This is a very well considered rental home. It has modern decor, modern appliances (dishwasher, nice refrigerator and w/d) a nice kitchen with all of the essentials, two porches with seating, comfy beds, comfy living area, very clean, quiet (beautiful) street. The house is located about a mile from the heart of downtown Santa Fe and has very easy access to all parts of the city. We walked everywhere in town. It was overall an easy, comfortable place to stay. A lot of thought went into providing essentials such as scissors, and eco-friendly laundry detergent etc. We appreciated these little details, not all owners consider these types of conveniences. We really loved our walks to and from the house daily - it is located in a neighborhood where homeowners care for their homes and surroundings.

Palacito offers the privacy and quiet of a private home in one of Santa Fe’s historic neighborhoods while also being within walking distance of the restaurants, galleries and shops of Canyon Road and the Plaza area. The home was well appointed and comfortable with the bonus of two separate outdoor areas. We can’t wait to visit again.

Richard's place is fabulous. Easy to get to and great location for Canyon Road or a quick 15 minute walk into town. It's so quiet, spent every morning on the patio with my coffee and a book. Inside is fab, super kitchen with everything you'll need to cook (we cooked a lot!) very clean, very well organized and AC since it was very warm for Santa Fe while we were there. Comfortable beds, great showers, all linens and towels you could need. Plus it's just beautiful!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home in a great location that’s walkable to the Plaza, art galleries on Canyon Rd, and delicious meals at The Teahouse. The home provided any amenities that you might need and has a deck in back and a private walled patio in front that give you shade no matter what time of day. We had a minor issue with one of the bathroom sinks and it was resolved quickly that same day. We would definitely choose this home again!

This property was as advertised. For the most past a well equipped kitchen (would be good to have some Pyrex dishes for cooking), very comfortable beds, ample space for four adults and well decorated. Property management is very responsive. We highly recommend!

We met our adult children in Santa Fe for thanksgiving. The property was perfect with lots of room, great location and a very well equipped kitchen. Cooked thanksgiving dinner and had a great time.

This house was perfect for my husband, me & our pup. My son joined us for a couple of days and we had amazing October weather. The bedrooms were quiet and dark & we slept so well! We Uber’d or walked everywhere. The neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. Highly recommend!

This place was the best rental we have ever had. The home was immaculate and even bigger than the photos showed. Well stocked, super comfortable soft beds, updated bathrooms and an excellent location. We could easily walk to The Teahouse and the historic downtown plaza. The property manager was so helpful and informative. You really couldn't get any better and we will be back for sure.

We loved it so much se ended up putting an offer on another in the neighborhood. Communicating with property manager was very easy and they were super responsive. There were ants but the manager sent an exterminator over right away. Due to the rain, ants were pretty much an issue everywhere we went. Kitchen was well equipped. Since we were there for three weeks, we arranged for weekly cleaning and the cleaners were great. The location was so convenient to Canyon Road and downtown. Highly recommend!

Thus us the second time we have stayed in this property. Again it did not disappoint. Great location and incredibly well equipped. Richard, the manager, is quick to respond to any questions. When BBC we cone back to Santa Fe, this will be our house of choice again!

Wonderful getaway
Richard's house is the perfect location for access to Canyon Road and an easy walk to the downtown area as well.
It was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed was provided from coffee filters to a champagne stopper! We will stay there again and recommend it highly to anyone visiting Santa Fe!

Santa Fe Casita
We had a lovely time staying at this Santa Fe Casita. It has two outside sitting areas that we really enjoyed. The house is very close to downtown Santa Fe and Canyon road with all the galleries. We will definitely be back!

Anniversary Trip
The Palacito was perfect for our trip. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Canyon Road. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor areas. Spent a lot of time on the back deck listening to the birds and enjoying the weather. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a quiet get-away with all the amenities! We will be back!

Perfect location
We loved Palacito. Beautifully organized kitchen , lovely outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and great showers. We loved the proximity to the galleries and to food shopping. The local Whole Foods is wonderful. We brought our well behaved non shedding dog and he would like to put in a plug for the 138 acre Ortiz dogpark where we went every morning to make friends. We would love to come back someday.

Lovely Stay
Wonderful property - cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Great aesthetic - a clean, contemporary take on the southwestern vibe. The location is great - easily walkable to all (Canyon Rd & Plaza), but off the beaten path enough to feel peaceful and "neighborhoody". We would definitely recommend and hope to return some day.

Super location, great beds, fabulous kitchen
The house was clean, cozy, and cute! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the king bed was very comfortable. The house is near a creek and park where we walked our dog and just a block from Canyon Drive. The neighborhood was very quiet with very little traffic. It was a working vacation for us and the wifi worked perfectly for video calls. We stayed a week and used the washer and dryer which were both great. With two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of room and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. Richard and Leslie were easy to work with and accommodated our change of plans at the last minute. They have provided an amazing guest booklet with lots of great details about the house as well as local restaurants and events - don't skip reading every page!

Perfect location
Very nice--great living room area with fireplace for entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen. Good for a winter stay--probably even better in the warm seasons. Easy walk to both Canyon Road and Santa Fe plaza. Easy drive to everywhere else of interest including Museum Hill. We will stay here again!

Our accommodations suited us superbly! Adequately stocked apartment to begin our stay and well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans and etc., for foodies. Location is superb. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Great home with all the amenities and fairly easy walk to plaza
House was very nice with high end furnishings and appliances. Very well appointed. It was clean Only issue was the heating/cooling was impossible to adjust, even with the booklet. We could never get it to cool or heat properly. Also cushions were very dirty and unable to sit on. Would recommend.

ANTS IN THE KITCHEN!
The property was easy to find, beautiful, and convenient to downtown Santa Fe. I dinged you on cleanliness, not because the place wasn't clean, but because of the ANTS! They apparently are an ongoing problem because we found a wealth of ant killers and pesticides under the sink. I am sure that kitchen hygiene when you have that many guests is a problem--and ants might be a big problem everywhere in Santa Fe for all I know--but they were an unpleasant distraction for us during an otherwise wonderful stay.

Excellent stay
We loved our stay at Palacito! The location is perfect for exploring Santa Fe and for traveling out of town for hiking. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. We loved the bedrooms downstairs. Quiet and dark. Perfect for sleeping.
Richard, the property manager, was very responsive to the few questions we had. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and not our last. We already reserved another week at the Palacito for next July. Can’t wait to return

A lovely Santa Fe two week stay
We loved our extended stay here! The house is darling, well equipped with the best amenities and in a great location only a short walk from Canyon Road and the Plaza. The property manager was helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We travel to Santa Fe often and look forward to staying here again.

Great Location Adorable Casita
Lovely and Roomy casita, very comfortable and clean with all the amenities. Plenty of dishes, glassware and towels provided. Bedrooms very comfortable with plenty of space in the closets and bathrooms. Kitchen is great and has everything you need! Great location!
