Quaint tropical escape! Generous availability of bikes, everything you need for the beach and back up supplies in case you forgot something.

I had booked months in advance and requested a room in a quiet location. Unfortunately we were given the loudest room where the view from our windows/sleeping area was the parking and we could hear every car alarm and everyone coming and going and street noise. This was the only reason we couldn't give a 10.

our second stay at this great location. fully equipted villas. our missed a dishwasher, although it was the biggest pool villa. bed was very comfy, but noisy, please try to fix that. pool and the outside area was always clean and nice. villas are spacious, bikes and all beach equipment (chairs, towels, water toys), which is amazing. thanks goes to Beverly and co. for everything.

Beverley the host was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and quiet! Quietest air conditioning unit we have had in any smaller unit. Borrowed bikes free of charge to rise to Venice pier, walked to beach and all restaurants very near by! Would highly recommend and will be back,

Absolutely nothing

Great value for the location beautiful landscaping. Beach is in walking distance and also downtown Venice.

Everything! The villas are comfy, homey and full of amenities. There is a free washer and dryer. other items included in you stay are bikes, beach chairs, shellers, sand buckets and shovels floats, noodles and more. There are two grills for creating your own meals. The pool are includes 2 tables and chairs. The pool is relaxing and towels are provided. Beverly and the rest of the staff are fun, friendly and helpful. You are a close walk to the historic downtown shops and restaurants of Venice. The beaches are a few blocks to a 10 minute drive. You do not always need to get in your car.

This is the perfect resort to stay at. Very private. Very clean. Very quiet. Short drive to Venice Beach. Looking forward to our next stay here.

parking is a bit of a challenge

It was just the right size, neat and clean. Our room was in a quiet area. No road or pedestrian traffic.

Parking area was small. We have a truck and felt it was so much hassel to park there. We parked on the street.

Clean and comfortable. Cute retro style. Wish I had had time to use the free-to-use bicycles and beach supplies.

A/C and fans are noisy. Quiet time after 9 pm is observed (and appreciated) however, once other vacationers are up and about, you can hear all the comings and goings. Street is VERY dark once the sun goes down which made late check in a little more difficult.

We loved Beverly the manager she was amazing !! The owner & manager treat you like family very accommodating., Tropical villas feels like a jersey shore place .. nothing fancy but worth the stay .., we also met the nicest people who are our newest friends … Big shout out to Beverly ! Many Thanks

I ate at Blu Island Tues through Thursday . The food was awesome and the vibe was a funky vibe that was awesome . The staff was awesome and friendly. I also enjoy the Crossant.co the french bakery . Venice beach was awesome and I love the town with all the shops and restaurants, I also love the staff at Tropical Villa.

My cell camera did not work and I could not take pictures. I went to the soda of Venice which was awesome but I did not realize kids from High school goes there after school . The 5 kids sat behind me and I could of strangle them.

Location is amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet yet easy to get to the main roads to visit places. What a wonderful surprise to know they had bicycles and beach supplies to borrow during our stay! The washer and dryer was nice too!

The absolute only issue we had was tv wouldn’t connect to the internet. We obviously weren’t there for internet, and didn’t want to bother staff because it was the weekend. But I have no doubt they would have done what they could to help.
