Quiet, Great View of the Marsh, Free Wi-Fi!
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in St. Simons Island in der Gemeinde Sea Palms. Diese kürzlich renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt direkt am Sea Palms Marsh. Wenn Sie ein Frühaufsteher sind, können Sie mit Ihrer Tasse Kaffee auf dem Deck sitzen und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Sumpf beobachten. In zentraler Lage auf der Insel sind Sie nur 15 Minuten vom Neptune Park und dem Pier entfernt. Hier können Sie vom Pier aus angeln oder durch die malerischen Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Mallery St. stöbern. Hier auf der Insel gibt es viele Aktivitäten, vom Kajakfahren bis zum Flanieren auf dem Pier. Diese Wohnung wird ein großartiger Ort, um sich zurückzulehnen und am Ende Ihres Tages zu entspannen !!!

We stayed at the property through the month of February 2024. The weather was on the cool side - 60ish. The condo was comfortable with two of us. The kitchen was on the small side and short on some of the basic tools. (For example, there was a toaster oven taking a lot of space but no toaster, no tongs, dull knives, and that sort of thing) The unit was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. The master bedroom did not have windows so was dark. We enjoy fresh air and none of the windows could be opened.
It is very quiet and peaceful which was enjoyable after a day out on a busy island. There is not a screened area outside and the no-see-um bugs could be annoying when sitting on the deck in the evening. Overall the unit is older but adequate.
We hoped to golf quite a bit but the two public courses on the island have green fees of $140-150 so that slowed us down. If you drive off the island you can find less expensive golf.
Barry is great to work with. He responds quickly and tries to help with any requests.

We loved the view of the marsh off the backside of the condo and the wraparound porch. It was just the right size for our group of 3 adults and dog. The condo was fitted with everything we needed including soft blankets!

Sea Palms Resort is very SSI. The vacation home was just right for me, my wife and two adult daughters preparing for the GA v FL game in Jacksonville. The property exceeded expectations.

We’ve stayed here multiple times! Always love having my coffee and watching the sunrise over the marsh! Very peaceful and relaxing! Barry is great about responding!

Overall, the rental is lovely! Perfect place to start your day (loved the sunrises from the porch) and end your days. Barry was so helpful! Be aware you do have to walk a little ways in a boardwalk to get to the rental.

Condo perfect for 4. Well appointed. New appliances. We were only here for the weekend but a longer stay would have been nice. Lots of construction going on, replacing decks and walkways. I’d give it 5 stars when that’s completed. Owner is an extraordinary photographer!

The condo is as just a described. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. The view of the marsh was beautiful. Barry, the owner was nice and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was a nice space with plenty of room for our family. The sun room was a nice extra bonus room. Love the views of the marsh. Appreciate the early and easy check in. One slight comment is that the amenities could have been a bit better (I.e. laundry machines available in the unit but no laundry detergent). Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The property was just as described and pictures are accurate. Great location, very comfortable and clean. We had a great time relaxing on the deck after a busy day of exploring the islands. Host communication was excellent! I would definitely recommend.

We were very glad to stay in a lovely place, near our daughter's home at Sea Palms. The villa had everything necessary to make our visit enjoyable, and effortless, just like a home away from home.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this unit! It was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, the cable and internet were easy to use, and the unit had everything we needed for our three-day trip. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs with us and enjoyed walking them around the complex and around St. Simons. The marsh views from this unit are breathtaking and it made the experience so so peaceful. Check in was a breeze and Barry was a most gracious host. He provided excellent directions and instructions. We look forward to coming back to St. Simons and would definitely stay at this unit again!

Great marsh view
We had a great stay! Very peaceful view of the marsh. We only used the king bed and it was comfy. Barry was very helpful, and we will definitely stay again!

Nice quiet location with great marsh views. Close to the bike path, Sea Palms, and the northern parts of the island. The condo is compact but well appointed for basic cooking. There are gnats and mosquitos so be prepared for that.

At my stay the siding was mildewed or molded, and a lot of wood was warping, eroding or rotten. In a nearby unit, all wood was being replaced, so it is being maintained in some manner. Being at the edge of a tidal marsh must invoke all kinds of frequent upkeep with which I am unfamiliar. That's the only thing that keeps it from being five stars. I feel renewed after spending time there.
