This was the very first time that our "virtual" book club had a book discussion "live"! We chose this property for its lake front view, and location to beach, boardwalk, shopping & restaurants. We had more than enough space for the 6 of us and yet we felt comfy and cozy within this grand estate. The elevator was a definite bonus for those of us with physical ailments. We are so impressed with this property that we are thinking of making this an annual book club anniversary retreat! WELL DONE

We had a great time at this property, and Mike did a great job of keeping us informed. We would definitely book this property again. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed every part of this lovely home, inside and out. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with two living areas, two dining areas, and a gourmet kitchen, including a butler’s pantry. The huge, open backyard was a secure space for the kids, who spent a lot of time playing soccer on the lawn.. The owner spared no details in designing and outfitting the home. The elevator was an added delight for the seniors in the group!

It looks great in photos but so much bigger and more Lux in person! Beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Lovely views of Silver Lake and walking distance to heart of town. Big screen TV s all over the house, intricate tile work in baths , a kitchen to just die for and an elevator for ease in loading luggage. Wonderfully clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of parking on the street for our big group.

We had another incredible experience staying in this beautiful home. Love the views and the easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Michaels home was an absolute dream. It exceeded all of our expectations and we plan on staying here for all future trips to Rehoboth. The location is quiet but convenient to the beach and downtown. Its designed impeccably and felt like a home away from home.

Convenient spot, leisurely walk to beach and downtown. Relaxing decor- not overly beachy, elegant and no expense spared on renovation to make this an exceptional place to stay.

Luxurious home with all amenities included. Beautiful lake views, quiet neighborhood, large modern rooms, clean, extremely well kept, responsive property manager, close to the beach and the boardwalk, plenty of room for the twelve we had staying there. What more can I say, it exceeded our expectations and we had a great vacation!!!

Some people should not rent properties and this guy is one of them. The families in our group all rent properties ourselves and we left the house exactly as we hope our renters do; however, this guy showed up one minute before check-out to clean the house himself and immediately started messaging along the lines of “why is there a spot here, however will I clean it”. Now he claims we “damaged” a chair in a room we rarely used and charged us $360 to fix it… the picture of the “damage” is so ridiculous it’s laughable. Our group has rented houses for 10+ years and has never had a damages charge so it’s a first for us. In short, this house is pretty but not worth the headache. And if you do rent it, take my advice and get the insurance, take videos of the way you left it, eat all your meals out and generally don’t live while you’re there. At a minimum this is not a kid-friendly rental and should not be advertised as such.

The house will strike you as the type of home you could live in year-round, which is to say that so many of the rentals in the area are very clearly "beach rentals" with cheap building materials and furniture. This home is gorgeous, all the beds are comfortable, and the amenities of the home will make you feel like you could live here forever. The breeze off the lake makes it so you can sit on the front porch at night without worrying about bugs, and the proximity to the beach is great (5-minute walk). The only negative about the location is that downtown Rehoboth is a solid 15-minute walk away, and with young kids you are likely going to find yourself hopping in the car for most things other than going to the beach. That said, the view of the lake and the privacy of the street made the location great.

This property is in a great location and is perfect for large groups! The pictures depict exactly how it looks! Great that every room has its own unique and beautiful bathroom! I would love to stay here again!
