Schöne Zimmer, sauber, gutes Frühstück!

Da das Restaurant geschlossen hatte, konnte man sich abends nirgendwo hinsetzen. Wir waren zu viert und hätten uns gerne abends noch zusammengesetzt, das war leider nach 20.00 Uhr nicht mehr möglich!

Das Frühstück war okay.Die Lage direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße ist sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer sehr klein.In der Dusche hat man sehr wenig Platz.

Der Preis für das Zimmer 23 war nicht i.O. Zimmer sehr klein,das Bett war durchgelegen (Fensterseite) Das Bad/Dusche insgesamt sehr eng.

- super tolles Frühstück, vor allem die Brötchen sind super - sehr nettes Personal - richtig viele Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür - gutes WLAN - eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos im Zimmer - genügend Handtücher vorhanden

- das Zimmer hätte ruhig bisschen leiser sein können, man hört schon durchaus das ein und andere, eventuell lag es auch nur an dem Zimmer - die Matratze fand ich nicht so bequem, eventuell schon durchgelegen, sollte man mal prüfen

Gute Lage - eigener Anleger - schöne Natur. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet (vor allem ohne Teppichboden ♡). Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Terrasse hätte einladender sein können. Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen und geleerte Aschenbecher wären wünschenswert gewesen. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen: Brot und Brötchen waren pappig, die Auswahl recht überschaubar. Dazu gab es immer nur die eine Kirschmarmelade, keine Alternative. Mal gab es Obstsalat, der echt schon "über der Zeit" war, dann gar keinen und dann wieder frischen Obstsalat.

An absolutely stunning location. A short 30-45min walk outside of the city/village. Beautiful setting!

One can only imagine how much money was invested in the property, but the potential of it is not being used. Hiding behind staffing problems, no care is being taken of the gardens, terraces and children’s playground as examples. The restaurant is closed. Breakfast is self-service with the charm of a third class canteen. Offers are just ok - certainly not anything good and price worthy. Rooms are nicely decorated though no fridge, no aircondition and zero chance to get a drink after 5pm (when the reception closes). Some issues with floor ledges, doors etc that would require instant housekeeping attention but little interest was shown when mentioning those. The vending machine in the corridor offers a few sweets. No beer or anything you might long for after a long day on your feet. The complete - very nice - property is managed to press the maximum revenue out with the least imaginable investment. Probably a great place before Coronavirus but now managed in a way to barely survive. Very sad show! It will probably close down soon if things don’t change dramatically. But I sincerely hope things will improve as it is a great place!

Severely overpriced for what you get. I don't think I have ever slept so uncomfortable. The pillows are worn-out fluff in a pillow case. There's no walking trails on the property, you have to drive out for this. The cafe doors are heavy and impractical to open when you are doing a buffet and have no hands (every.single.time) . Theres no escalator, or if there was, its not visible. So you have to carry kids and heavy bags on flights and flights of stairs. There's no curtains, only blinds, so the room doesn't get dark. In summer this is completely unpractical and does not support a good rest.

The hotel has no lift at all! Very difficult for persons with bad knees! They didi not serve dinner in the hotel.

friendly stuff, good breakfast, quite property, bottle with water in bedroom for free, free WiFi access, bedroom and shower / toilette very clean.

no complains, nothing to do better for this price.

Enough room when you travel with the dogs: excellent garden & nearest forest to walk with them.

Small shop or similar to buy some beverages could be nice.

Nice location just off the main road. Open park-like setting for walking pet, and great lake access. Nordic design features in room an added touch. Nice to know that breakfast is also available. Would stay for more than one night next time.

All was fine.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, very spacious and modern. Also very friendly staff.

Facilities and room were in great and cosy condition. Breakfast was awesome with lots of dishes to choose from. The property is located very close to nature and hiking trails, but the old town of Plön is still easy to reach by walking, which is especially very nice if you choose to do a little detour and walk along the lake.

Noise from route:( hotel is situated directly at the route which is very frequent. There is no air condition that is why you have to keep windows open and noise is horrible:(
