My family and I have been renting Kamela's beach house in Ormond Beach for our family vacation every year, and I can't say enough positive things about it. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, well-maintained property. The beach house itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It has everything we need for a comfortable stay, from fully equipped kitchen appliances to cozy bedrooms and a lovely living area. The layout is perfect for our family, providing both privacy and communal spaces for quality time together. One of the standout features of this rental is its proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we can sink our toes in the soft sand, listen to the soothing sound of the waves, and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. It truly offers a slice of paradise right at our doorstep. Kamela, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure that our stay is exceptional. She is responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cares about her guests' experience. Any concerns or questions we have are promptly addressed, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The location of the beach house is also ideal. It's situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas, yet still close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience.

Absolutely loved the stay. House was perfect for family of 5. Super clean and right next to the private beach entrance. Morning/evening beach walks along with family time playing in the sand. Will stay again in the future.

House is located on a quiet quaint street with views of the ocean and 2min walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and the master bed is comfortable. Garage has multiple beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. Most of all the host is quick to respond and solve any issues you may have. We did have an issue, nothing that could have been foreseen (lock on the door) Kamela was quick to respond and resolved the issue.

The cottage is so cute and comfortable. The street is pleasant the neighbors are awesome. It’s so close to the beach. Only Suggestion would be update the tent.

This property is amazing an has everything you need to live at the beach. Town is awesome for a family getaway lots of privacy but still just a short drive to Daytona if your looking for entertainment. But I think my favorite part is still the amazing private beach that’s only about 200 feet from the house.

This home is absolutely perfect. It is probably the best home we have rented through VRBO. The owner is so nice and responsive, a tremendous help! The home itself is so quaint and just what my wife and I needed for a getaway. Enough room for a small family! There is absolutely everything in this home you could need, including beach chairs and more. The views of the beach from the living room were great. The walk to the beach was so easy with private access and NO STEPS to go up or down. Beach was not crowded at all, and was beautiful. I hesitate to leave such a glowing (and honest) review because we want to come back and don’t want others to book before us lol. Don’t expect a massively large home, best for couples and small families. But I would strongly recommend this home! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for opening your home to us! :)

Excellent location to chill out and enjoy the beach! The house is beautiful but is upstaged by the beach just a few steps away. The beach and water are clean, the private neighborhood helps provide a buffer from the bigger crowds in front of condos. The neighbors were friendly. The host provides a lot of amenities. We really appreciated the towels and the outdoor shower. The kitchen is great inside and the view is outstanding from the living room window. We'll be back I hope!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. This location is much nicer than the Daytona beach area, but only a 10 minute drive to their activities and restaurants. However, Ormond also has a lot of great restaurants. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and lots of stuff in the garage to use at the beach. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into pleasing their guests. My boys are young adults so the twin beds were a bit small (our own issue) but a pull out couch is available. The half bath is located through the garage, but it worked perfectly when the other was occupied. We loved being able to see the beautiful ocean view from the home, The beach behind it is not crowded, which we really appreciated. There is a Publix across the street for easy access to groceries. We highly recommend this property to others.

Great house and great location with great views to ocean which is steps away. The house was better than expected, kids loved the outdoor shower and a lot of little extras in the house to make our stay memorable. Thank you for accommodating my family. We had a great time

The owners were awesome. Last minute booking for us and everything went well with reservations and check in and out. Quite beautiful neighborhood. Little over 120 steps to the beach. Spent most of my time at the beach. View was great. Homes are older but the kitchen has been updated. Everything you need is there!!

Nice size home with plenty of towels, linens etc. Kitchen fully stocked. Beautiful ocean views from kitchen, living and dining room. Plenty of beach chairs and beach stuff in the garage. With easy access to beach. There is only space for 2 small cars and no backyard. You can sit on the front lawn but there is no privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway home. House had everything as described, and then some. Location allowed us to spend time in Orlando, St. Augustine, & at the Space Center, all less than a 90 minute drive. Walk to the beach in less than a minute was incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity allowed.

We had a wonderful stay in large part because of the amenities which made coming up from the beach just perfect. Kitchen had everything we wanted for cooking and baking, lots of towels, and the beach chairs and boogie boards were so convenient. Hoping to return for a longer stay next year.

We had a relaxing time at this beautiful quaint Oceanside cottage. Everything we needed was there, including a very short walk to the beach! (Outdoor shower and extra half bath was a pleasant surprise) Location was great...the grocery store was within walking distance. Perfect place for a girls’ trip or small family’s vacation.

Beautiful, cozy beach house. Kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked all our meals from groceries across the street at Publix. The garage had beach chairs and a sandbagged umbrella that we used every day and stayed in place with the windy weather. A half-bath in the laundry room off the garage around the corner from the outdoor shower in addition to the full bath inside made the stay really comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable with everything.

After a year and a half of little travel, we were ready for a getaway that would put us near family in Port Orange but be within a block of the beach. This little gem of a house, part of a series of streets with similar houses, sandwiched between larger condos, was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and contained absolutely everything you need for the beach - chairs, endless beach towels, and umbrellas. The sunrises were spectacular and the ocean is right there. There is also a grill that you can place on the little front patio or driveway and chat with the neighbors as you grill and sit around the patio in the plastic Adirondack chairs provided. One of the owners also has a house across the street. It was a perfect, relaxing, beach getaway.

The house was adorable, comfortable and everything was organized. The outside shower was a great surprise. The block was quaint and everyone was friendly. The beach was private, clean and the water was beautiful. Plan on returning again soon. This was a great find.

This is the 3rd year that we stayed in this house and everything was great as always. The beach was never crowded so we were easily able to socially distance. The house was clean and neat and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. It is a short walk to several restaurants. There is a lot to do within a short drive too. We'll be back again!

We loved this little blue house by the sea! It has everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is adorably decorated, incredibly comfortable and spotless clean. We had a peaceful and stress free week and are looking forward to returning whenever we visit our family in the area.

Booked a last minute two day stay after a very helpful discussion with Kamela and really enjoyed our brief stay, the home was very clean and well equipped, short stroll to the beach and close to restaurants, etc. Outstanding communication and we are hopeful we can return at some point.
