we knew we would be locked out. Frustrating!

Beautifully decorated- very French! Lovely breakfast and parking on site for 10 euro. Location just amazing right beside the cathedral and handy to restaurants and shopping.

Not a complaint but stairs quite steep especially if you have heavy bags. Advise to take small bags.

Everything. Great host, location and breakfast. They really made us feel welcome and valued. Suggested where to visit and dine. A beautiful period house with secure parking. Reims is a lovely city, our overnight stay was too short. If I return, I'll be staying here. No doubt about that.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Stylish and absolutely clean room. Delicious Breakfast. Location by the cathedral could not be better, and this even with private parking at no additional cost.

This is the place to stay for friendly, fun, super helpful and informative people. A joy that we met and got to know these delightful people. wouldn't stay anywhere else if I were to return to Reims!

Excellent location next to the cathedral. Marie Anne & Gérard are lovely hosts. Really helpful directing us in getting the car into their secure parking, and later with suggestions where to eat. Breakfast is lovely too, traditional French in their beautiful living area. The bedroom was spotlessly clean, well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a little tricky to manoeuvre the car into the parking space but the owners were very helpful.

Location was on a quiet side steeet but close to Cathedral and restaurants. It had private, secure parking. Hosts were extremely helpful.

A wonderful location so close to the cathedral. The house was quiet and elegant and we had secure off road parking. Breakfast was generous and delicious served in a beautiful room. It was easy to find somewhere to eat in the evening.

It was all good but be aware that the parking is a bit tight and the bedrooms are on the second floor and might not suit those with limited mobility.

Fantastic place in the heart of Reims. Location, hospitality, cleanness, all was perfect. Even the parking slot on site, that is rare case for this location.

Great location near virtually everything in Reims. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was decorated nicely and the breakfast was lovely.

Thought this was a hotel but felt more like an Air BnB which was unexpected. The parking was a little challenging.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal, and we could walk to all the city points of interest. The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful with tour information.

Le Clos des Roys was fabulous. The location, the host, the facilities, the breakfast, the building! Everything was perfect. The usual hosts were absent and Michel, who stood in for them, did a brilliant job. He told us about the Son et Lumiere on the Cathedral, which was spectacular - and as the Cathedral was only a 30 second stroll away, it was a must!
