Nice property

Loved the house. The host is amazing. Great location. Right down the street from the beach. Please check this location out. Won't be disappointed!

This house was a great fit for our group of ten! The pool and screened in room was a favorite!

This house was not at all what we expected and sadly not worth the price we paid. There were a bunch of things that we found wrong with the house though I am only going to list the ones that really stood out. First the only way to get into the house was through the front door since in order to open the garage door we would have to go inside and open it and close it from inside as well which makes it a very big inconvenience for when carrying heavy stuff from the cars to the inside of the house. Second we were not able to lock the house from the inside locks unless we wanted to be locked out of the house for good. Third, the floor tiles are coming apart in the rooms, along with the doors and outside of the house in the back looking to be in dis repairs or damage. Fourth, the Pool not cleaned what so ever maybe just chlorinated but that’s all. Fifth, the floors were not cleaned throughout the house and especially in the kitchen where we found two cockroaches one dead and one alive,the chairs near the bar area (which had sand all over them before we even got to the home), along with the bathrooms, we had to re clean everything to make sure it was sanitary for our stay. House was not cleaned that well but instead sprayed with scents to make it seem “clean” I almost forgot to mention, the dirt we found under the sofa bed mattress, I couldn’t believe it. We cleaned that also and disinfected the full sofa, and mattress. Sixth, Grass/property unkept and seems has not been touched since the last visit. Along with garage door seemed it was going to fall apart. Seventh, this house was missing a bunch of kitchen appliances and we had to buy more so that way everyone could have a cup and a plate. Eighth, Closet in the master bed room is missing a bunch of shelves, and seems to be “under renovation”, only has a few old hangers even one being broken. Ninth, Majority of the bed rooms beds are really old and worn out that make it very hard to sleep and makes us feel like the beds are going to break any minute. Not to mention the pictures are very misleading as it’s missing a bunch of stuff, for example beach chairs if we want to lay out and enjoy the sun, pool toys that’s are shown in the picture as well. And the chairs that are provided are super run down and have uneven placement. Overall this place was not what we expected, and this house is not even worth half of that for the time we stayed, very disappointed.

Wonderful home for family fun! Plenty of room for everyone and floor plan is wheelchair accessible. Pool was the highlight of the property. Great neighborhood! Hosts were especially helpful with any questions or concerns. Dishwasher was not functioning properly. Golf cart was great for wet and sandy beach goers. My granddaughter wants to live there! Everyone enjoyed their stay. We had a blast!

Great location. Minutes from the beach. Golf cart was great. Plenty of room for our family with a nice screened in patio and pool. Close to restaurants and Pier Park as well.

Our family had an amazing time. We loved the house and the pool made the vacation even better. The owner even reached out during our stay to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. We most definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out! Really close to the beach and the private pool was a huge plus! Check in was smooth and property owner communicates quickly. I would give this house a 5 star but having to go with a 4 star only because the beds weren’t comfortable (definitely needs new mattresses on all beds) and the ice maker didn’t work in the fridge. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

This house was exactly what we needed. Very close to beach and the house was clean. Any questions the people who own the house were very prompt at responding back. Would recommend this house to others.

This home was a great space for our large family for a week. Close to the beach. The golf cart and the pool in the back were both nice to have. I would definitely bring pillows as the ones there were limited and flat as a pancake. We may have just been spoiled in our past house rentals when it came to amenities as this one was very limited. No spices,coffee filters, a pizza cutter, one cookie sheet, 2 bedrooms didn’t have TVs, 7 towels for 10 people, The host communicated with me frequently and was very nice. Walmart grocery will deliver straight to your door in this location, which was amazing (Pillows!). Over all we had a great time and would definitely come again.

A group of us rented this property as we were on town for a softball Tournament. It was perfect for what we needed. Defiantly will be looking to rent next year for this tourney!

Nice place within walking distance from the beach! Fits 10 comfortably

My coworkers and myself stayed at the house for work. It was veery convenient to the job site. As well as spacious enough for everyone to have their own private rooms.

We stayed here for a couple of days because our original placed was booked over the weekend. Our little girl loved the pool. I loved taking walks around the neighborhood and to the beach with the family. Would recommend.

The host and location was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Wished the bed was more comfortable and more blankets and pillows was available.

Great vacation! House was clean and perfect for our family vacation! Super close to the beach ! Owners are very nice & if any issues arise they immediately take care of it!

Very convenient to all shops, restaurants, and activities. Beach is just down the street. Nice neighborhood.

House was clean and the location to beach was good especially with the golf cart. The only negative was trying to keep the house cool enough at night for sleeping, we like 68 degrees and thermostat wouldn’t go below 70, but we managed with help of all the ceiling fans. The house was as exactly as listed. Clean, quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect. Renting their golf cart was a great decision as it was used daily for our beach excursions. Rich was prompt in responding to all correspondence and a dream to do business with. We would definitely book again for any future PCB vacation.

This home was perfect for our family of 8. We loved having the privacy of your own pool. We can’t wait to go back.

Property was bigger than expected. Tons of room to move around. House needs some little updates, but a great find for the money! Owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

My husband, myself, and some of the family decided to rent a house for a beach trip and were blessed to find a house with a pool on the residential side of PCB. The house had plenty of room for everyone, was close to the beach, but the pool and family area outside were especially great!

We recommend this property 100%! Out stay here was more than perfect. Rich was extremely helpful and comprehensive, fast response. The outdoor pool water was a little cold but we still love it. Kids and family/friends had fun. Will definitely look into it for our next vacation to panama city beach! Thank you again Rich and Brenda!

Good time with my family

This home is very well kept, clean, and spacious, and is just as described. We were in the area for a short stay and needed a place close to where other family members were vacationing, and this house was perfect. Not only were the accommodations comfortable, the owner Rich was courteous and helpful at all times, and answered all our questions immediately. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great stay for my family over the holidays. There was 6 adults and 7 kids during our stay. Everyone was comfortably situated.Nice set up, close to Pier Park and walking distance from the beach. We had a blast!!!Just wished there was a Christmas tree but our stay was perfect!!!

The house is in a nice, friendly community minutes from the beach. Our family loved the pool! Owners are easy to work with and respond promptly.

We loved our stay here. Very convenient to get to the beach and shops. A good quiet and friendly neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and outside area and we had plenty of space for 11 of us. We would stay here again, highly recommend!

Everything was ready and went smoothly. Just waiting for security deposit to be returned. We would stay there again.
