Spacious room. River / Canary Wharf view. Really handy to have the free ferry to get across to Canary Wharf - short walk to loads of bars / restaurants and the tube. Or get the clipper east to Greenwich or West to rest of London. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing really. Would be helpful to have bottle refill station in reception.

Breakfast - the food was tepid at best

Clean and confortable. Fun to cross with the Ferry. Welcome cookies.

The room was above a delivery area - woke up at 05:40 (even though the staff was very quiet, the noise from the delivery itself is not acceptable for the guests in the those rooms). Location is not convenient at all. Very few Ubers and taxis around.

The buffet breakfast was fantasitc, if a bit expensive. The views from the restaurant were beautiful. The accessibility of the hotel was great, we navigated it with a wheelchair easily, including the Ferry to and from Canary Wharf.

Complimentary ferry

Wrong information given about travel. Poor service, left bags as we were in a rush to a concert and still in reception when we returned 6 hours later.

Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Aussicht auf ein anderes Zimmer. Unbequeme Betten. Kleines Bad für 5 Personen. TV wäre SmartTV, hat aber kein Zugriff auf Netflix zugelassen. Schade.

Restaurant and staff nice

The family room stank of urine. The furnishings were dated. No refrigerator and no Thames view. I highlighted my concerns and nothing was done for 2 days - overall very disappointed with standard of accommodation compared to advertised room.

So disappointed with our stay. Room does not reflect as advertised - no historic features, felt like we were shoved in the attic, all a little tired looking. Windows were screened out so you couldn’t see outside Blind doesn’t shut properly so woke up very early No cupboard to do hair except the wardrobe cupboard which had to be propped open and was very dark so not really able to see. People from a wedding party smoking on the terrace in front of no smoking signs and kids tearing up and down uncontrollably screaming. Staff didn’t attempt to keep any kind of order or care how it affected other guests.

Location is great with use of the ferry very handy for work trips at this side of London.

Couldn’t have a hot shower to 11.30 pm at night 3 nights in a row! I was told someone would come sort it out for me was left waiting to nearly 12.00 am with no one coming rang numerous times but the front desk wouldn’t answer my calls as they new which room was ringing. Left a complaint with front desk haven’t heard a thing from them. Some Staff are so lovely others shouldn’t have their jobs, very slow and don’t really seem to care about anything outside their job role. Wouldn’t rate this a 4* hotel what so ever. Highly disappointed with the service.

- لا توجد محطة underground قريبة، يجب ان نعبر البحر والذهاب للمحطة في الجهة الاخرى. - لا توجد خدمات كثيرة محيطة بالفندق.

The room was tucked away in a strange spot, not any view and kind of dark

Frukosten var toppen. Det fanns det mesta att välja på och kocken som gjorde omelett hjälpte till att fixa allergivänligt alternativ. Kaffet var också väldigt gott. Fin terass med utsikt över Themsen. God mat även i restaurangen på kvällen. All personal var trevlig.

Internet funkade inte alls. Hade hoppats på ett mysigare rum med tegelväggar.

The room was a bit dated, but sufficed

The hotel staff were very helpful and our room was a very good size. It was a cheaper option in London and it was worth the money. We were greeted with warm cookies on arrival and the hotel provided a complimentary ferry to Canary Wharf which made connections much easier. If I was in the area, I would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the best area for transport connections and it is a 25 minute walk from the nearest tube station. The ferry service is handy to connect to Canary Wharf but you have to have your room key first. However, the lower price reflects this so it was still value for money.

The restaurant staff and food was very good. Nice terrace.

Reception staff rude and unwelcoming, room was not as shown, pillows very worn, facilities in room not adequate.

The staff were unhelpful as about room service and told to check the tv in the room , no explaining walked away. The shower gel fell off the wall while I was showering and hit me, the hairdryer was faulty and waited over 45 minutes for replacement. Only to find out the plug was faulty. Balcony was none existent also roof damaged. No chairs to sit out, falsely advertised. Only I comfortable chair in room to sit on. No mirror in room to do makeup had to do it in the bathroom. Very small room and over priced. Lunch menu was very poor and presentation bad. No good value for money. Ferry crossing good idea.

O Hotel é muito bonito, fica num local fabuloso para quem precisa de descansar. O quarto mesmo em cima do rio, com uma vista mágica. Muito confortável. Pessoal discreto, mas muito atento e profissional.

That is is a very big hotel and it can be crowded but this is a minor point

What we really liked and I think that's for everyone the case, is the boat to Canary Wharf.

Our room was next to the elevator, so we heard the cracking of the steel ropes that are holding it. The rooms were not soundproof either. The rooms looked nice, but the hallway as well as the doors of the hotel rooms are completely outdated. There were also no slippers in the room and had to be requested in reception.

Es ar alles sehr gemütlich- man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Wenn man von der Fähre stieg konnte man die riesige Stadt hinter sich lassen - das war Erholung

Irgrndwie fehlte für ein "HILTON" der Komfort. Es fehlten Zahnputzbecher und eine Klobürste. Die fenster konnte man nur wenig oder gar nicht aufmachen. Die Klima anlage war für uns nicht bedienbar- eine gebrauchsanweisung fehlte.

Terrible TERRIBLE service, staff were rude, ignored customers and just were so unhelpful. Walls were thin and room felt dated and dirty.

Brilliant transport to Canary Wharf/o2 with complementary ferry. Nice restaurant and bar. Rooms large with great views of the River Thames.

Breakfast expensive.

A partial river view fro the room wh9ihc was great. The room was a good size and and excellently comfortable large bed. Buffet breakfast had a great range and quality - especially the porridge. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout.

Nothing - all good.

I was initially given a room where the windows were plasted and so I could not look outside. I asked the reception if they could change my room since I was stating for 4 nights. They responded so well and I received a good room which made my stay fantastic. Thank you

De locatie; prima wijk, mooi aan de Thames, mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt goed verzorgd, ruime keuze en vriendelijk personeel. Prima bedden, ruime kamer. Feit dat je als (groot) gezin op één kamer kan en niet twee kamers hoeft te boeken.

De verouderde en kleine badkamer. Meermaals verbouwd, alles dicht op elkaar, toilet, (kleine)wastafel en bad met verkleurd douchegordijn. Zeeprekje brak van de muur toen ik er tegenaan stootte. Afwerking/kit/voegen niet netjes. Vloerbedekking op kamer aan vervanging toe. Groot complex met vele smalle gangen met veel bochten (doolhof). Kleine liften voor 6 etages met veel gasten.
