The property was great, easy access to downtown Saugatuck and all it has to offer.

A short getaway from Chicago. This little apartment was perfect for our needs. Location was excellent. The host was very responsive. When I noted I was allergic to feathers she dropped off non-feather pillows right away. She left a welcome bottle of wine and cheese in the fridge. The place was small but comfortable. Only negative was that the ice maker was a little noisy and I probably should have tried to figure out how to turn it off. Location was walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend for a couple to stay here.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! The “cottage” was so welcoming and the owner could not have been easier to work with. The unit was very clean, well equipped and the location is great! We will return!

Marta was wonderful. She kept in contact with me to make sure everything was ready for us to check in. This property is exactly what was listed. This was perfect for my husband and me. I am very particular when staying away from home. I felt very comfortable. The property was exceptionally clean. Everything you need was there. We enjoyed the beach chairs too! We sat in rocker chairs on the patio that overlooked the harbor. The property was in walking distance to all the main stores. We will make sure we book in advance for our next visit. Absolutely loved!! Last minute getaway and Marta’s place was the best ever! Perfect location, size, design and extras (wine/snacks). Marta provided multiple recs for dining, attractions. We will definitely return! 10/10 recommend 😊

The location is right in the heart of Saugatuck with an across the street view of the harbor. Everything we needed was provided and clean and neat.

Marta’s place is in a perfect area and close to everything! The unit is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a perfect stay!

The Bayfront property is absolutely adorable and in the BEAT location! It was super clean, had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay and overlooked the water! It made for a fun and relaxing stay! All of the restaurants and cute shops were less than a minute or two walk from the property. Despite being in the center of everything, it was so quiet inside. Marta was great with communication and included information about restaurants that we found very helpful. There was cheese and wine in the fridge upon arrival. We highly recommend the Bayfront and will be booking again in the future!

A very nice place. Close to the shops on Butler street and many restaurants. Not much room for cooking. Small, great for 2 people.

Smaller than i expected, but fine for us. (Note, there is a tiny sink and no dishwasher, so don’t plan to make a huge meal. ) That said, it was clean, beds were comfy, had absolutely everything you could need/ want. Of you want to explore downtown Saugatuck it’s the ideal location. The treats were an unexpected plus!

This rental was super cute and cozy. It was immaculate and we found cheese, crackers, and wine left for us to enjoy. Marta was very responsive with booking (we had to change the original days we were staying) and, when there was an issue with the toilet, she responded back immediately to resolve the problem. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary weekend and to enjoy downtown Saugatuck. The property is absolutely fantastic with views of the water and centrally located to all dining, shops, and bars. Sized perfectly for two guests we had everything we needed and Marta had wine chilled and local chocolates from Farmhouse deli waiting for us when we arrived. Marta was a great host with excellent communication and was very accommodating on times based on our travel schedule. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property’s location is on Water Street with a great view of the harbor with a nice porch and is in the middle of the downtown area. The property was very comfortable for a couple and was well maintained and clean. The host was great with communicating with us and responded quickly to us. Highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay here. Perfect location - the property is steps from the water ( marina ) and all of the local shops/bars. Marta is an absolute perfect host. She thought of everything with this property and clearly wants her guests to be happy. It’s the small details and she got them right. I can’t wait to stay here again .

This little condo was perfect for our weeklong escape to Saugatuck. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed.
The quality of the furnishings was great. Marta certainly does not cut corners. She left a nice welcome gift of a bottle of wine, cheese and snacks when we checked in, and a Keurig with some pods to start off with. She also had beach chairs, beach towels and a beach pass for guest use, another nice touch.
We loved the location being in the heart of town and sitting on the cozy patio most evenings to people watch while looking over at the harbor. It was only a 2 block walk to get morning lattes and a block from the Butler restaurant. We enjoyed hearing the Butler’s live music on Thurs night, which ended around 10pm so it didn't affect our sleep.
It was a bit smaller than we expected, but with the great location, comfy furnishings and responsive host, the slightly smaller space did not impact our enjoyment of the rental.
Compared to any of our prior vacation rentals (or even hotel stays), this was the most problem-free experience we have had with accommodations.

Condo right across from marina and The Butler on the main street in town. Has its own porch with a little water bubbler from where you can people watch. You are a short walking distance from everything. Condo is nice with windows and good views. Owner always leaves nice treat of wine and snacks. Rates are reasonable. It’s the best!!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful accomodations my husband and I enjoyed in this peaceful and relaxing spot overlooking the river. The reservation from the start was easy to make and Marta was wonderful! She provided prompt responses and instructions and went out of her way to assist us. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. A basket of tasty treats to accompany the cheese and wine in the kitchen were delightful, especially while watching the park and water view from the cozy patio. We will be recommending this charming rental to our family and friends when they visit the area.

Had a wonderful time in saugatuck. The location was great, right downtown with a view of the lake. The rental was clean and perfect for 2 people. Did not have need for interaction with our host while there but she was responsive when we asked a question before the trip.
There was remodeling going on at the house next door so it was noisy but we weren’t at our rental much during the day.

Great location to walk waterfront ! The quaint village is in your backyard. The unit was clean well supplied and had everything we needed. We even got a welcome gift! Gorgeous views and you can walk anywhere!

Loved this place, honestly can't beat the location. RIGHT across from the lake, open view. Right next to shopping. Kind of like a mini house, small and compact but super clean, updated amenities and little extras.

This a great small place for 2. Everything was as expected though quarters were a little tighter than I’d imagined. Really appreciated the welcome gifts left by Marta. Location couldn’t have been better with a great view from inside and especially from the deck/patio.

Enjoy the beautiful water view over coffee in the morning on the front porch! Walk to all the great restaurants! Stop for ice cream afterwards! Wonderfully decorated, Marta thought of everything you might need! Including the chocolates and cheese snacks! Delightful! We’ll be back!

Wonderful place, great location, kitchen is well stocked, it’s small but totally works for breakfast or lunch. Great location to walking to shops and restaurants. My only suggestion is to have a small ice maker. We had a great stay!

The central location of this property sets you up for a great time in Saugatuck. We were able to walk everywhere easily. It's a cozy space, the property is well appointed, has everything you need. Marta communicated clearly and frequently any updates we needed for check in and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property for your visit.
