Very comfortable, well-equipped flatlet, with a nice big bedroom. Lots of nice touches (biscuits, toiletries, etc). The kitchen is perfect for a self-catering stay. Will stay here again when I return.

We were 10 minutes drive from Jesmond (student quarter), an almost straight drive across the river. The location was quiet, but your handbrake needs to be strong due to the steep hill on which the accommodation is situated. Our host was excellent in their introduction of the property and we kept in touch via text re ETA. Everything was supplied, towels, shower gel, soap, tea bags, etc. Very homely and welcoming.

An explanation of the workings of the shower might have helped, which nob did which function, but it didn't take long to experiment and find out.

Such a great place the host was kind and always had a smile showed us around then let us do our own thing highly recommend and definitely be booking again
