It was close to a train stop which was nice.
The bathroom was terrible: the toilet is so close to the wall that your knees are almost in contact, and the shower floods the floor. No matter what I tried, the shower head would not stay in position and water runs into the floor through the hinge where the door opens. Also, no washrags in the room, which may be a cultural thing, not sure. Honestly, whoever designed the rooms should stay in one to reflect on their choices.

Very convenient for getting into Zürich and to the airport, with a tram stop right outside.
It was very shabby and desperately in need of refurbishment, which appeared to be underway. The corridor our room was in had stained carpets and badly scratched paintwork, and even worse our sink had a leak which led to water all over the bathroom floor and through the wall to the bedroom.
We don’t really use the public areas so can’t comment on those.

Preț bun pentru Zurich. Aproape de stația de tramvai. Parcare disponibila. Angajatii de la receptie foarte amabili și disponibili.
Camera ar trebui renovata. Hotelul e acum în renovare deci se mai lucrează. Canapeaua în stare foarte proasta. Patul a fost ok dar canapeaua foarte rea.

Leider nicht viel. Alte Ausstattung in den Zimmern, nicht sauber, spakige Wände im Badezimmer,
abgerissene Vorhänge, fleckiger Teppich…

Chegamos entramos no quarto a casa de banho estava suja... nao limparam o quarto compramos pequeno almoço e parque de estacionamento quando fomos tomar o pequeno almoço em familia a funcionária nos barrou nao nos deixou entrar mesmo mostrando o comprovativo de pagamento com ato racismo mal educada nos passando passar muita vergonha mandando nos sair do local que n tinhamos pago..... o paque do estacionamento estava pago tods hora tinha que ate a recepção para abrirem horrivel nao volto nunca mais .....

Didn't go for breakfast at £23 per head. Polite and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with aircon. Good location for getting to airport and town (tram just outside hotel).
Had to ask for shower gel for one room as none provided
Only one room had coffee and milk provided although I paid for two rooms. One room had a damp patch in the carpet with a musty smell
Rooms were dated with old TV sets. Definitely not 4 star standard. I expected more from Switzerland.

I paid already on My 16, 2023 through ob-line
but, today they charged me the second time deducting from my credit card. I called the reception twice and the receptionist promised me to return the money after few days.
I called them twice with a very long waiting time and that calls will cost more.
They only have few outlets to charge our cellphone. We were three in the room but the coffee cups and coffee were only good for two, the tissue at the bathroom was just left over from the previous guests and good only for one person.
I don''t blame the cleaning lady because we checked-in earlier and we were very thankful for that. I think she did her best to make the room ready for us that's maybe the reason why many items were lacking.
The lady who assisted us at the reception was very friendly and approachable.

TV was not working at all, antenna was disconnected. Water was cold, or at best barely warm after letting flow a lot. Bedside table very small.

no fuss. comfortable beds. room size is quite small after the sofa bed. nobody bothers you if you do not go looking for it. the restaurant laid out a decent breakfast. but the staff was not very helpful. they were more focused on cleaning up at the end of the buffet (even though we were within time). easy access from the airport by tram. But takes a bit of time to get to city/old town
The staff at restaurant were not guest oriented. They need to do a better job of responding to queries on Booking.com messaging platform. I asked how to reach the hotel and received no response. When I tried calling, it was a silly automated response. frustrating experience!
