The location, cosy interior and big room, silent stay

Sehr schönes frisches Frühstück, man kann auch frisch zubereitete Spezialitäten bestellen, auch individuell zubereitete Kaffeespezialitäten gibt es.
Außerdem sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Kann das kleine Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Sijainti rauhallisella sivukadulla , mutta kuitenkin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista ja nähtävyyksistä. Business-huonee oli mahtava kun se oli sen verran tilava, että sinne sopi hyvin pieni pyöreä pöytä ja KAKSI nojatuolia. Siinä oli mukava nauttia huoneessa olevan kahvikapselikoneen hyvästä kahvista. Olen aina ihmetellyt miksi kahden hengen huoneessa on usein nojatuoli vain yhdelle.!? Kylpyhuone oli myös reilun kokoinen. Kesäaikaan vehreä sisäpiha on varmaan ihastuttava aamisen nauttimiseen ja oleskeluun.
Hotellissa oli liikaa hajusteita, aromitikkuja yms. Hotelli ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille useiden rappujen takia. Huoneessa oli kahvikapseleita vain yksi per henkilö ja päivä. Se tuntui aika pieneltä määrältä. Olisi ollut hienoa, jos olisi voinut saada vähän enemmän kahvia.

Location was great, everything was clean, courtyard is beautiful and staff were very friendly and accommodating! Value for money is excellent- Would 100% recommend!

Hissen är avstängd för att spara pengar, rummet jag fick var inte färdigrenoverat, saknade möbler, trotts att jag var tvungen att betala extra för rummet för det var det enda lediga på bottenvåningen. Fick senare ett bättre rum 2 trappor upp.
Vinbaren bara öppen några få dagar i veckan, restaurangen var stängd, minimum 15 minuters promenad till närmaste öppna restaurang.

Old fashioned hotel in great location, with many good restaurants and services close by. Very spacious room and very obliging staff. Breakfast at the hotel was uniformly excellent.
The room did not have aircon and was very hard to cool down. The cobbles outside led to a lot of road noise.

It was tidy and the room was spacious, location was convinient. Staff was extremely polite and overall our stay was delightful.
You could hear the noices from the hallway and near by rooms to the room, breakfast could have had more variety.

Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll
Im neuen Trakt ist die Lichtschalter-Bedienung sehr kompliziert und unnötig!!
In einem 4Sterne-Hotel sollte man erwarten können, das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant genießen zu können!!

Staff was great , Iveta was so helpful , and Ukrainian young staff at breakfast were super ! i love location, decor and cosy rooms. Breakfast superb !
some things for improvement: we were lucky to check in early , but check in is too late 4pm :( internet was down and needs a little repair on bathrooms , plus parking 20 eur :(

It's a pretty historical building close (walking distance) to a beautiful square/park and the historical part of town So super easy to visit everything by foot.
I really enjoyed the quietness of the room that was facing a garden in the courtyard
There were lots of passcodes and keys and locked doors to cross before getting into the street.

The property is located in the old town and has also a nice & cozy inner yard terrace where you can relax. As we were in spring, there were some trees in the yard blooming.
Also we got room upgrade to business room, which is pretty big. The bathroom had also a bath.
It was a minor thing, but there were no tissues and slippers.

The bed was not so comfortable, lack of pillows, holes in pillow case. Bathtub leaked, dogs were heard in another room barking, no lotion provided with basic toiletries.
