The property leaves out free to use “gadgets” and the entrance. It’s also a very laid back place in a good location.

It was overall clean but some spots were not. The room floor had some dirt and the shower drain had hair and soap residue.The bed was not too comfortable either.

The security guy was really nice The location is close to two big supermarkets and 10 minutes walk to the street

The bed is the worst that I've ever had on an accomodation You could feel the structure of the mattress Also the room doesn't have AC so you have to keep the window open and bugs and mosquitoes are come in all the times

The kitchen was quite undersupplied. No cutting board and very little crockery made it challenging.

The location, a short walk from two supermarkets, was good for self-catering. I have stayed in about 20 other university halls during the summer vacation and the set-up was fairly standard compared to them. The bed was comfortable. The hot water was hot. The kitchen had the means to cook meals and there was ample space in the fridges and freezers.

The kitchen crockery and cutlery was somewhat restricted (although I had brought my own). The bath/shower room was pretty clean, although there were three dark hairs I could see where the wall met the floor (I have grey hair!). There didn't seem to be an obvious place to hang up towels, although, after I had handed in my entry card prior to leaving, the security officer told be there were some hooks by the shower door - I can only assume that they couldn't have been very prominent. The pillows were extremely soft and I just used the harder pillows I had brought with me.

didnt expect much since it is a youth hostel, but the bedrooms and double beds are not suitable for two people, especially considering the price which was bigger than edinburgh or glasgow

Whole facility needed a good clean, mattress was lumpy and no mattress protector, just a sheet. "Fully equipped shared kitchen" was NOT. No toaster, no forks, two knives, two spoons no plug or dushbrush so couldn't wash dishes easily.

Everything was OK, staff I met were pleasanr & friendly. Expensive for what it was ... just let out UHI student flat accommodation. It was though the cheapest option in an overpriced environment. Fort William prices are ridiculous.

This was a room only deal and as such, expensive. No soap was provided in the shower room?! There is a shared kitchen and stocking the fridge with breakfast provisoins would have made this a better deal!

Large room, some cooking facilities, good shower, great location, really nice staff

Felt like a student dig more than accommodation. Needed cutlery for 2 people, a bath Matt for shower would have been nice, bed was quite uncomfortable, clearly the cheapest mattress money can buy and a small double not a double and very cheap sheets. No coat hangers, needed a bed side table for each side of the bed. Could be a great room with a few things changed or upgraded.

- Location (near the train station and supermarkets) - friendly staff The bed has a good size for two people (couples or other close relationships) Then during our stay we recognized that only one guy is responsible for cleaning all the rooms. For that the rooms are really clean.

- no garbage can - small shower (like really, if you are a bit bigger you would have problems) - no toiletpaper holder - dirty and old toilet brush

The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, the microwave didn't work, it wasn't exactly clean.

Location was great right next to grocery store and train station and within walking distance from most of Fort William. Place was clean

Pretty sparse room was no handsoap in the bathroom.

Immaculate fresh & Clean. Entry at campus was easy. Security was 24/7 the Booking in with security was simple well organised and quick. Security Guy was excellent in local information printed of places timetable etc. Definitely will rebook.

Location good and staff helpful

Uncomfortable mattress. Far too hot - it didn't need any heating. I think the heat came from the pipes. Spoke to a student who lives there and he say it is a terrible problem.
