I like the fact that there were 2 1/2 baths. Loved the kitchen, the living room, the piano, the master bedroom, everything was beautifully decorated. We were happy when the fog lifted. We had a sunny day, we were able to see morro rock and the water from the bay. The kitchen is well/equipped and there are so many condiments! I never stayed in a house that is so well stocked! I loved the room deodorizer for the bathrooms, the liquid hand soap, and the good quality toilet paper! The dishes were beautiful and silverware was exquisite. The only problem we had was that the icemaker was not working. So we bought ice and used that instead.

Beautiful, very elegant and peaceful!! Nice extra touches in house decor! I would not recommend for little ones or toddlers. Lots of glass and stainless steal that little ones can touch or run into. I would recommend age10 or older. Stunning view, comfy beds!! We loved it!!

We had such a relaxing time at this beautiful home. It was all we needed, and more. Morro Bay is lovely this time of year. Spent a lot of our hours on the beach with long walks. The sunsets are just amazing!!! Slept in the most comfortable beds.....like being on a cloud!!! Thanks!!!

We were three couples getting together from all over california. This was the perfect in between location to meet and we had a terrific time. The accommodations for top-notch from everything in the kitchen.In terms of all the terrific supplies and quality of dishes, silverware etc., right down to the linens.And pillows in the bedrooms and the extremely comfortable beds. Robyn responded to any communication immediately. All six of us were totally pleased with the accommodations from the moment we checked in until the day we left.

Thank you, Robyn, for a beautiful space for our family to gather during our youngest son's engagement to his future bride. Our family not only enjoyed the space, it felt safe and secure to us as well as being in the perfect location with a view of beautiful Morro Bay and "The Rock". We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful home. It was so well stocked with everything you could need. The sunsets from the deck were amazing as well as the view of Morro Rock. The beds were super comfortable as well.

The house was lovely. As good as the pictures!! Robyn was helpful resolving some questions regarding access for some of our guests with mobility limitations. I would recommend this house..

Very nice house set close enough for a nice morning walk to the rock. Beautiful kitchen. Decorating is great throughout the house. We did a lot of day trips. Vey easy to Jump on and off 1. Great stay. We will be back.

Wonderful experience. Didn’t even have to lift my head off the pillow, in the master bedroom, to see The Rock! The house was furnished with everything you could need right down to needle and thread. If we are every in the area again we hope the home is available!

This home was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Our host, Robyn, was very prompt with addressing our questions. It was a bit too far to walk to town for us, but driving was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this home and we would love to stay here again in the future.

This gorgeous place has every amenity imaginable. We've slept well, laughed a lot, and really relaxed for the first time in a long time. We would love to come back--maybe without my son next time. What a gorgeous spot.

Robyn was a wonderful host. She gave us some great tips about local must-sees and helped us with a scheduling conflict we had. The place was perfect for our family. The view was wonderful, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were amazing. As a bonus we had access to the attached garage. Overall this place was pretty much perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! We visited at the end of December and while the weather was not cooperating we were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed watching the passing storm with this home's gorgeous view of Morro rock and warmed up each night in the jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very well stocked and decorated as well as comfortable and welcoming. Great view! Communication was mostly good and responsive. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work very well, which was inconvenient, but we were able to checkout later, which helped us feel better about it. Would definitely come again if the Wi-Fi situation gets fixed (switch to a cable connection rather than DSL). Loved everything else about it!

Our daughter hosted us for a family Thanksgiving. We were close enough to be there most of the time but rested comfortably here. Our 8 year old piano student played piano and prepared for her recital in January. It was a lovely stay. Thanks

The place was great! The view of morro rock right from the living room is gorgeous.
They have big fans in the place that allowed the sea breeze to take over the house quickly and a cozy fireplace for when it got too chilly.
The master bed is very comfortable. There are a ton of “extras” for cooking and that was a nice touch. We enjoyed the spa and it was great.
You won’t be disappointed!

During the weekend drop off of our daughter for college; we had the comfort of this home while we toured and enjoyed the attractions of SLO ( San Luis Obispo) . It was a very well maintained and clean home for any family. Well.stocked.plus a Albertsons near by made the personalized needs that much better..
The hot tub on the back deck and smooth trex deck planks made our feet feel welcome after a nice hike to Bishop Peak. A gas cook top with fresh local produce made our appetites satisfied as we rested for the day.
All in all, communication with Robyn ( Property contact ) made this trip comfortable and enjoyable. We will come again for.sure as we visit the area.
