We likes Palm Valley a lot! It was a lovley garden, Calm, good breakfast and we are so happy we stayed here!

Fantastic location, very comfortable , great access, secure
Everything was great except for one member of staff, fantastically pompous and completely inept in his duties. Thankfully spoke to another member of staff about my experience who then contacted management and I was able to air my concerns. The fact that other members of staff were able to not only help but also take action immediately to allow me to speak directly to management balances my experience . One person with a terrible attitude almost spoilt the whole experience, and I feel the importance to mention that and I hope management does take some form of action , because he almost ruined a perfect stay

Breakfast was tasty and filling. Adding beans and vegetables and YOGART would make it classic. Adding a gluten free option say Location was spot on for me who was working in CBD
I didn't like there not being an option to order lunch or dinner.

The guy working there was so helpful and friendly! He helped us with everything we needed and made sure we were okay
The place is a bit hard to find because there are a lot of places with similar names around so we got lost getting there, but other that that everything was fine

The breakfast and the room were excellent. Hot water and the living area, security of the facility and the staff was very kind and helpful, good. The TV channels were excellent. I was able to travel to Njoro and Nyandarua and connect back to the facility easily
The mattress bed was very hard. In the future, I would suggest for the facility have a washer and dryer for the client to access any time they want to do laundry.

The apartment is super nice ! There are two bedrooms, large TV, a living room where you can rest. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place. It’s super quiet and clean. I would go back there for sure !

I was coming back from hiking Mount Kenya and needed a cozy place to relax. The rooms were so comfy, the living room as well. I felt super privileged and really enjoyed staying there. You can walk to restaurants nearby and the area is super secure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !
