Was a great clean home and worked out well for a family gathering!!!!

We had 11 people stay at the house for our off site wedding . There was plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need to a wonderful weekend. The host and hostess were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this home to anyone

Nice home in nice neighborhood with many amenities in home

This home was perfect and had everything we needed for a family vacation with our son's and their families. The home was immaculate and provided all of the amenities we needed. The owners were wonderful every step of the way and left no question unanswered. The beds were heavenly, so comfortable! We were able to have our food delivered and put away prior to our arrival. Plenty of room to spread out for privacy. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the kids had an amazing time in the play area and loved all of the games and toys already provided by the owners. We look forward to our trip back to Austin and staying in this amazing home!

Beautiful house, pool and yard. Owners made it very easy to get into and out of the house. Ample outdoor patio space near a great pool and indoor space for a big group. Location is right in the middle to get to downtown Austin or take a trip to the lake. Would recommend!

It was my 50th bday weekend and this house was the perfect place to celebrate. It was beautiful the response time for all questions and issues were quick. I definitely would vacation here again. Thanks Allison for the cookies.

This house is SPECTACULAR! We had a wonderful time with our extended family, post-vaccination. The kids had a phenomenal time in the game room and wouldn’t leave it for hours. The entire family loved the pool and outdoor sitting/entertainment spaces. The house is very well maintained and in a great location. The hosts were very approachable and accessible throughout our stay. Would love to visit again!

Well maintained, quiet location, nice amenities for all ages

We wanted to do something besides stay at home for the grandkids spring break during COVID, so we stayed at home in this beautiful Austin home instead. What a treat! Not only was the house thoughtfully equipped with everything from extensive kitchen ware to lovely bedding but there were also pool toys and a small library of books for the kids. The pool and hot tub, trampoline and climbing gym, game room and outdoor dining area were enjoyed by all. The surrounding neighborhood was safe for walking with the little ones as well as our great grandmother. Beautiful hiking trails and nearby parks were icing on the cake. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had a small bachelorette group and had an amazing time at AJ and Alison's property. It was better than the pictures and they were so helpful. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Thank you so much for a memorable trip with great friends in your lovely home!

First and foremost the owners were WONDERFUL! The communication from start to Finish was unbelievable, and they made sure to have a quick response if anything was needed. The house is beyond beautiful and the BEST vacation getaway I’ve had. My kids loves the pool and hot tub and of course the kids play area was a bonus also. Lovely neighborhood with its own space of comfort and privacy at the same time. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We rented this home to have a family reunion and celebrate Father's Day all together. There were 7 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12. The home was super comfortable and had more than enough space for all of us! The kids all thoroughly enjoyed the game room! Fantastic pool and spa and outdoor dining and grilling! Fantastic kitchen that is truly fully stocked with any appliance or utensil you made need. We did lots of cooking!! The family room is large and has the most comfortable couch! We truly enjoyed ourselves and feel right at home. The landlords were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this home.

The property was perfect for a family getaway to celebrate a special occasion. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, looks just like the pictures, and has a terrific outdoor area. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made everything easy.

Our family really enjoyed this spacious, well maintained home. Everything worked and the outdoor areas were great. No reservations recommending it.

We had our family vacation with 15 people. The house and property were amazing. The children enjoyed the playground and the pool. The pictures don’t do the backyard justice. It’s much nicer. We had a dodgeball game and baseball game on the side yard which is huge. Our family enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

We had a large group of adults and children and this home could not have been more perfect for our group of friends. Everything was simply wonderful and the owners were easy to get ahold of when we did have questions or any issues arise. We spent the vast majority of our time in the backyard and the kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the playground (pictures don’t do it justice), basketball court, and pool.

We rented this house for a girls trip and loved the huge house and great pool!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious and well appointed home. Everything worked and we enjoyed the pool and spa. Plenty of towels. We were in town for a family wedding and we had lots of hanging clothing for the occasion. The host was aware of the wedding as the reason for our visit when we booked. There was only one small flimsy clothes rack in the master bedroom and one child's armoire for hanging. Every closet in every bedroom and bathroom was locked as was the garage. We had 11 guests with all their clothes for the wedding and the pre-wedding festivities. We were not made aware of the lack of hanging space until we were already on the way to Austin. Small hassle getting into the house because T-mobile service was very poor in the neighborhood. Once inside, the wifi worked well. Kitchen was great with every appliance you can imagine. I would have given five stars except for the lack of hanging space for our formalwear.

Had a great stay in the Hill Country at this property. The kitchen was fully stocked and outdoor grill was perfect for burgers and ribs. The hot tub and pool were a nice amenity. We also really enjoyed playing some lawn games in the yard. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Had a blast.

The house was perfect for our reunion weekend!! Allison was so easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. All the directions provided were very clear and made for an easy weekend! Beautiful neighborhood close enough to get to Austin easily, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks again for a great stay!

This house was amazing! It exceeded our expectations . We wanted a place to celebrate my dad's bday and get away that could accommodate the 9 of us. We have more than enough room. The best part is the chef like kitchen and open area where we could watch the kids swim/jump/swing/ and make memories. This place is like being at the Ritz but with space!! In addition to the gorgeous home we were able to enjoy parks, trails, and the lake right out the front door. The best part is the master bedroom is a retreat itself. We enjoyed sipping wine in room or on the private patio. Truly a wonderful weekend and I would stay again!

What a wonderful place to enjoy time with family and friends. This home is decorated fabulously in every room, fully stocked with anything and everything needed, and it was comfy and cozy as well. The professional styled kitchen was a real treat, whether you like to cook or not. The beds were luxurious as well as the bathrooms !!!! Plenty of room for All 4 families that we stayed with. Backyard was amazing. Playground was a huge bonus for the kiddos. Close to lake and beautiful parks and hiking! Everything made this home the perfect rental for a vacation.......summer or winter !!! I would definitely go back to this wonderful home in Austin, TX again, and preferably soon !!! Thank you for our very special vacation !!

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!! Love this home, it's beautiful and great for large groups! We enjoyed our quick getaway with long time friends, it was wonderful to enjoy the outdoor living area, grill, pool, hot tub all with plenty of room for our group! The kitchen is AMAZING! Bedrooms are AMAZING! Tons of privacy. I would highly recommended this home for families, friends, couples ect. Owners are wonderful!!

The owners of the home were very friendly and helpful. We had trouble connecting to the home audio system and figuring out how to work the TVs, but eventually figured it out. If you are familiar with Apple you should have no problem. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need. We loved the pool and patio area, which we spent most of our time there. The jacuzzi was relaxing and you are able to set the temperature if you don't like it too hot. The master bedroom was comfortable and equipped with supplies. The upstairs rooms had a couple of twin beds which the kids used. The house is equipped with airbeds and extra bedding if needed. The guest room is adjacent to the game room which is spacious and inviting. We didn't really use the game room but played on the hockey table. Overall, it was a great stay. The only reason that I didn't give it five stars was that we were looking for a home close to a lake to swim, but the lake that is nearby is mainly for boat use and the swimming area is small and unclean. Therefore, we chose to head back to the property. I did look up another nearby lake such as Lake Travis which is about a 19-minute drive from the property. The other con was the check out time was early at 10 am. A later time would have been nice. Otherwise, the home was a nice, spacious, and comfortable home equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay!
