We booked one bad with living room , they showed to my brother another apartment one day before arrival one bed with living room sofa bed but on arrival they refuse to give and insist to take another apartment and increase the price .

The location is good and near the most of public tourism places.

Kitchen stuff not available, boiler, dishes, microwave...etc. The response is too late

WiFi facilities are good. One grocery shop is close enough to the property. Android TV is liked by my kids

There is insects in the room. Wrong room was given to me. Washroom door is not working properly. It is jammed and when my kid try to open door handle broke. I complain at reception but receptionist behavior was very rude. There is no hot water in the washroom and we have to take shawer with cold water during our stay. Washroom exhaust fan was making noise and ultimately stopped. Room fridge was not working properly and water was leaking in the room.

To be fair, I would say only the price.

Where should I begin...First of all, there was not good communication since the staff was of not good knowledge of english. They showed us at first an apartment with one WC although the reservation was 2 rooms/2 WCs. Finally we stayed in 1 apartment with 2 WCs. The apartment was old, the AC units old, noisy and maybe never had been serviced. At least, they existed. WCs had defects and when asked for towels, they brought us one (1) for 5 people. Yes. One. They told us that this was their policy. We insisted for more, they brought us 5 of different colour and heavily used. At least they were clean. The same applies to the linen. Stains of the past that could not be removed anymore. Easily the worst place I have ever stayed in many countries.
