This is our 2nd time at Phoenix 10. The first time we stayed, we were on the first floor. We liked this condo even better. Perfect location to stairs, elevator, and parking garage.

Everything was great…the floors were a little dirty along the baseboards but it wasn’t too bad. The only real thing that bothered me was the fact that the directions told us what to bring, but when we got there most of the suggested items were already there. Also, the allotment of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels was a bit annoying. Otherwise we loved the location and the condo!

Perfect location with a beautiful view!! Everything was as described, minus the cleanliness. There were a few mystery stains found and the floors were not suitable for walking around barefoot. The bathrooms could definitely use some updating. Regardless, we were happy with the overall experience! The property was great, easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool areas!

We had 4 couples that have been friends for years. We loved this place. Within walking distance to food drinks and entertainment. Beautiful property and gorgeous view. We ll definitely be back

The location is amazing. The ocean view is worth it. We visited during November but still enjoyed the amenities such as the indoor pool and hot tubs. I can only imagine how crowded it gets during the summer because the place is so big. The morning we left we went for a quick swim and were locked out of the condo around 8:45 am because the code had been prematurely reset. This was a minor inconvenience.

Overall the condo was nice, spacious, good location and amenities. The condo itself could use some updates and attention to things that needed fixed. The property manager was great in assisting with things that needed to be fixed during our stay but these could have been addressed prior to our booking. The security lock on the door was broken when we arrived, per my request they fixed it the next day. The other things that needed repaired I was not worried about during my stay because they were nothing to be alarmed about. However, the condo could use some attention if they plan to keeping renting at the going rate.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and met all of our expectations. Location was great with The Florabama next door. The front door could use a little work, but worked fine once we knew it needed to be closed firmly. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Location is the best! Property is top notch and corner view room is 5 steps from parking garage level 2, and 20 steps from Flora-bama, and a short skip to the sand. The condo is awesome for a family but the furniture is outdated. Beds could be upgraded to be more comfortable and patio furniture seems old and used. Neighboring rooms have updated furniture. Overall good ratings!

Second time for us. Everything was great as usual. I like the ice vending machines and the new grilling area. The best for us is the easy stroll next door to Flora-Bama! 👍

Great place to stay. Love the fact it’ was on the second floor! A few things outdated but very clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed also. Will be renting again!

Something to be desired
It was okay overall, but there are little things that were broken, the entrance door was very loose so much so that you had to push it hard to make sure it latched, the toilet seat was cracked and it pinched our behind when we sat on it, a door nob was missing from one of the cabinet doors, and the wall cable jack was broken. Then one of the day we were there a construction crew totally took over our balcony and we were unable to use the balcony all day. Not to mention the noise that they created we weren't even able to be in the condo because we couldn't hear each other. With all that said the location was spectacular, the beach was amazing and the restaurant selection was on point.

Condo is nicely decorated and has facilities But needs an update to the condo
Floors were dirty. Mop was too dirty to re-mop the floors. Bathroom vent did not work. There were dirty pans in the cabinet one with scrambled egg stuck on it and the other one with seasoning stuck on it. There was no door latch on the back of the door. The toilet seat was cracked. There were many fruit flies in the kitchen area. It looks like there were no spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. We purchased batteries for the remote controls for the bedrooms.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay! Great location and we would definitely book again! Easy access to the room from the parking garage and it didn’t bother us at all that the parking garage was next to the balcony.

Phoenix x- pros and cons
Pros and cons-
Pros- location, quality convenience, helpfulness,price
Cons-the room was listed with two queen beds in one room, but they all had kings. That cut the sleeping capacity by two.
The suite was very neat and clean, very good. But the balcony had broken glass all over it, the three year old. Cut her foot. We notified the front desk and the desk clerk came up ASAP and cleaned it. The glass was from a shattered balcony table 3 floors above us. The balcony storage closet had stuff let from previous renter. So it was obvious housekeeping never went
out on the deck.
Overall was great, I will stay here again but leaving a ton of shattered glass on the floor got this a lower rating. Loved the room and location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Our only issues were the floor was very dirty, the master bedroom mattress was a lil hard and the outdoor pool and hot tubs were closed. Otherwise, we had a great time and would go back. Loved that Flora-Bama was so close and the balcony view was great!

Not as advertised!
Needs a renovation! The front door was damaged, bathroom fixtures were old, water damage throughout, hole in the bar, etc. It looked like the unit had been recently painted but there were several missed spots. We thought, this is just an older unit, at least everything works... WRONG! The refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and dishwasher were all broken. The tv in the living room was not working either. We were able to communicate with the property manager, and they sent someone to fix the tv the first night. He had to replace the receiver. The next day, they did bring us a cooler for the items that we had in the refrigerator and freezer so we wouldn’t lose the groceries that we had just purchased. We put the cooler on the balcony. It was a bit like camping. Ha! They did end up replacing the refrigerator the evening before we checked out. The dishwasher was never repaired during our stay. The prop. manager did offer to move us to a new unit, however it was on the 15th floor, and there was a very long outdoor (open) walkway to get to the unit. We did not feel safe moving to this unit as we have 2 toddlers, so we stayed in the original unit. The hairdryer in the master bedroom was missing, drapes were broken, beds were missing bed skirts, hot water was unreliable, the master bathroom tub fixtures were broken, several electrical outlets didn’t work, as well as at least one light fixture/ceiling fan didn’t work. As for the building, we were not aware that it was under heavy construction. If we would have know this we would not have booked, in-fact, we chose this prop. over others in the area because the VRBO listing mentioned nothing about construction. The elevator was broken, the grill area and outdoor pool area were under construction, the fitness room was under construction, and there was no easy access to the beach (you had to walk through the parking garage to the flora-bama to gain access). Also the evening before we checked out, the prop. manager did give us a gift card to the flora-bama because of all of our trouble. This was a nice gesture, but seeing as how our group included 2 seniors, 2 toddlers, and an expecting mother (non-drinkers); we found it extremely difficult to use a $150 gift card in 24 hours. A discount on the unit would have made more sense. In short, the amenities listed were not provided. The unit description is deceptive and needs to be updated so others know what they are agreeing to when they book!!!

Broken refrigerator and dirty floors
We arrived to find a filthy floor, broken refrigerator and dust on ceilings and ceiling fans. It took us 2 days to get the refrigerator fixed. Maintenance is supposed to be 24 hours but clearly is not since I had to email back and forth with Prickett properties until 2am. The mop had a horrible odor! Sofa bed was very sandy when we pulled it out.
