Redelijke prijs voor een prima eenvoudige kamer.
Beetje gedateerd maar wij hadden alleen een bed nodig.

- Sports facilities were excellent
- Room was very clean and new
- Staff were very helpful
- Guests were nice and respectful
- Room was just a little bit too small for 2 people and an 8 year old.
- However there are bigger rooms which we will try next time.

We had a room in the highest floor, it was extremely hot in the room. I wondered why we didn’t get another room, e.g. on ground level, though the hotel wasn’t fully booked.

One of us had an accident. The staff were excellent in the response and care provided including a trip to the local hospital and return later

It was nice that there were a swimming pool and sauna. Both weren't the best, or super clean, but it was nice that we could relax.
The room wasn't very clean... Specially the bathroom.

Friendly staff and nice food at the restaurant. Room was small but comfortable and very clean. The pool and sauna was nice, although I could have done with some additional towels as the thin ones from the room weren't really enough. Not sure if that would be expecting too much as they don't advertise as a luxury hotel of course!
Our room was next to the lift and it was really noisy - both from the mechanics of the lift and the sound of people getting off and talking loudly all through the night

Friendly welcome, a good price for a nice room, especially enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and sauna (no extra charge). A walk of approx. 25 min brings you to the historic city centre of Zutphen.

Small but adequate room. Comfortable bed. Bathroom small but ok. Shower over the bath. Guests in neighbouring were loud. Reasonable value for money

We didn't take the breakfast, room was not big but we used it only for sleeping and it was clean and comfortable. Hotel had tennis courts, bowling and bar to use in the free time

The personnel at the entrance was sweet and gave us no problem at all. They also let us check in one hour earlier.
Price/product ratio. The floor was not fully clean, and under the bed there has been a vacuum clear in years. At the desk there was so much advertisement from their services, but nothing really given included in the quite high price. One of the beds felt broken, as it moved and wobbled a lot.
