Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Great facilities.

Location was about a 40 minute walk from the main train station and the town lacked good taxi services.

Food selection for foreign visitors. Air con set o. -18, but still.warm. TV selection. for foreign English speaking people.

Room was very old. Bed uncomfortable. Room and bath very dirty. Wasn’t cleaned during stay. Breakfast very low quality.

The bedroom was very nice with a balcony and we loved the swimming pool.

The fact that they put me to pay the towels If I need them for the swiming pool, it is the first time I find something like this in an european civilized country.

It was raining when we were there but the pool did look good. the restaurant wasn't to bad, Breakfast was good.

The rooms were tiny. barely any room to even put a suitcase. it is a little dated. it was a bit of a walk to get to the central area.

Shower tray overflowed due to sliw drainage. Had to pay for use of indoor pool (but we had it to ouselves and was lovely) and leisure facilities.

The pool outside is lovely there is also a poolside bar with drinks and snacks. We also used the spa which was very nice.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Oliveto. It was the ideal location for us walking into the centre of Desenzano every day (20-min walk), and a 30-min walk to the train station so we were able to explore other places. You can easily walk to the boat which goes to other parts of the lake. The room was very clean with fresh towels, robes, slippers and toiletries. We had a big corner balcony with fantastic views. Plenty storage space in the wardrobes which also contained a safe for valuables. The bed was comfortable enough. There was a mini bar and snacks available for purchase within the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor and indoor pools are fantastic and seemed ideal for families. The spa area was also nice. Be aware that you have to pay an additional fee for the use of the indoor pool and spa but the outdoor pool is free. The breakfasts were good.

The food at the restaurant was not the nicest, I would advise eating at other places. The air-con was quite noisy but it didn't keep us up at night.

the tiles were coming off the shower floor. the shower flooded while in use. the restaurant food was poor in taste ingredients and quality. i raised these issues with hotel staff. they offered a 10% discount on bill but that’s not why I raised these issues with them. bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Clean, large hotel with sufficient size rooms. Good variety for breakfast. Ability to rent bikes for 14 euro/day to be able to explore area

15 minute walk from the centre but a few restaurants at a 10 minute walk.

The ability to book the indoor pool was really great and offered us a private swim which we hadn’t experienced before. The beds were really comfy and the balcony offered a nice view of the lake.

Spa was lovely much better than I expected, location was great . Beds were comfortable.

Walls were very thin , could hear talking in next room and flushing of toilets , doors slamming . thankfully as this was during the week I think it was not too bad , most people went to sleep at a similar time to us so it wasn't a problem and didn't keep us up .also felt it was a bit of a rip off having to pay to use the pools , the spa fair enough,but thought when we paid to use the spa that it would be included in the cost of the spa entry .

Breakfast choice was poor and restaurant & bar staff attitudes left a lot to be desired.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with calling taxis, providing restaurant recommendations, and explaining to silly me how to use the light switch in the room. The room had been renovated, was very clean. I did not hear unnecessary noise (toilets, etc) from neighbouring rooms. Nice bathroom, comfortable pillows. The breakfast was excellent with plentiful choice, and dinner was good too.

I have no real complaints. Maybe that there's a bit of a walk to get to the town centre, but it's a pleasant walk.

A little bit far location from the city center, the room daily cleanup was not very good.

The Hotsl is in a top location and the staff is very nice and helpful. Nothing is too much hastle for them. But the rooms are a bit old. It needs a refurb to be really nice.

Rooms make you feel like you’re back in the 80s

Noisy inevening. Aircon could not be adjusted. For 4 star hotel, blanket was like hessian, poor quality. Roomonly serviced after 1.30pm when we were out from 10am.
