The Staff were Friendly, polite and amiable . The position and situation of the Hotel was close to all facilities.
I was in room 608 which I believe is a privately owned Apartment. Unfortunately the Bathroom Toilet was not flushing properly, the room which i fixed myself, there was no telephone in the room and television was problematic and I needed to call for assistance on my own mobile to rectify the problem. I would advise the owner to perhaps give the interior a coat of paint and eradicate the broken glass on the wardrobe for a new one.

the main entry under work, messy noisy, lifts had No security, anyone can go to the floors. bar & dining needs updating.

Staff were great and helpful, a terrific location and it was reasonably priced.

The beds were so comfortable and the pressure in the shower was great. The location surrounded everything we needed so we didn't have to travel far.
The elevators were slow many times we had to take the stairs. It was a little challenging with suitcases.

The rooms are lovely and spacious. We had a beautiful view with a balcony. Great outlook, very relaxing.

The best offer was the opportunity to save on linen being washed/roomed cleaned with $/voucher off at the restaurant - great idea and everyone wins - especially the planet
The restaurant/bar staff were not always friendly and the restaurant was closed on Monday

Room was clean and comfortable
Quite expensive for what it was. Reception staff seemed entirely uninterested in engaging with you, not friendly or polite. Also very unhelpful when asked about parking - I had been told parking would be easy but in the end I had to park in a random carpark and risk getting a ticket.

The rooms are large but dated and showing signs of wear and tear, might be time for refurbishment.

for the price we paid for a deluxe king room on the fourth level at nearly $400, the bed was comfy, room size was great. We know the building is getting a little old but that doesn't mean you can't add some quality extras to the rooms. Namely, a Nespresso coffee maker and a microwave. Not much cost there. You could also up the size of the TV and get Foxtel access.
