Этому отелю, а в особенности персоналу мне хочется петь дифирамбы бесконечно. А в особенности  самому лучшему в мире front manager Haafiz Kassim. Именно он сделал наш отдых незабывемым. Итак, начну с самого начала. Приехали в отель мы утром и увидели прям пик отлива: камни, запах, ил... все это нас просто убило и мы не захотели останавливаться в этом месте. Хотелось рай, песочек и лазурное море. Мы все это озвучили менеджеру и он нам , посмотрев прогноз отливов , сказал, что через три дня это безобразие закончится и что обычно к обеду вода приливает и все отлично. Ну мы, конечно, туристы проженные и просто словам не верим. Решили остаться в отеле на пару дней, осмотреться и решить оставаться ли на весь забронированный срок. Чтобы нас порадовать,  нам бесплатно повысили категорию до делюкса с шикарной ванной (см. фото) и терассой с видом на океан. А также презентовали бутылку прекрасного вина. Забегая вперед скажу, что в этот же вечер мы решили, что остаемся!!! Итак, кратенько плюсы: ➕️ уединенный отель на острове, соответственно мало людей, без тусовок, тихо и хорошо; ➕️ шикарнейшие и вкуснейшие завтраки внимание ‼️ с бесплатным  шампанским; ➕️ номер хоть и не новый, но большой и красивый с прекрасным  видом на океан; ➕️ супервежливый персонал: у нас каждое утро подходили и спрашивали все ли нам нравится, что следует улучшить; ➕️ для меня отдельный остров - это сказка. Это прям как Мальдивы, но в 10 раз дешевле; ➕️ зеленая трава ➕️ обезьяны. В отличие от тех, которые живут на Лангкави, тут они шуганные. Не подходят к людям, не воруют, да и вообще можно спать с открытыми дверями, в то время как на самом Лангкави они супернаглые: даже дерут сидушки мопедов у туристов ➕️ отсутствие медуз. То есть можно купаться. На тусовочном пляже Ченанг на самом Лангкави идешь по пляжу и везде лежат медузы. Я даже побоялась в воду входить. А тут видели всего один раз. ➕️ на острове куча интересных тропинок по джунглям, которые оборудованы.

Минусы: ➖️ наверно, минус только один, но он для всего Лангкави: отливы. И то, вторую неделю отпуска отливы и приливы были минимальны.

Room, breakfast, location and staff friendly and helpful. Very calm relaxing jungle atmosphere,lovely pool with well stocked bar and attentive and amusing staff, an overall feeling of space and tranquility, Superb!!

Dinner in restaurant,many options but description on menu did not live up to expectations and quite disappointing. This was the only downside.

Lovely traditional spacious room - with modern facilities. Very nice little balcony overlooking beautiful view. Excellent restaurant and pool and beach facilities Gorgeous island location. Excellent boat transfer through the day. PARADISE.

Some loud music across the water was a bit annoying.

I love everything except the food

The food. I ordered steamboat but it seems that the steamboat is not fresh. The ramp is not wheelchair friendly.

Peaceful and private with amazing views, excellent service and amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Will certainly stay here again whenever I return to Langkawi.

What i like best is - Room was very spacious facing the pool. The surrounding and ambience was good and we really enjoyed all the activities available, such as my boy went for kayaking, we went for nature walk of which the guide MrSelva is very knowledgeable and informative and we also enjoy cycling around the resort very much. They also had movie open-concept on the beach which was interesting. One has to try all the activities offered to appreciate the resort. Breakfast was ordinary selection of buffet.

Nous avons eu la chambre quasiment 1h en retard ce qui a fait une longue attente.. mais ils ont se nous faire un geste commercial pendant le dîner sur les boissons ce qui reste bien professionnel

Staff uncooperative and rude. Had no idea about booking. Com loyalty program Boat is not on frequent enough intervals. Only one place to eat on the island and food not good. It’s a tourist trap

The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were super welcoming and the rooms were great. It's the perfect spot if you want a couple of days of pure bliss. Their massage is also amazing!

Whilst the location was perfect and the food selection was broad, unfortunately the Asian food did not sit well with either of us. We both ate Asian throughout our entire trip but the Asian menu items here gave us stomach issues. 😌

Everything, the location , staff, food, ambiance and really a great experience staying at a private island. Even though entire staff was very supportive, thanks to Abdul at the restaurant who was very kind and explained the cultural food “Chicken Rendang” and special thanks to the resort manager “Mr. Sati” who was an amazing and welcoming host and very polite and humble person.

The only area of improvement I would suggest would be to increase the frequency of boat drop-off to the main island and decrease the time duration specially between 12:30 to 3:30 as this impacts the subsequent plans for travelers given limited time at hand. Suggest, every 1 hour boat to main island would be really helpful if the way back to hotel isn’t feasible every hour.

It is a private island and keep you away from hustle side. There is boats going back and forth to Langkawi island if you need to.

There is a lot mosquitoes inside the room even though I didn’t open any doors :((. Couldn’t sleep at night beca of that.

Secluded, staff were beautiful people, just wonderful. The view from our bedroom looking over the ocean was stunning.

The food was pretty ordinary, breakfast needed more hot choice rather than processed sliced meat and processes sausages and the evening bbq was poor, especially the seafood. prawns and crab was soft like mashed potato. Meat was also really tough. The satay sticks were amazing tho. Cocktail bar at happy hour took 30 mins to get a cocktail with only 1 staff.? Something like a 90 min atv tour of the island should be priced for all to enjoy, it was very overpriced.

Our stay at Rebak island was exemplary, I didn't know the person I kept bumping into at the Restaurant was the General Manager himself (sorry, I am unable to recall his name) but he was extremely sweet and ensured we are well settled, would check on food preferences etc., even organized very lovely steam pot dinner for us and came in personally to ensure we are liking it. Pls pass on my thanks to him! Sheila at restaurant was melodious, she kept us well entertained with her sweet voice and songs during dinner, she sang "Made in India" and we rejoiced! Syed Shafi was night manager one of the days and was great help in letting us know things / places to explore in around Langkawi! Overall, wonderful stay, Loved every bit of it! Definitely coming back!

The staff were so wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they truly showed such generous and cheerful Malaysian hospitality. The resort is also super relaxed and laid back.

Lovely villas and natural greenery. Quiet and calm. Love the moon deck. Staff is exceptional.

Nothing terrible to say... the lighting in the rooms is poor. Food selection is somewhat limited. Beach is good for sitting at, but not for swimming - due to rocks.

The hospitality was fantastic and the employees are very kind and friendly.

The boat schedule sometimes limit our freedom of leaving and coming back to the resort
