Great views and affordable prices and the staff were exceptionally helpful, if we are in Dubrovnik we will be back.

Am amazing view and right in the heart of everything. Small pool area but with the beach so close and so lovely, we didn't use it at all. Will certainly be returning.
Not a thing we didn't love. 3 amazing beaches close enough to walk to so all great. A fair few steps to the strip though so not great for the less mobile.

The location was ideal. 5 min walk from the main promenade, restaurants, bus stop and shops.

Locotion was very good. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The room on the photo and conformation booking was not the same.
When we checked in we were given a room with no windows and the door opens on to the swimming pool with no privacy. Not as in our conformation letter. We had to pay extra to get a room with sea views. The cleaning lady that dealt with us was rude and obviously not trained to deal with guest. The owner Peter were accommodating when I whatsup him.

Views are amazing, lots of space and very clean, good location as much quieter area than Dubrovnik
There wasn’t any housekeeping including towel or toilet paper refresh (we had to request this), lots of steps to get to the town

The apartment was perfectly spotless and very comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were basic but perfectly acceptable for short stay. The property is close to the bus route to the old town and Gcruz port which was about 5 and 10 minutes journey time. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.
Be prepared for lots of ascending walks and hundreds of steps when returning to your accommodation. This is the price you pay for the gorgeous views at the property.

This was a great location just a short walk from the Lapad district with all the bars & restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Our check-in process was really easy and we were kindly let into our room before the agreed check-in time as our room was ready. There is a supermarket a few mins walk away and the bus into the old town is very close and frequent. The views from the balcony are really nice and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. It truly is fantastic.
I really can’t think of anything that could be improved.

The location, just on top of the 'promenade' is really convenient.
It is also very close to the bus that brings you to the old town.
A 2 minutes walk get you to very nice snorkeling spots

Bed was very comfy and great to have a separate lounge with good sofa. Balcony views are excellent.
Had a few insect bites - so best to use protection. Can’t be sure if these were in the property or not.

The apartment is quite big, well-kept, and has all the amenities. The beach is 10 min away and the bus stop is within walking distance.
The host is extremely nice. We went to a local fish market with him and he helped us to get promising fish and vegetables.

Very nice apartment with a spectacular view. It was very clean with all the bits and pieces you need.

We stayed here a couple of weekends ago and had a fantastic time. The owner was there waiting for us when we arrived, check in was seamless. Villa was gorgeous, modern and had everything we needed and we felt very safe here. Was very spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the bay. Dubrovnik itself is a beautiful place, which we will definitely return to, and we would 100% stay again at Villa Katarina.
