The house was very open to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The host sent us a lot of information about attractions and made the check in/out process very easy. Out of courtesy, the host contacted us right away with a slight issue about the house before we arrived. Our family enjoyed our stay!! Thank you so much!! Would stay again, for sure!!

Had a great beach week with extended family, children and dogs. Nice little house which was very clean. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Would stay again.

It was a pretty nice place to stay with my friends for our senior week. The pictures aren’t as up to date as to what the house looks like but I would say it looks better in person. The property owner, Gwen, was always responding fast to any questions or concerns that we had.

Great house for me and my friends! Owner was always answering any questions I had and kept me up to date with everything. House is everything that you see. Me and my friends had a great time and would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for me and my 6 friends to stay at.

On the positive side the walk to the beach was as advertised and was easy to navigate and the home was pet friendly. Every room had air conditioning and the rooms were all a good size. Also the washer and dryer were a plus. On the negative, very outdated home with very old furniture and dressers in rooms. The refrigerator could not be opened all the way due to the kitchen table being in the way. There is zero backyard as there is a cottage behind that someone lives in. Also went to check in at 3 pm, the cleaning company was still in the house. Also the area is somewhat sketchy but your next to the police station.

We all had a great time staying here for the week, we are all greatful for the house you rented to us it was perfect and we made a lot of memories that will not be forgotten! It was very roomy and fit our group of friends perfectly. It was a great experience!

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen was a little tiny for our 10 people and smaller chairs might have helped that, but we managed. We had a great time!

The property needs some maintenance. Some of the blinds don't work, the front storm door needs to be replaced, it doesn't stay closed because the closer is missing and there is a 1.5" open gap at the bottom to let in critters and the living room carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced because of stains and tears. The previous tenant left us a dirty ashtray and lighter on the coffee table so obviously the house smelled of smoke. They also left a huge pile of trash piled up against the house, more trash than we make in a month or two. The dryer wasn't correctly attached to the outside-vent so the house got hot whenever we used the dryer. The house needs more than the perfunctory cleaning between renters, it needs the windows cleaned inside and out. It needs whatever is causing the nasty smell in the bathroom taken care of. When I emailed Gwendolyn about locating some replacement light bulbs, a nice woman showed up within the hour with replacements. She did refund our cleaning deposit. My grandsons enjoyed being next to the firehouse. Thankfully, they don't sound their sirens as they are going out on a call. There is an Acme a few blocks away. There is a yummy ice cream place an easy walk away and a miniature golf place nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and looked to be more residential renters than vacation renters. We were a bit farther away from the beach than we would have liked but there is a nice ramp onto the beach one block north off the boardwalk for strollers. Right next to the monster trucks! Another grandson favorite. We needed a place without stairs for my parents and a place that accepted dogs for my grand puppy. Both of which this house did.

Can't wait to return.. Felt like we were Home Owner was very friendly and made herself available if and when we needed her. Location close to beach and shopping centers made the stay great. So happy we could bring our dog there was a big field right next to the property where he could run and we play frisbee with him.. Definitely recommend this location you will not be disappointed

I truly enjoyed my stay, the rooms were large, clean, and the location is perfect...walking distance to anywhere you want to go.

I loved my weekend in Wildwood. The house was made into a comfortable environment as if I were staying at a friend or relatives house. I utilized just about everything, such as the refrigerator and oven, which saved me some money because I was able to cook and store food I brought at the local Acme without spending money on takeout. I was able to walk to the beach and saved me money on parking. Also had a washer and dryer available which came in handy after the beach. The rooms were beautiful with a different feel to each. My kids stayed in the room with the twin beds which was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
