La decoración del hotel está lograda como hotel para familias en Disney

Masificado. El desayuno eran ordas de familias. No reponian el buffet con la agilidad que deberían. 5 minutos y todo había desaparecido El colmo el transporte desde los parques de Disney al hotel. En los servicios indican servicio de shutle hotel/Disney. El mismo autobús da servicio a 5 hoteles gigantescos. Entre ellos el Grand Magic. Cuando decides volver del parque cientos de personas empujando para entrar en un único autobús. Estuvimos dos días en el parque. La primera noche al regreso era tal la cantidad de gente que tuvimos que desistir después de una hora de espera y pagar dos taxis que nos timaron por una carrera de 5 minutos 20 EUR cada taxi. El segundo día, volvimos al hotel a las 8 de la tarde e igual. Cientos de familias para un solo bus que pasaba cada media hora. Vergonzoso!

The Hotel is in a very convenient location for Disneyland guests and offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes. The facilities are amazing and staff too. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were very diverse and delicious. My son loved every bit of it.

Swimming pool was a little too cold for us and the hotel corridors do need some refurbishment attention.

Le manque de surveillance des règles de la piscine. Bien précisé les horaires des navettes retour et où on la reprend. Des navettes plus grandes et adaptées aux poussettes.

The proximity to DisneyLand

The price; the shuttle is CROWDED; food wasn't great; was NOT exceptionally clean. My main complaint is that the hotel and the convenience of the location and the shuttle do NOT match the price. It is far too expensive for what you get. Would not stay again.

Friendly staff, reasonable room and a good location

Breakfast was very poor not enough options overcrowded understaffed difficult to manage with a young child, room a/c did not function nor did many lights within the room the room as a whole is in well used and maintenance is being kept up to date or redecorated.

Nice hotel, kids love it and the rooms were decent

Crowded breakfast area, small elavators for the size of the hotel, also the store to buy some things was not working. Also please do something with bus drivers that are driving as maniacs.

La habitación tenía poca luz. La moqueta por todas partes que coge olor. El baño es muy básico.

La colazione non era il massimo, abbiandante ma non di alta qualità. La navetta per andare e tornare da Disneyland affollatissima perché si ferma in più hotel. Ai bambini l'hotel è piaciuto molto, noi abbiamo apprezzato la cena e la piscina interna, un po' meno il parcheggio a pagamento e l'ascensore lentissimo e sempre molto affollato.

Trattandosi di un 4 stelle migliorerei sicuramente gli ascensori e la qualità della colazione, e aggiungerei qualche amenities in bagno perché è davvero molto scarno.

Pas assez de surveillance, niveau fréquentation des installations tard ds la soiree, trop de bruit pres des chambres pmr. A revoir, mettre une salle de jeux près de celle ci n est pas adéquat ainsi que le couloir pour accéder à la piscine. Maintenant, je sais que vous n etes pas responsable de l incivilite des personnes

!. Tag war gut. Gebuchtes Abendessen war sehr abwechlungsreich. Shuttel-Service zum Disney Park sehr gut.

2. Tag Wartezeit beim Frühstück- sehr viele Leute. Oft sehr laut in den Fluren. ". 2.Tag Essen alla Carte im Hotel-Restaurant war Katastrophe- Wartezeit Essen über eine Stunde. Personal unkoordiniert.

I don’t remember any thing we like. Because we did everything by our self. No help no nothing. The only thing is good at this place are the staff and there smile.

Over the years that I have traveled, at least I have stayed in approximately 50 different hotels, and this hotel is the worst in several aspects, which are the following: 1 It does not put water in the rooms 2 The attached rooms are very narrow and uncomfortable 3 The bathrooms are not maintained and there are traces of dirt in the toilets 4 The carpets and floors are dirty. 5 We stayed for 5 nights and there is a broken elevator and the second one is working. Can you imagine standing in line to go up to your room? Yes, this is what happened. 6 Room service has a specific time and they only work during these times, as if they are telling you that you should only be hungry whenever we are working! Also the restaurant the same! 7 Breakfast in a hotel like this is very, very crowded. The variety should be greater than what we saw. The varieties are few and the taste is not good. I paid around 2700€ for 5 nights at this hotel and i will not try it again even if its free.

Room and bathroom are quite outdated, breakfast was poor with limited options and long queues. The hotel requires some major renovation works as it seems like nothing has been done since it was first built.

The room was spacious and clean, we had a shuttle to euro disney and back all day. Breakfast was also good.

The buffet was poor with no ice cream or treats for the children. Other disney hotels have candy floss machine, ice cream machine, etc. The breakfast was also lacking with no baked beans or fried egg. The swimming pool was freezing cold and pretty much unusable. There was no amenities for the children to play on in pool. ( eg floats, inflatables )

Reception staff are friendly and accommodating. The arcade is nice. The room size is nice and the ground floor decor is magical and clean.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Limited non-dairy options. On day one there was a dairy free soya milk alternative but once it finished it was not replaced for the remaining 4 mornings of our stay. The juice was not fresh and the eggs were very wet and there was only one option available for eggs. The room and bathrooms had hair on arrival and one of our rooms had no refrigerator and one light not working. The pool is not heated .

The communal areas are good. I liked the swimming pool.

Family room was small.Breakfast had not much variety to offer. The hallways were stuffy and smelt dusty

The breakfast was terrible, no variety for three days. The boiled eggs were cold and fruits not fresh, scrambled eggs caused a tummy ache. There was no basics like baked beans, mushrooms and hash brown. No iron in the room you had to pay to use an iron. There was no water in the rooms you had to go to the bar and a bottle was EUR11. The water in the pool was cold. I was very disappointed.
