Beautiful property and Cabana. This was our 2nd time here. The Cabana is well kept and the hosts were always welcoming and available when we needed any additional amenities. Property is beautiful and really is steps from beautiful Isla Verde beach and the pool. I would love to come back to this Cabana again in the future. Thank you Yari and Victor🌞🌴🏖😊

The refrigerador is very noisy and there is a light outside the apartment that was on the whole night

The place was very clean and convinient. The manager texted and very helpful. Before my stay they told me that their parking lot was not available due to construction near by. Good communication on their part. Room was ready along with the futon for my family of 4

Perfect location, condo was very nice and had everything I needed, loved the extra towels. I felt very safe on the property and the beach access was perfect. I would rent again for sure.

We had a great stay, the area is very nice, the people were so friendly. Puerto Rico is a beautiful, friendly island. The air b&b was beautiful, clean, great location, I would definitely recommend staying there. The owners were very attentive, anything you ask them, they respond right away. I loved it all. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and the pool and beach were just steps away. My children had a wonderful time so, that’s a WIN in my book. If you’re looking for a great place to stay near San Juan, I would certainly recommend this corner unit condo. It’s safe, clean, close to restaurants and stores and. . . .the AC rocks !!!

Loved the area and accessibility of beach and pool.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The beach is soooo beautiful here. Floor level unit provides easy quick access. Don’t have to fuss with elevators etc. and no trouble with outside noise or foot traffic in front of unit. Very near the gate to both the pool and beach. Car rental, Walgreens, gas station and lots of eateries very close by. Grocery store a little bit further but still fairly close. Very close to the airport as well. We rented a car for one day to go to El Yunque forest and used Uber the rest of the time for various places around San Juan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Let me first state that the location of this property is really convenient to the airport like 5 minutes away. My wife and I have stayed in Puerto Rico before but not since before Hurricane Maria. We stayed this time shortly after Fiona had hit part of the island. We stayed an entire week in Puerto Rico. The first 4 days we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo in same building with 3 friends . The last 3 days we stayed in this cabana. When we checked out of the 3 bedroom we inquired about checking into the cabana a little earlier. The owner does not accommodate that. When we check in the property a little after 4:00 pm we realize that upon entering the condo that the lights do not come on. You guessed it power was out to the entire building. No a/c and temp was around 85 degrees outside. It came on after about 2 hours. Second day the power went out on a Sunday near 9:00 pm and didn't turn on again until 1:30pm on that Monday afternoon. Because of this we had to leave the sliding door open all night which did not make us feel safe. The Cabana itself looks like the pictures. When you check-in the owners give you a code to open a lock on the gate at the entrance to the property. You then go through a sliding patio door that you can not lock where you have to push blinds to the side to enter cabana. We contacted the owner to ask about the fact that the sliding door had no luck and they never responded. We still have not got a reply to our inquiry. The cabana had a limited supply of plates and items to cook with but wasn't big deal to us. The condos facilities like the pool and basketball court are as shown. The security guards on the premises were good. The cabana had a parking space near the entrance to the building which was convenient. As someone that stays in VRBO properties all over North America I would say the communication with the owner was the worst that we have experienced. There are plenty of other places that charge what they did that we probably should have gone with in retrospect.

Our stay was amazing! We couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location! So close to the beach we walked there everyday sometimes multiple times! We loved the pool and used it everyday too. It's great being so close to walgreens for little things. I felt very safe having the doorman and having entry points that only residents can go through. Our stay was amazing! We loved every moment!

I would definitely stay here again if in the area! Great location and owner was very quick to respond to any needs.

My wife and I have been traveling to PR for past 15 years. The rental we stay was the best for us. First floor, beach next to it and pool. Great parking.. we are looking forward to stay there next year or sooner. Louis & Mita

Not only the apartment is feet away from the pool and a short 2 min walk to the beach. The owners stocked up the place with everything you need for the beach. They were also nice to provide us with a travel crib (pack and play) and a car seat. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. You do not need to pack toiletries or such items because you have a 24 hr Walgreens right across the street from the building.

This was my 2nd time renting this perfect little get-away. 😍 I will rent this place every chance I get.
