Friendly staff, cleanliness of building/room, secure building, easy and free parking nearby, walkable distance to everything like shops, restaurants and the Queen Mine Tour, beautifully renovated room with awesome views.

Best location in old Bisbee. Great restaurant downstairs and very friendly staff. This is historic building so don't expect modern luxury, but it is very charming and perfect for the location.
Can be a little noisy when other guests are partying but that's all part of the fun atmosphere.

location was perfect, in the center of the universe but still quiet for sleeping. clean and well maintained. had period charm with modern amenities.
it was nearly impossible to shut off the shower faucet. it took both of us pushing. the coffee options were undrinkable. why bother to have a Keirig and not have normal pods?

I love the location in this little old west town! The rooms up stairs and the little sitting area was adorable. It’s close to several restaurants and the old mine which we were doing a tour with! It was pouring rain most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to see much of the town.
There were a lot of stairs and the whole town was uphill….it is not a good place for people with low mobility. I also would not like to try and drive this area when it snows. A difficult town to maneuver in a large vehicle we were driving a big 350 Ford transit van and the roads and parking are not made for that!

only suggestion is add a vanity to the bathroom. plenty of space, but no place to set my toiletries

Only negative is all room are upstairs.
