We had a large family group that attended a funeral in DC. This house helped the family heal better vs. a hotel because we could all stay together. Lots of bedrooms, baths, etc. Owner was very responsive throughout the entire process and accommodated our schedule. Thank-you!

We had a great experience at our retreat. It was 11 people and we came together to plan out the coming year. Each person has their own space and there was plenty of bathrooms, showers, beds, couches, etc. for us to feel like we could have some breathing room. Would absolutely stay here again.

After much searching for a VRBO that would comfortably fit a family of 13 we reserved this fantastic house. Close to DC and Georgetown area, this location was perfect. We were greeted at the house by Mr. D. who graciously showed us around the property. The home has 3 complete floors of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. Also on-site parking is available which is a major plus in the dc area. A very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops nearby.

This was the perfect house for our family get together. Three generations in the same house with lots of space for everyone. A short walk to a playground for the kiddies and shopping and restaurants for all our types of eaters. We had a great stay!

This house would be perfect for a large group of families. There are three floors, each with kitchens and living rooms with a variety of sleeping options and many ensuite bathrooms. It worked perfectly for our large group with four distinct families that came together to celebrate a birthday and see all the sights in DC. Parking was extremely convenient and there's a very close Metro station nearby as well.

Nice, spacious accommodations with 3 luxurious levels, great kitchens, plus refrigerator and sink on every level, plenty of private bedrooms and baths for our guests.

We rented for four nights around college graduation weekend. Our family came from varied parts of the country. Everyone found this home warm, welcoming, comfortable and very spacious. All the basics were very well stocked and everything was in good working order and the indoors and outdoors were very clean.

The older man who owns stake in the property saw me in person and kept trying to convince me to cancel the listing. Also said their kitchen couldn’t couldn’t handle baking ribs or steaks, another attempt to deter me from staying, mind you he never mentioned this until he saw me in person, even though I booked two weeks before the reservation date. He was Trying to convince me to cancel my reservation for about 20 minutes before I finally doubled down and said I will not cancel , when he finally took me inside to show me the house. This whole check in was very uncomfortable.

We had a two day off site meeting here. It was perfect. Lots of beautiful space to meet, and restaurants nearby in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The house is in a great, central location and has plenty of space for a large family/friend gathering. It is also well stocked with essential items and extras that made our stay that much better.

We used this home for the second time in the last five years and it was perfect. We had 16 women the first time and 11 for this trip. House is a perfect set up for multiple families, lots of friends, reunions, etc. The house is in an amazing location and the owners are so nice and welcoming! They were more than accommodating for our group and we will definitely be back again!

We have just come back from our family vacation in Washington DC. this property was perfect for our family of 15. Great location. Great lay out over 3 floors. Easy check in. Even had a tesla charger for our car!

We had 7 Mentees and 2 Mentors from the L.A.M.P. Mentor Program spend a week in Washington, DC. The trip included college visits, museum excursions, and networking opportunities for the Mentees who were high school seniors and juniors. We stayed in three properties and this property served as the main house for our group The house is super excellent. It had 11 beds, 6 full bathrooms, and three indoor living areas with wide-screen televisions. The kitchen and the house were well stocked and fully accommodated our dinners for all the Mentees and Mentors on the trip. Of the three houses we used for the trip, this was the best and we will seek to use it again next year.

Absolutely gorgeous! The main kitchen was amazing!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice.. Mattresses we comfortable. The location is right near a bus stop so very convenient. It was a joy to stay here

We stayed here with extended family to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. This house was perfect!Very spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked with paper goods and all necessary cooking ware. The host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with and flexible with our arrival/departure time. Great location! We would highly recommend this property!

This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our family reunion. We had 10 adults. Three couples and 4 singles. There were several places to hang out. The bus stop was right outside our door giving easy access to all the DC sights.
