There were 6 of us in Nantucket for a wedding. The space was perfect.. enough room in the living room for all 6 of us to sit and relax.
We knew we needed to Uber to get downtown, so nothing unexpected.
Would stay there again in a minute.

We loved our stay at this house! My family and I have been going to Nantucket for years and always appreciate finding a great home to vacation in! It was clean, well stocked for all our needs and 2 minutes from the beach! The location is great being in the middle of the island, 5 minutes to town and a quick drive to Bartlett’s and Cisco. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We had a great stay and the house was in a perfect location and was well appointed! Information before the trip was super detailed and all was as expected. Overall we had a great stay and would book again in a heartbeat!
One thing to make it a tad better - the back deck was great - nice table and chairs, umbrella, beach supplies box and outdoor shower (my personal favorite). But, there is a nice-sized, private back lawn and it would be nice to have lounge chairs, adk chairs, fire pit or something for lounging/congregating. There was a horseshoe pit, but would have been nice to be outside in the afternoon or evening in a little more comfort.

Amazing girls trip for Christmas Stroll! The house was perfect for 5 ladies! Plenty of room, comfortable beds and very clean!!! Fully Stocked kitchens and a ton of information available to enjoy a perfect weekend

We so enjoyed staying there! I especially liked Vivienne who greeted us warmly in the front yard when we arrived early. I left an autographed book for her on the dining room table which I hope she got!
The owners very promptly replaced a nonworking refrigerator on the first day. We were able to cook to our great satisfaction in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, eating delicious breakfasts and dinners on the deck outside.
On the inside, the beautiful blue couch and comfy chairs made watching the tv quite a delight.
Loved the big closet with all the hangers in the master bedroom and the comfortable bed. I loved the master vanity with the bright lights and magnifying mirror-- You can really see every detail of your face! The house was clean, and we were happy there!

The house was clean and included all amenities advertised. Good location with easy access to Cisco, Bartlett Farm, Miacomet and Surfside. Loved the outdoor shower and the window AC units.

Absolutely loved this home it was idyllic. I have stayed in many homes on nantucket this was by far the best . Loved the outdoor shower and fully equipped kitchen . We had a really great time and hope to go back in the future.

Ladies week!
Three best friends stayed here. It had everything we needed to cook with, sleep comfortably, and visit with each other in the living room. The description is accurate and helpful. We also brought a car so it was easy to get around, which I’d recommend. I would stay here again and I’d definitely recommend a visit to this charming island. Two things we saw: The twin mattresses were a little warped so two of us slept in the king together and used the twin room as a dressing room. Mattress probably needs flipped over or could use a topper. We had a bug/ant issue because the AC units didn’t have seals around them, but the owners are aware now and assured us it would get fixed. I think that’s part of life at the beach. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Wonderful Location
The location was wonderful. We didn't have a car and traveled mostly by bikes and walking. Town, beach, brewery and farmers market was all within 2 miles. The home was well stocked and very cozy. Loved it!

Our family of 3 had a great stay in this home for an extended weekend. The house was very nice and just as we expected. The owners were responsive and we had no issues during our stay. We loved the location right on the bike path! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect fit for family of four
We found the house to be just exactly what we needed/hoped it would be. Our family of four (two kids ages 5 and 8) did not bring our car over, but the house is situated in the perfect spot to access bike trails in every direction, and the shuttle stop at the end of the block was also ideally located. It was also great to have access to amenities in the house like the beach toys, and, (smaller but appreciated) laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. We also enjoyed the horseshoe pit in the backyard so much that we're building one at our home now! The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and the home was so comfortable.

A wonderful place for our family to stay for a few days. Extremely comfortable and well laid out home, so peaceful and pleasant. Close enough to the downtown and amenities via car, we will return again soon!

Lovely Nantucket Retreat!
Barb and Robin's home was impeccably clean upon arrival, and thoroughly comfortable. Inside was spacious with a great flow and room enough for everyone. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well supplied and spotless, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and in the backyard. We didn't bring a car, and were able to bike everywhere. Barb & Robin were great hosts, answering any and all questions promptly, and made the process seamless. We would love to come back!

Girls Weekend
I went away with a few of my closest girlfriends for the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay here. There was more than enough space for all of us. The neighborhood is quiet and is a very short drive to the beach and downtown area. I would stay here again.

Nantucket getaway
We had a fantastic time. Was a bit over optimistic about being able to bike everywhere so I suggest having a car at least for a few days. But overall this house was lovely and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect stay on Nantucket
We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. The owners were very accommodating and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The location was very close to Miacomet Golf Course where our boys played golf. The food at Miacomet Golf Course was excellent and very reasonable. The home is also a very short bike ride to Miacomet Beach, Cisco Beach, Cisco Brewery, Bartlett Farm and Stop & Shop which has many restaurants in this area. It was also an easy bike ride into town. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation!

Great Central Location
Very clean and well appointed house on cul de sac that is close to beach, Stop & Shop, Cisco Brewery, and Bartlett Farm. Beautifully landscaped front garden and large private back yard. Excellent clear communication with owner and a smooth no problem stay. Thank you for a wonderful week on Nantucket!

Work Trip
This property was booked for employees who were on the island for work, as essential employees. The communication between the owners and flexibility with schedule changes, additions, etc. was very much appreciated! Communication was key with this booking and the promptness and kindness of the owners made the trip run as smoothly as possible!

Off Season Getaway
House and location are perfect. Site description and pictures are accurate. The owner Robin leaves you alone but easily accessible when we had a question. Very well appointed in every room. Kitchen has all that you need including plastics and spices. When we got stranded the last day due to ferry delay we were allowed to comfortably stay at the house until the situation cleared up. The home was less expensive than our previous rentals on the island while exceeding what was offered by the others.

The perfect vacation rental on NANTUCKET !
This was the perfect home for a wonderful vacation with my 3 grown sons on Nantucket! The location was ideal. Just a quick drive to Ladies beach, and Cisco Brewery, stop and shop and down town. The home was so well appointed! It had everything we needed! It was just perfect! Great grill, beach chairs, kitchen, location!Would love to go again next summer if the owners will have us! Thank you so much for such a memorable summer vacation !
