We were very pleased to stay here. It has a spacious room and comfortable beds. The whole hotel is clean. Every product you need for breakfast is available. Reception staff are always helpful. Very close to metro and tram. We were very pleased to stay here. You can choose this place with peace of mind. I would recommend.

Missing air conditioning and fridge in our room, street under hotel is a bit noisy (several bars and restaurants in the neighborhood)

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything in the room was new and clean, the breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices, WiFi worked well, the personnel was friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is very good.

The blonde women was soo unfriendly! I was trying to get water in breakfast room and she said “ you can go and drink water in the room”!

The team had a friendly and polite approach. The room was very clean, with contemporary design (just as promised by the photos). The breakfast and location were also great!

No mini-bar at the room and the hotel bar was also close on those 2 days.

The breakfast was really bad, and no ventilation in the room. And almost no water in the shower!

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful booking trips and a taxi.

The pillows were large but filled with uncomfortable bits and I asked for an extra one as we normally sleep with two. They were delivered within five minutes but we still found them uncomfortable. However I could not fault the hotel in anything else.

The noise at night from local bar customers, the noise from nearby U Fleck and the rosdworks starting at 06:45 every dsy except Sunday.

Clean, close to the city centre, huge bathroom with a bathtub, comfortable big bed.

There was no kettle, you can get hot water only at the bar (it's also not free). Breakfast is only till 10 am and the breakfast room is too small, I had to sit at one table with strangers.

it’s a little bit old. And I booked for a single large bed in the picture but was assigned to a twin small bed, which are useless for me as I am travelling alone. The breakfast is nice and staff is friendly.

The arrangement of my room is very narrow and rigid, but overall speaking it’s not bad.

Breakfast was perfect. Perfect room for a group of three. The couch turned into a nice bed that was comfortable.

Bathrooms could be a little more updated. It was clean, but some of the finishes were older.

Reception seemed disturbed when I called Uber instead of their taxi recommendation.

Breakfast was diversified, everyone can find something for themselves regardless of diet. Staff at the breakfast was really friendly. Room is really clean. Room cleaners are really friendly as well.

The room was pretty cold, on my request they added new heating machine, but the guy who brought it arrogantly said that the room has normal Czech temperature, which of course didn't have as I have measured it myself. Consequently I caught cold sleeping there. Staff at reception can be quite arrogant, with exception of one lady and one gentleman who were really kind.

Really great location for tourists. Everything can be done just walking. Comfortable beds and big bedroom

The breakfast room is not prepared for taking many people at the same time, so we tried to go earlier as otherwise we’d have to wait for available tables.
