The room was clean, comfortable beds, towels, paper avialable. The dining room is comfortable, occupiesa separate floor. Breakfest was presented wish a variety of dishes,a lot of fresh fruits, smoothies and juices.
really did not like the covering on the floor in the room. I didn't understand why I should stick my legs to it. This is a not a pleasant feeling.

The staff was super helpful and let us keep our bags there for hours before we could check in.
I didn't like that while I booked the room and paid for it, my name was no where to be found for the reservation. Maybe it was something on their end but it was concerning when I was attempting to check in. They found the reservation under my cousin's name, which I don't remember providing. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond so I don't put this mix up on them at all.

The breakfast was absolutely splendid! The value for money can't compare to any hotel I've ever stayed in, especially considering how expensive Oslo is. Too bad the hotel staff or any other channel hadn't inform us of the fantastic opportunity to see aurora borealis in Oslo, so we missed it :(

Staff were really nice always in every occasion. Specially I give thanks to breakfast team, they smile and do nicely table cleaning and food servicing even they had busy. And breakfast was really enjoyable, all sorts and local things to taste. Room was clean and everything works. Trams and buses goes near.

The bathroom cannot be closed, so I could hear my mother poop.

The breakfast was fantastic and the canteen bright and colorful.
Besides making the bed during the day, it would be nice to remove obvious dirt crumbles in the entrance that we carried in when returning from our trips. Otherwise, you tend to get dirty feet when stepping out from the shower.

Check-in and check-out have been fast.
Breakfast was good, but a bit lacking on sweet part.

The location is enough central.
We didn't stay at Thon Hotel Munch, but in Thon Hotel Europa, they moved us, for internal reasons, some weeks before our arrive (it wasn't a big problem for us, but it's correct to say it).

Nice hotel in the city centre. The rooms were well equipped and clean. Very comfortable bed! Friendly staff.
Breakfast was cold, and we came to breakfast around 7:20. The food looked amazing, but it seems like the presentation was more important than keeping the food hot. The hot food should be kept in hot containers. Also it is impossible to sleep with the open window because trams are very noisy.
