Unsere komplett renovierte, große Eigentumswohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad befindet sich in einem Ferienkomplex im südlichen Teil von New Smyrna Beach. An unserem Strand darf nicht gefahren werden! Die Anlage ist tropisch angelegt und verfügt über einen schönen beheizten Pool am Meer (Wintermonate), ein großes Babybecken, einen Gasgrill am Meer und ein Clubhaus, einen beleuchteten Tennisplatz, ein Shuffleboard und einen großen Terrassenpavillon. Steigen Sie vom Pool auf den weißen Sandstrand des Atlantiks, um zu fischen, zu schwimmen, zu surfen, Volleyball zu spielen, Fahrrad zu fahren oder zu segeln.
Wir sind im dritten Stock mit einer ausgezeichneten Aussicht auf das Meer. Unsere Wohnanlage ist 900 Quadratmeter groß, wurde komplett renoviert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, um Ihren Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in unserer Wohnung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen großen Waschtisch. Entspannen Sie im Wohnzimmer auf unserem sehr bequemen Queensize-Sofa und großen, bequemen Stühlen. Sowohl unser Haupt- als auch unser Wohnzimmer verfügen über große Flachbildfernseher mit vielen Kabelkanälen. Unser Esstisch bietet Platz für 7. Die Küche bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause und blickt auf den Ess- und Wohnbereich. Wir haben auch drahtloses Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternet und kostenlosen Fernsprechdienst. Beautiful condo, great location, and the best mattress that I’ve slept on out of 6 NSB vaca rentals. Had a small hiccup with WiFi and cable (no fault of host/owner). Host very quick to respond to my messages and issue quickly taken care of. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

We liked this nicely decorated condo that is furnished with good quality items and where the host clearly aims to anticipate guests’ needs and likes. The complex is well maintained too. It has a pleasant view of the ocean on a spacious balcony.

Had a great time at this beautiful, clean condo, on a non-driving part of the beach. Unit was very comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet even for a holiday week. Easy check in and out, good communication with owner. Kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Whole closet full of beach accessories but we didn't use any of them, just stayed in the pool! Everyone at the condo was very friendly. Had own parking spot. Great location, would stay again.

This condo was very well stocked with essentials and extras to make activities from going to the beach to cooking breakfast easy like beach chairs and spray cooking oil. The location was great with many quality restaurants within easy driving distance. Being so close to Canaveral National Park was a bonus. And check-in was a breeze Thanks.

The condo was nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Good shower, Comfy bed. All the beach supplies anyone would need for a fun day at the beach. Sally responded very quickly to any questions. Only issue was a lot of construction noise from reparations of damage done during the last hurricane. But noise was during the day. Nights were very quiet and ocean waves could be heard.

Beautiful condo! Felt very much at home. Bed & pillows were comfy. Our stay was very pleasant. The balcony was a nice surprise, the furniture & view in the pictures do not do it justice! The complex, overall was nicely landscaped and very visually appealing. Already looking forward to our next stay.

This property was a fabulous, completely renovated condo with views of the ocean. The decor was comfortable and welcoming and the immensities were numerous such as the large screen TVs, beach towels and chairs, comfy porch furniture, and a washer/dryer. The owners have supplied most everything that you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to reserve it again in the future!

Our stay at Sally’s was everything you’d want in a beachside retreat. You can hear the sound of the ocean and watch the waves as you sit on the patio with comfortable seating. Morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise, with coffee in hand, is merely steps way. The impeccable decor is fresh and relaxing with comfortable seating for you and your guests to watch a movie or eat a meal made in the fully stocked kitchen. Every detail is carefully considered for your convenience and comfort. Sleeping is heavenly on the excellent king mattress. If you don’t want to cook, there are two excellent restaurants just across the street and many more choices a few moments away in the hip beachside town of New Smyrna Beach. I would definitely recommend Sally’s for your next visit to the area. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay at this lovely condo with a great outdoor space and an ocean view. Sally was very responsive with any and all questions. Condo was very well equipped, lots of fluffy towels, beach chairs, comfy bed and immaculate. Several nearby restaurants, Dollar Store grocery across the street, Publix just down the road. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Sally's property for a long weekend wedding trip. All of the information we needed was provided clearly and promptly, and we found the condo to be perfect for what we needed. Everything was very comfortable and the condo is ideal for a short (or extended) stay for two adults. When our flight home was cancelled due to weather, we were able to extend our stay by a night, and the responsiveness to the request was greatly appreciated.

Unit is updated with high-end kitchen, bath, etc - complex is very clean and directly across street from Dollar General and Ice cream stores - no driving part of the beach - all went well - only complaint is couldn,t get TVS to work - 90% of the time

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. Everything about this unit was beautifully decorated and clean. Great location, friendly locals and right on the water. Communication with owner was almost immediate. I honestly can’t say enough great things. We will be back!

We had the best vacation ever!! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Beautiful view! Everything we could need was provided including beach chairs and beach towels. 10/10 recommend. Perfect location as well. Definitely hope to stay here again.

We only needed a small space since we were only traveling with our daughter. The layout is so nice that it felt much bigger than we expected. The complex is older but when we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing renovation of this condo….it’s so beautiful and comfortable! Speaking of comfort, the king size bed is so nice! I never sleep great when traveling but I did this trip. The picture of the view of the ocean does not match the reality….it is much more visible in person and you could hear the wonderful waves crash the beach, music to our ears! My husband that only likes ocean front views was satisfied. Overall, it was a great first trip to New Smyrna and especially nice after 3 days at Universal Studios with a 14 year old!

If you are viewing the pictures and trying to decide if this is the right location for you, trust what you see. The view of the ocean is accurate, every inch of this home is beautifully renovated and the decor is relaxing and inviting. My wife and I were very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner. Sally was more than helpful and understanding. This location has been saved as one of our favorites and we look forward to visiting again.
