great location, staff was helpful to book day trips and recommendations

the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was nice but constantly running out of food whenever we were there

The hotel location is superb and all basic provided. Staff are very helpful and prompt from front desk to the buffet breakfast staffs. I must compliment all the staff to be very professional and good asset too the hotel as good impression is created. It is a nice humble hotel for families and small groups. Thank you for the hospitality.

The shower hot water is hot but not constant. Hope this can be improved.

The location was so good, near train station and Lucerne Landmark i.e. chapel bridge & lake and also shopping area. The staff was great. I also got upgraded room type from the Hotel. I was appreciated.

the location is fantastic, right near the train station and a short walk to the boat terminal. breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was clean and tidy. staff were friendly and extremely helpful. our room was on the 6th floor. it was quiet even though carnival was taking place during our stay.

the mattress was noisy when you rolled over and when getting out of bed, rather annoying for partner disturbance. the bathroom towels were rough, like sandpaper on your skin.

Had a faulty light - one of the spot lights not working properly and blinking , asked the reception to fix it ; to be honest, it was late , and I have been told that no technicians were available at that time , but been promised to get it fixed by next day. Unfortunately, I stayed for four days after that day , and it has never been fixed/changed or resolved. Breakfast variety is a bit poor . Besides , most of the breakfast items when they finish, they never get replaced or refilled in the last hour in the four hours breakfast window. That is to say ; if you come at 9:00 am, you might not find scrambled eggs and other basic items.

perfect location. located very close to train station. Able to reach by walk in two minutes.

doesn’t felt like staying at swiss hotel. room was toooo hot without air circulation. need to switch on AC to feel the air inside the room. we stayed here during winter but we are forced to use airconditioner because of humidity inside the room. Few staffs are irresponsible and populated wrong data in the key card. (without key card lift cant be accessed). so every-time to check keycard it we climbed up and down several times. check in time was 2pm. but they made us to wait till 3:30pm to get a room. few staffs are not so friendly to reach out for queries. totally it is not worth as hype for a 4-star hotel.

Great location, 2 min walk from train station. Friendly staff. Stayed in junior suite which was lovely, roomy and very comfortable bed.

Room cleaning seemed very minimal is bed made and that was it. Breakfast was ok.
