Condo is so clean and beautifully decorated. Loved that there were beach chairs, a tarp & a small umbrella. View is amazing. So many great restaurants just minutes away. GREAT place to stay. Only tiny issue was the blender, didn't blend well. So no frozen drinks for me. (LOL) The gate keepers were also super nice and helpful! Would 100% stay here again!!

1. Someone smoking on another balcony that we could smell. One night we smelled marijuana which was bad.

This property was well maintained. The condo was clean and the landscaping, pool, and beach were immaculate. I would recommend Lands End for a great vacation resort. The only complaint would be the sleep number bed in this unit, it was defective and the one side was sunken in, very uncomfortable. The bars on the Bay side have live bands that are very loud. I would suggest staying on the Gulf side. This location is like staying on an a tip of and Island all by yourself.

We visited this unit exactly one year ago and in 2013 we were very happy with its condition. However we found that after one year the carpet is getting very dirty while the paint on the balcony floor is starting to deteriorate. This is really a pity because this unit was always our favorite one in Lands End.

My only complaint is that Unit #402 building 7 is not a premier unit. The location is superb. All appliances worked, but the unit itself is tired. Carpet is worn and stained and the furniture is the same condition. I've stayed at Land's End over ten years and know what a premier unit looks like, but this isn't one of them.

Family Vacation
This was a great property with an excellent location. I do agree with a previous listing they need to change out the shower head in the hall bathroom. This unit could also use some updating. We always stay some place that has a kitchen, this place has everything you could possibly need. They even have beach chairs and toys available, the beach umbrella was broken so we purchased a new one to leave there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this location in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was modern and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location's access to a great pool, boardwalk along the inlet and river, and beautiful beach area made the stay very enjoyable. The view from the balcony was perfect. All appliances worked, the TVs were modern and had cable in all rooms. Secure WiFi was available and easy to access. There were beach chairs and toys in the 2nd bedroom and clothes baskets and plenty of hangars in all closets. The only negative was the master bedroom bed. It was very firm and quit uncomfortable to sleep in. But all the other amenities greatly outweighed this one negative. We would stay here again.

For those who like it quiet, and a bit out of the way, this is perfect. You will need a vehicle to get to most restaurants, grocery and other stores. Our unit was clean. Kitchen was pretty well furnished. The decor was decent, if maybe a bit dated. The garage parking spot was huge and immediately next to the elevator. We had really only one issue - a toilet that squealed, for some unknown reason. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella. You must bring your own beach towels, which is a bit cumbersome. We bought thin towels and managed to get them home. There are many things to do, by vehicle. The property management was extremely helpful, especially when a cleaning crew showed up a day early. The property itself is well managed and everything is neat. We never tried the pool area but it looked nice. Walking the beach is extremely fun.

We have been fortunate to enjoy six similar but distinctly tastefully decorated different units The last two including this unit were among the growing trend of upgraded "Premier" suites, making the returning desire easy to fulfill. My husband, daughter, and I were at Land's End on Treasure Island for a week. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was quiet, and was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf view right from the two decks. The sunsets were gorgeous. The property was very clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities of home and more, including two hot tubs and a beautiful pool. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. I would highly recommend Resort Realty when booking your vacation. They were very responsive to any questions I had prior to the trip, and everything went like clockwork for checking in and out. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

The facility, the landscaping ,the pool and the privacy make ideal. i think this is more an adult facility than a family one. When booking your condo, look carefully at the photo displays of each condo. The layout is the same but they are all not equal in terms of maintenance
